Quick overview This workflow runs daily to find public LinkedIn profiles via Apify, drafts a short personalized opener with OpenAI, and sends each draft to you in Gmail for approval before saving approved contacts to Google Sheets. How it works Runs on a daily schedule. Searches for matching LinkedIn profiles using Apify based on your role query and max results. Filters out profiles with headlines that are too short to personalize from and skips profiles already seen in previous workflow runs. Uses OpenAI to draft a single under-30-word opening line grounded in the person’s LinkedIn headline (or returns “skip” if it can’t be specific). Emails you the drafted opener in Gmail and pauses the workflow until you approve or decline within the configured wait window. Appends approved profiles and their opener to a Google Sheets spreadsheet, while declined items stop with no data saved. Setup Add credentials for Apify, OpenAI, Gmail, and Google Sheets. Update the search query, what you sell, approver email address, and max items in the configuration step. Select the target Google Sheets document and sheet tab where approved rows should be appended.
