How to drive Harbor — the local dev platform that serves THIS project at https://<name>.test — to run PHP/Composer/Node, manage the database, tail logs, debug with Xdebug, and change config. Use for ANY development task in this project: running commands, migrations, tests, tinker/REPL, DB import/backup, queues, or troubleshooting a broken page.
