The SDD spec authority — it drills the user live AND authors the docs, merging BA + spec into one skill. Explicit mode arg: constitution / phase / replan. **constitution** — reads the locked Product Shape + research.md, runs Steps 1.4-1.6 of the master flow: 1.4 a second, deeper grill-me interview (mission + tech constraints), 1.5 constitution writing (Master User Journey, authors mission.md/product.md/tech-stack.md via Opus drafters), 1.6 roadmap (drill + draft + author roadmap.md + patch product.md's phase labels). **phase** — runs per-phase feature research, drills scope + stories + screens, owns the Outcome Card gate (the only user approval at spec time), then two parallel Opus drafters write requirements/plan/validation, drift-reviewed against the card. **replan** — updates living docs, runs the changelog, merges the branch.
