Formfeed

Description

Formfeed renders documents from templates. With this connector an agent can list the templates of your Formfeed workspace, read the data each one expects, check data against a template before anything is rendered, render a PDF or an image (PNG, JPG, WebP) and return its download link, check the invoice block of a ZUGFeRD / Factur-X e-invoice, and convert Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OpenDocument files to PDF. Templates are HTML with Jinja2, Liquid or Handlebars placeholders, or Word and PowerPoint files. They are written and published in Formfeed, and the connector fills them with the data from the conversation: an invoice from the figures in the chat, a certificate for each name of a list, a report as PDF. You need a Formfeed account with at least one published template. The Free plan is enough to list, validate and render; converting office files and live e-invoices need a paid plan. When you connect, you sign in to Formfeed and choose the workspace the connector works in. It can read templates and renders, create renders and read the workspace's plan and remaining units. It cannot change or delete templates, keys or settings. By default documents are rendered in Frankfurt and stored in the EU.
