Maha OS Cognitive Gateway: Biological Sovereignty Node Maha OS is a cognitive circuit breaker designed to defend attention and physiological autonomy against high-frequency algorithmic extraction. Instead of relying on willpower, it gives your personal AI agent structural authority to intervene. This Model Context Protocol (MCP) server is the bridge between a user's AI agent and their Maha OS mobile client. It lets AI models operate as tactical allies that actively protect the user's digital minimalism and metabolic state. Core Capabilities Telemetry Context: Agents read the user's real-time biometric and readiness context (Heart Rate Variability, Resting Heart Rate, readiness and fidelity scores) relayed from the paired device, so recommendations reflect current physiological state rather than guesswork. Structural Intervention (The Circuit Breaker): Authorized agents can trigger a full-screen, in-app intervention overlay on the paired device — enforcing a parasympathetic breathing audit when cognitive fatigue or doomscrolling patterns are detected. Three severity tiers: mild, moderate, critical. Agentic Heuristics: Guides interacting LLMs to evaluate biological baselines before initiating high-friction tasks and adapt behavior to the user's current circadian state. Privacy & Trust Architecture Telemetry is transmitted over TLS, identified only by a pseudonymous node ID, and used solely to serve the user's own linked agents. Interventions render inside the Maha OS app only — the gateway has no access to other apps or system settings. Users can unlink their node at any time, severing agent access immediately. (Full functionality requires the user to bridge their local node via the Maha OS mobile client to authorize the telemetry stream.)
