Description

Operated by SpendPreflight. Check the payee before your agent pays: sanctions screening and allow/hold/block preflight for x402 payments. Remote Streamable HTTP endpoint: https://api.spendpreflight.com/mcp Tools: check_payee ($0.01 USDC), preflight_payment ($0.02 USDC), and get_service_info (free). The first 3 screening/preflight calls per IP per UTC day are free, shared with the HTTP API. Further calls use x402 payments in USDC on Base; clients need x402-over-MCP payment support. No service account or API key. Screening/preflight are read-only and never sign, hold or settle the payment being reviewed. API access itself is paid through the CDP facilitator.
