SubCenter for Teams keeps track of the software and AI tools a small team pays for: what each tool costs, when it renews, the last day to cancel, who holds which seat, and which client each tool should be billed to. With this connector, Claude can work with your SubCenter workspace directly: - Answer spend questions: monthly and yearly totals, AI-tool spend per person, the most expensive tools, costs by category or owner. - Warn you about renewals and cancel-by deadlines in the next days or weeks, so nothing renews by accident. - Check invoices that were forwarded to your workspace inbox, and confirm or dismiss them. - Add, update, keep or cancel tools, and assign or release seats. - Prepare an offboarding when someone leaves: their seats, the tools they own and what to cancel. - Produce the monthly client bill-back report for agencies. Access follows the member's role and the scopes they approve when connecting. Anything that deletes or offboards is marked as destructive, so Claude asks first. Every change is recorded in the workspace activity log. Data is hosted in the EU. No bank or card connection is needed. SubCenter for Teams is for freelancers, agencies and teams of up to 10 people.
