Bing Webmaster AI CLI MCP

Description

A Python CLI and MCP server for the JSON Bing Webmaster Tools API, plus protocol-correct IndexNow submission. It exposes 34 Bing read tools (traffic, indexing, crawl issues, inbound links, keywords and more) and one write tool per supported operation. One setting, BING_WM_ALLOW_WRITES, picks the write path: direct bing_<operation> tools, or bing_plan_<operation> tools that send nothing until a person runs bing-wm plan apply. No MCP tool applies or rejects a recorded plan. Both paths share an append-only audit log, plan expiry, a site denylist and restart-persistent daily write limits.
