PromtPress Ads lets an AI assistant buy advertising the way a person would in the dashboard: browse placement formats, analyse a Telegram channel, forecast results for a budget, assemble a campaign and launch it. The safety property this server is built around: the assistant can spend, but it cannot fund and it cannot withdraw. No tool adds money, changes payout details or moves funds anywhere. Top-ups happen in the browser, by the account owner. Spending is bounded by a mandate: $50 per campaign launch and $100 per day by default, with hard service ceilings of $1,000 and $5,000 that nobody can raise. Anything above the mandate — and the first campaign on any account, always — goes to the owner as a confirmation link carrying a fingerprint of the exact parameters shown. Change the budget after approval and the link stops working. Sixteen tools; exactly one of them spends money. Permissions are granted separately: view, prepare campaigns, spend budget. Gambling, betting, adult content and anything requiring a licence we cannot verify are rejected before reaching a source.
