Mortgage Tools by Jenny is a free remote MCP server that lets ChatGPT, Claude and other AI assistants run Canadian mortgage comparisons from the figures a user supplies. It compares two or three renewal offers over a common horizon, models extra payments and lump sums, weighs breaking a mortgage against keeping it, and tests whether consolidating debt into a mortgage actually costs less. If key numbers are missing, a diagnostic tool lists what to ask first. Nine short preparation guides cover renewal, prepayment and related topics for Ontario homeowners. The tools do not quote rates, calculate penalties or check qualification, and they never treat an unknown cost as zero. No sign-up or API key is needed, and the service does not store the figures sent to it.
