Pay in GBLIN with a signature and no ETH: payments.prepare, payments.verify, payments.relay (EIP-3009). Market risk: risk.regime (live calm | elevated | crash from the on-chain Crash Shield), risk.attestation_sample, attestation.verify. AI Action Receipts: receipts.seal, receipts.get, receipts.verify (public RFC 6962 log, verifiable offline). coherence.report: pre-registered promises vs conduct, sealed daily on Base. search and fetch return the documentation and live state as documents.
