Description

Reconcile expected native Circle USDC receivables on Base Mainnet (chain ID 8453) against on-chain transfers into one receiver. Requires exact agreement from two independent RPCs at Base safe finality; ambiguous matches are reported for review. **Scope:** up to 25 expected receivables and 1,000 blocks per batch. Reports matched, missing, underpaid, overpaid, wrong_sender, late_payment, duplicate_payment and needs_review outcomes. **Pricing:** each reconciliation batch costs 10 prepaid credits. 0.12 USDC buys 100 credits; the buyer pays Base gas. RPC or unsafe-range failures refund the charge. Repeated audits can consume additional credits. **Setup:** connect to the remote MCP endpoint. get_service_info and get_payment_info are free and require no credit token. For get_credit_balance and reconcile_usdc_receivables, configure the connection header Authorization: Bearer <your credit token>. The balance check is free. Funding the service is separate from receivables being audited. **Input example (illustrative):** receiver = 0x1111111111111111111111111111111111111111; fromBlock = "52303992"; toBlock = "52304991"; expected = [{"id":"invoice-001","payer":"0x2222222222222222222222222222222222222222","amountAtomic":"1000000"}]. Block numbers and amounts are decimal strings; 1000000 atomic units = 1 USDC. Choose a range at or below the current safe head. The auditor reads blockchain data and debits prepaid credits. It never signs or broadcasts transactions.
