Description

Connect Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, and VS Code to TestRail. Search and create test cases, start runs, record results, and attach files in conversation, or from CI with the bundled testrail-cli. **What you can do** - Browse projects, suites, and sections - Create, update, and bulk-edit test cases, including custom fields, templates, and labels - Start test runs and record results by test or case - Upload and download attachments - Export cases as Markdown for knowledge-base and RAG ingestion Runs locally over stdio on Node.js 18+. Works with TestRail Cloud and self-hosted Server (API v2, validated on 10.6.2). Writes are on by default; deletes stay off until you enable them.
