Mistral MCP — Document Extraction

Description

Extract invoices and contracts from text or Markdown into typed JSON with Mistral. Optional OCR supports PDFs and images when your account has access and quota. Version 1.0.0 exposes six tools by default: document processing, OCR, chat, vision, code completion and transcription. Explicit profiles retain all 46 tools. Runs locally over stdio or on your infrastructure with Streamable HTTP. Schema validation checks structure, not factual accuracy. Uses your own API key; provider usage may incur costs. Live OCR remains unverified on the test account because its request quota is zero. Community-maintained, not an official Mistral product.
