**Asking MCP** connects AI assistants — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and more — to your [Asking](https://asking.com.br) customer support through a secured OAuth connection. ### What your assistant can do - **Ask anything about your support:** search conversations, messages and contacts in one query - **Get instant briefings:** read a conversation's full history or a contact's details - **Read reports** allowed by your role — volume, response times, CSAT - **Safe writes:** add private notes, save reply drafts, update status, priority, labels and assignee - **Reply and start conversations** on your behalf — only when the connection includes the opt-in `mcp:send` scope ### Built for control - Per-person connections with scopes item by item (`mcp:read`, `mcp:write`, `mcp:send`) - Every tool call recorded in the audit trail; revocation takes effect immediately - Admins see all connections and can turn MCP off for the whole account - Available on every plan, with per-account limits ### Get started Add `https://app.asking.com.br/mcp` as a remote MCP server in your client, approve the consent in the browser and start asking.
