Scores a single company against a user-supplied ICP definition and returns an auditable 0-100 fit score with a per-criterion breakdown, a tier band, and a recommended action. It never authors the ICP itself; without a definition (see `references/icp-definition-template.md`) it refuses. Trigger when the user says "score this account", "ICP fit", "is this company a fit", "rank these companies", "tier this list", "fit score", "qualify this account", "which accounts should we work", or when a list needs to be prioritized before outbound. Also trigger when the user pastes an ICP definition and a company record together. Do NOT trigger when the user wants raw firmographic facts gathered (use company-research-agent), when the qualification question is specifically about the tech stack (use technographic-qualifier), when the signal is a job posting (use job-posting-analyzer), or when the user wants a written summary of an account rather than a number (use account-brief-generator).
