Privacy Policy

GenAiHub is an AI directory for discovering, comparing, and sharing AI agents, models, tools, MCP servers, workflows, and skills. GenAiHub is operated by ATMEZ AI Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

This policy explains what information we collect when you use GenAiHub, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the website and to any account you create on it.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. Your email address, display name, and authentication identifiers when you sign in by email or with a third-party provider. We never receive or store your third-party password.
• Third-party sign-in (such as LinkedIn). If you choose to sign in with a third-party provider, that provider shares your basic profile information (such as your name, email address, profile photo, and member identifier) with us, subject to your settings with that provider and its own privacy policy. We use this only to create and authenticate your account.
• Content you submit. Listing details, descriptions, links, ratings, reports, collections, and any other content you post or send through the service.
• Usage information. Pages viewed, search queries, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies for authentication and preferences, plus analytics where enabled.

We do not intentionally collect special-category personal data (such as health or biometric data) and ask that you do not submit it.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and authenticate accounts and keep you signed in;
• Publish, review, and moderate submitted listings and other content;
• Operate, maintain, and improve the service, including search and ranking;
• Respond to support requests, reports, and legal notices;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
• Send service and account communications you have requested.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the service you requested); our legitimate interests (operating, securing, and improving the service); consent (where you opt in, such as optional analytics or marketing email); and legal obligation.

We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. Vendors that host our infrastructure, deliver email, provide authentication, and measure site usage, bound by contracts to use the data only for us.
• Public content. Listings, ratings, and other content you submit for publication are visible to everyone. Do not submit anything you want kept private.
• Legal and safety. When required by law or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of GenAiHub, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We use strictly necessary cookies to authenticate you and remember your preferences. Where enabled, analytics cookies help us understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in from working.

We keep personal information for as long as your account exists and as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise these rights by contacting us. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

You can update your profile information from your account settings and request account deletion at any time.

The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
