Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GenAiHub (the “Service”), operated by ATMEZ AI Solutions. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

GenAiHub is a directory for discovering, comparing, and sharing AI agents, models, tools, MCP servers, workflows, and skills. Listings may link to third-party products and websites that we do not control or endorse.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

When you submit a listing, rating, report, collection, or other content, you represent that you have the rights needed to do so and that the content is accurate and not misleading.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You also permit other users to view and link to publicly posted content.

We may review, edit, refuse, or remove any submission, including listings that are spam, duplicate, misleading, infringing, or otherwise violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or infringe the rights of others;
• Submit false, deceptive, or misleading listings or reviews;
• Upload malware or attempt to compromise the Service;
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data in ways that degrade the Service;
• Interfere with other users or bypass access controls; or
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited advertising.

The Service contains links to third-party websites, products, and services. Those third parties are responsible for their own content, terms, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for any third-party site or service, and your use of them is at your own risk.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software (but excluding user content), is owned by ATMEZ AI Solutions or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

GenAiHub names and logos are our trademarks. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Listings, descriptions, ratings, and other information are provided by users and third parties. We do not warrant that any listing is accurate, current, or suitable for your needs, and you are responsible for evaluating any product or service before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATMEZ AI Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATMEZ AI Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk or legal exposure. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms here and update the date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ATMEZ AI Solutions, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
