Generate SEO anchor text suggestions from URLs with Firecrawl and Claude
Live

By Allan Vaccarizi

📺 Full walkthrough video: https://youtu.be/XUvPeH5LSVU ⚠️ Self-hosted only — This template uses a community node (Firecrawl) and cannot run on n8n Cloud. Who it's for This workflow is for SEO specialists and content managers who need to generate optimized internal linking anchor texts at scale, without manually reviewing each page. It suits agencies or in-house teams managing large site structures stored in Google Sheets. How it works A chat message triggers the workflow and passes a Google Sheets URL as input. The workflow reads all rows from the sheet and filters only those with a URL but no anchor text yet. Filtered rows are fed into a loop that processes each URL one at a time. Each URL is scraped using Firecrawl; failed scrapes are flagged in the sheet and skipped. A code node cleans the raw markdown output (removes links, navigation, ads, etc.). An AI agent powered by Claude Sonnet 4 analyzes the cleaned content and generates 10 SEO anchor text suggestions with linguistic variations. Results are written back to the Google Sheet; the loop then continues to the next row. How to set up [ ] Connect your Google account and point the Read Sheet Data node to the correct spreadsheet and sheet tab. [ ] Add your Firecrawl API credentials to the Scrape URL via Firecrawl node. [ ] Add your Anthropic API key to the Claude Sonnet 4 Model node. [ ] Verify the Filter node conditions match your sheet column names (URL not empty, Anchors empty). [ ] Configure both Update nodes to write to the correct columns in your sheet. Requirements Google Sheets account (OAuth2) Firecrawl account and API key Anthropic API key (Claude Sonnet 4) n8n self-hosted instance (community node required) How to customize Swap Claude Sonnet 4 for another LLM supported by n8n LangChain nodes (GPT-4o, Mistral, etc.). Edit the AI agent system prompt to generate other types of SEO content, such as meta descriptions or H1 suggestions. Extend the filter logic to support multiple processing statuses (e.g., re-process rows marked as outdated). An n8n automation workflow template by Allan Vaccarizi.

Live

By Hassan

Overview Transform your customer support operations with an intelligent WhatsApp automation system that handles text, voice, and image messages across multiple languages. This comprehensive solution uses advanced AI to provide instant, accurate responses by accessing your company's knowledge base, while maintaining conversation context and supporting both English and Roman Urdu communications. Perfect for businesses serving diverse markets who need 24/7 customer support without the overhead costs. Key Benefits 🤖 Multi-Modal AI Processing Handle text messages, voice notes, and images seamlessly. The system automatically transcribes audio, analyzes images, and processes all content types through a single intelligent pipeline. 🌍 True Multilingual Support Native support for English and Roman Urdu with intelligent language detection and matching responses. The AI automatically detects the customer's language and responds accordingly, making it perfect for South Asian markets. 📚 Dynamic Knowledge Base Integration Real-time access to your Google Docs knowledge base ensures customers always receive current, accurate information about your products and services. No more outdated responses or manual updates needed. 💭 Conversation Memory & Context Advanced memory system maintains conversation history for natural, contextual interactions. Customers can have flowing conversations without repeating information, improving satisfaction rates. ⚡ Instant Response Times Automated responses within seconds of receiving messages, dramatically improving customer satisfaction and reducing response time from hours to seconds. 🔄 Zero Manual Intervention Fully automated system that works 24/7 without human oversight. Handles inquiries, provides information, and maintains professional communication standards automatically. 📊 Scalable Architecture Built on enterprise-grade n8n platform with robust error handling and retry mechanisms. Can handle thousands of concurrent conversations without performance degradation. 💰 Cost-Effective Operations Replace expensive customer support teams with intelligent automation. Reduce operational costs by up to 80% while improving response quality and availability. How It Works Phase 1: Message Reception & Classification The system begins with a WhatsApp webhook trigger that captures all incoming messages in real-time. An intelligent switch node immediately analyzes each message to determine its content type - whether it's a text message, voice note, or image with optional caption. This classification is crucial as each media type requires different processing approaches to extract meaningful information. Phase 2: Advanced Media Processing For voice messages, the system retrieves the audio file URL, downloads the content using authenticated requests, and processes it through OpenAI's Whisper transcription service to convert speech to text. Image messages follow a similar pattern - the system downloads the image and uses GPT-4 Vision to analyze and describe the visual content in detail. Text messages are processed directly, while all media types are ultimately converted to standardized text format for consistent AI processing. Phase 3: Intelligent Response Generation The processed content is fed into a sophisticated AI agent powered by Claude Sonnet 4 via OpenRouter. This agent operates with a comprehensive system prompt that defines its role as a professional customer support representative with specific instructions for tone, language handling, and response protocols. The agent has access to a Google Docs tool that allows it to retrieve real-time information from your company's knowledge base. Phase 4: Contextual Memory Management A memory buffer system maintains conversation history for each unique phone number, allowing for natural, flowing conversations where the AI remembers previous interactions and can reference earlier parts of the conversation. This creates a more human-like experience and reduces customer frustration from having to repeat information. Phase 5: Response Delivery Generated responses are automatically sent back to the customer's WhatsApp number using the WhatsApp Business API, completing the conversation loop. The system maintains proper formatting and ensures message delivery confirmation. Required Setup & Database Requirements API Credentials Needed: WhatsApp Business API**: For receiving and sending messages OpenAI API**: For audio transcription and image analysis OpenRouter API**: For Claude Sonnet 4 language model access Google Docs API**: For knowledge base integration n8n Cloud/Self-hosted instance**: For workflow execution Knowledge Base Setup: Google Docs Document**: Structured company information document Document Permissions**: Shared with the Google service account Content Organization**: FAQ format with clear sections for products, services, pricing, and contact information WhatsApp Configuration: Business Phone Number**: Verified WhatsApp Business account Webhook URL**: Configured to point to n8n webhook endpoint Message Templates**: Pre-approved for business communications Business Use Cases E-commerce Support: Handle product inquiries, order status checks, and return policies across multiple languages, perfect for businesses serving diverse customer bases. Normalize Fields – Set node maps to: url, text, author.userName, author.url, author.location. AI Filter & Dedupe Check Accept only clear hiring posts for n8n/AI automation roles (reject self-promotion). Queries Google Sheets to see if url already exists; duplicates are dropped. Gate – IF node passes only non-empty AI outputs. Parse JSON Safely – Code node extracts/validates JSON from the AI output. Save to Google Sheets – Appends/updates a row (matching on url). Telegram Alert – Sends a message with the tweet URL, author, location, and text. Who it’s for Freelancers, agencies, and job seekers who want a steady radar of real hiring posts for their target roles. Multimodal telegram bot with voice, image & video analysis using Claude & Gemini
Live

By Keith Uy

Quick overview This is a starting point for building a Telegram AI agent. The base handles four input types: voice, pictures, video, and text, through the AI models of your choice. From here you connect tools to expand what the agent can do inside your n8n workflows. How it works Input: a message sent to the bot chat. A Switch node sorts the message by type: Voice message Picture message Video message Text message It currently uses OpenAI and Gemini to analyze voice, photos, and video, but you can swap in other models. The model reads the message, generates a response from the system prompt, and sends it back as a Telegram message. Setup Create the Telegram bot. In Telegram, search for "BotFather", send /newbot, follow the prompts, and copy the access token. Add the Telegram credential in n8n. Open the Telegram trigger node, create a credential, paste the access token, and save. Add the LLM credentials. Add your OpenAI and Gemini keys (and any other model you prefer) to the LLM nodes, then pick your model, and make sure each account has credits. Guides: OpenAI (voice) → https://winflowai.com/blog/get-openai-api-key/ and Google Gemini (images and video) → https://winflowai.com/blog/get-gemini-api-key/ Requirements Telegram bot access token OpenAI API key (voice) Google Gemini API key (pictures and video) n8n instance (Cloud or self-hosted) Customization Adjust the system prompt to shape the agent's output, and add tools to take it beyond conversation. Find Hiring Posts on Threads with Apify, AI Filtering, and Telegram Alerts
Live

By A Z

Automatically scrape Meta Threads for posts hiring specific roles (e.g. automation engineers, video editors, graphic designers), filter true hiring intent, deduplicate, and send alerts. We are taking automation roles as an example for now. What it does This workflow continuously scans Threads for fresh posts mentioning the roles you care about. It uses AI to filter out self-promotion and service ads, keeping only posts where the author is hiring. Qualified posts are saved into Google Sheets for tracking and sent to Telegram for instant alerts. It’s ideal for freelancers, agencies, and job seekers who want a steady radar of opportunities. How it works (Step by Step) Schedule trigger – Runs on a set interval (e.g. every 12 hours). Scrape Threads posts – Fetches recent posts from multiple keywords (e.g., “n8n expert”, “hire video editor”, “graphic designer”, etc.) via Apify. Merge results – Combines posts into a single stream. Normalize fields – Maps raw data into clean fields: text, author, URL, timestamp, profile link. AI filter – Uses an AI Agent to: Accept only posts where someone is hiring (rejects “hire me” style self-promo). Apply simple geography rules (e.g., allow US, UK, UAE, CA; pass unknowns). Exclude roles outside your scope. Deduplication – Checks Google Sheets to skip posts already seen. Save to Google Sheets – Writes qualified posts with full details. Telegram alerts – Sends you the matched post instantly so you can act. Who it’s for Freelancers: Get first dibs on gigs before others spot them. Agencies: Build a client pipeline by tracking hiring signals. Job seekers: Spot hidden opportunities in your target field. Customization Ideas Swap keywords to monitor roles you care about (e.g., “UI/UX designer”, “motion graphics editor”, “copywriter”). Add Slack or Discord notifications instead of Telegram. Expand geo rules to match your region. Use Sheets as a CRM—add columns for status, outreach date, etc. An n8n automation workflow template by A Z.

Send WooCommerce new category alert via WhatsApp using Rapiwa API
Live

By SpaGreen Creative

Send WooCommerce New Category Alert via WhatsApp Using Rapiwa API This n8n automation listens for the creation of a new WooCommerce product category, fetches all WooCommerce customers, cleans and formats their phone numbers, verifies them using the Rapiwa WhatsApp validation API, sends a WhatsApp message to verified numbers with the new category info, and logs each interaction into a Google Sheet (separately for verified and unverified customers). Who this is for You have a WooCommerce store and want to: Send a promotional message when a new product category is added, Verify customer WhatsApp numbers in bulk, Keep a clear log in Google Sheets of which numbers are verified or not. What it does (high level) Webhook is triggered when a new WooCommerce category is created. Fetches all WooCommerce customers via API. Limits processing to the first 10 customers (for performance/testing). Cleans phone numbers (removes +, spaces, and non-digits). Verifies each number via Rapiwa WhatsApp Verify API. If verified: sends WhatsApp message with new category info, logs as Verification = verified, Status = sent. If not verified: logs as Verification = unverified, Status = not sent. Processes users in batches with delays to avoid rate limiting. How it works (step-by-step) Trigger**: Webhook node is triggered by WooCommerce category creation. Format Data**: Category details (name, slug, description) are parsed. Get Customers**: Fetch all WooCommerce customers using the WooCommerce API. Limit**: Only the first 10 are processed. Loop & Clean**: Loop over each customer, clean phone numbers and extract info. Verify Number**: Send HTTP POST to https://app.rapiwa.com/api/verify-whatsapp. Decision Node**: Use If node to check if exists == true. Send Message**: If verified, send WhatsApp message with category details. Append to Sheet**: Log verified and unverified customers separately in Google Sheets. Wait + Batch Control**: Use Wait and SplitInBatches nodes to control flow and prevent throttling. Example verify body (HTTP Request node): { ""number"": ""{{ $json['WhatsApp No'] }}"" } Google Sheet Column Reference | name | number | email | address | catagoris | description | status | |-------------|---------------|------------------------------|------------------------------------------------------|-------------|-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|------------| | Abdul Mannan | 8801322827799 | contact@spagreen.net | mirpur dohs | Electronics | SShop top-braxxxxrable tech. | unverified | | Abdul Mannan | 8801322827799 | contact@spagreen.net | mirpur dohs | Electronics | Shop top-braxxxxrable tech. | verified | | Abdul Mannan | 8801322827799 | contact@spagreen.net | mirpur doh | Electronics | Shop top-braxxxxrable tech. | verified | Customization ideas Send images, videos, or template messages if supported by Rapiwa. Personalize messages using name or category data. Increase delay or reduce batch size to minimize risk of rate limits. Add a second sheet to log full API responses for debugging and auditing. Best practices Test on small batches before scaling. Only send messages to users who opted in. Store API credentials securely using n8n’s credentials manager. Ensure your Google Sheet column headers match exactly with what's expected. Key Improvements Made Clarified the trigger source as a Webhook from WooCommerce category creation. Fixed inconsistency in the ""What it does"" section (originally referenced reading from Google Sheets, but your workflow starts from WooCommerce, not Sheets). Standardized terminology to match n8n nodes: Webhook, Loop, HTTP Request, etc. Aligned the flow exactly with your nodes: Webhook → Format → Get Customers → Limit → Loop → Clean → Verify → If → Send/Log → Wait → Repeat Useful Links Dashboard:** https://app.rapiwa.com Official Website:** https://rapiwa.com Documentation:** https://docs.rapiwa.com Support WhatsApp Support: Chat Now Discord: Join SpaGreen Community Facebook Group: SpaGreen Support Website: https://spagreen.net Developer Portfolio: Codecanyon SpaGreen ". Client Onboarding with Form
Live

By Abdullahi Osman

AI-Powered Lead Triage and Response System 🤖 This advanced workflow creates a customized, embedded lead-capture form, automatically logs client data to a spreadsheet, and uses AI to instantly analyze and summarize the lead for rapid human follow-up. How it works A potential client fills out the Gurey AI partnership form (built-in n8n form trigger). The workflow immediately logs all submitted data to a designated Google Sheet. An AI Agent receives the raw data and is instructed to condense it into a factual, concise client summary. Automated Voice Appointment Booking with Vapi AI and Google Calendar
Live

By Francisco Rivera

What this template does Connect a Vapi AI voice agent to Google Calendar to capture contact details and auto-book appointments. The agent asks for name, address, service type, and a preferred time. The workflow checks availability and either proposes times or books the slot—no code needed. How it works (node map) Webhook: Production URL = VAPI Server URL — receives tool calls from Vapi and returns results. CONFIGURATION (EDIT ME)** — your timezone, work hours, meeting length, buffers, and cadence. Route by Tool Name** — routes Vapi tool calls: checkAvailability → calendar lookup path bookAppointment → create event path Get Calendar Events (EDIT ME)** — reads events for the requested day. Calculate Potential Slots / Filter for Available Slots** — builds conflict-free options with buffers. Respond with Available Times — returns formatted slots to Vapi. Book Appointment in Calendar (EDIT ME)** — creates the calendar event with details. Booking Confirmation** — returns success back to Vapi. > Sticky notes in the canvas show exactly what to edit (required by n8n). No API keys are hardcoded; Google uses OAuth credentials. Requirements n8n (Cloud or self-hosted) Google account with Calendar (OAuth credential in n8n) Vapi account + one Assistant Setup (5 minutes) A) Vapi → n8n connection Open the Webhook node and copy the Production URL. In Vapi → Assistant → Messaging, set Server URL = that Production URL. In Server Messages, enable only toolCalls. B) Vapi tools (names must match exactly) Create two Custom Tools in Vapi and attach them to the assistant: Tool 1: checkAvailability Arguments** initialSearchDateTime (string, ISO-8601 with timezone offset, e.g. 2025-09-09T09:00:00-05:00) Tool 2: Arguments** startDateTime (string, ISO-8601 with tz) endDateTime (string, ISO-8601 with tz) clientName (string) propertyAddress (string) serviceType (string) > The Switch node routes based on C) Configure availability Open 1. CONFIGURATION (EDIT ME) and set: D) Connect Google Calendar Open 2. Get Calendar Events (EDIT ME) → Credentials: select/create Google Calendar OAuth. Then choose the calendar to check availability. Open 3. Book Appointment in Calendar (EDIT ME) → use the same credential and same calendar to book. E) Activate & test Toggle the workflow Active. Call your Vapi number (or start a session) and book a test slot. Verify the event appears with description fields (client, address, service type, call id). Customising Change summary/description format in 3. Book Appointment. Add SMS/Email confirmations, CRM sync, rescheduling, or analytics as follow-ups (see sticky note “I’m a note”). Troubleshooting No response back to Vapi** → confirm Vapi is set to send toolCalls only and the Server URL matches the Production URL. Switch doesn’t route** → tool names must be exactly checkAvailability and bookAppointment. No times returned** → ensure timezone + work hours + cadence generate at least one future slot; confirm Google credential and calendar selection. Event not created** → use the same Google credential & calendar in both nodes; check OAuth scopes/consent. Security & privacy Google uses OAuth; credentials live in n8n. No API keys hardcoded. Webhook receives only the fields needed to check times or book. An n8n automation workflow template by Francisco Rivera.

Live

By Automate With Marc

AI Clone Instagram Influencer Reel Builder + Auto-Post (Heygen + Submagic + Blotato) Description Turn an idea into a finished Instagram Reel—end to end, on autopilot. This template generates a compelling Reel script, sends it to Heygen to produce an AI avatar/clone video, applies dynamic on-video captions with Submagic, then uploads and auto-posts to Instagram via Blotato, complete with a tailored AI-written caption. Ideal for creators, agencies, and brands who want consistent short-form output without manual editing. 👉 Watch step-by-step automation builds on YouTube: https://youtu.be/MmZxLuAkqig?si=DRfS89yQlSlbMbfZ What This Template Does ✍️ Generates a short-form Reel script from your topic/idea (optimized hook → body → close). 🧑‍🎤 Creates an AI avatar video using Heygen (character + voice) from that script. 🅰️ Adds stylized overlaid captions using Submagic (template selectable). ☁️ Uploads media to Blotato and auto-posts to Instagram Reels. 🧠 Writes an IG caption (with hashtags) using an AI Caption Agent tuned for engagement. How It Works (Node Flow) Chat Trigger – Send a topic/idea to start the run. Instagram Script Generator (Agent) – Creates a 25–30s script (hook → insights → soft CTA). POST to Heygen – Generates an avatar video from the script (avatar_id, voice_id, size). Wait & Poll – Checks Heygen status until the video is ready. POST to Submagic – Creates a project and applies your caption style (e.g., “Hormozi 2”). Wait & Poll – Retrieves the captioned video URL when completed. Upload media (Blotato) – Uploads the final video to your Blotato account. Instagram Caption Agent – Produces an on-brand IG caption + hashtag block from the original script. Create Post (Blotato) – Publishes to Instagram as a Reel with the AI caption and uploaded media. Required Credentials OpenAI (or compatible) – for script + caption agents. Heygen API – HTTP Header Auth (API key). Submagic API – HTTP Header Auth (API key). Blotato API – Account + token. (Optional) KodeKey/Base URL if you route OpenAI-compatible models through your gateway. Best practice: store all secrets in n8n Credentials, not hard-coded in nodes. Quick Start Import the template into n8n. Create/assign credentials for OpenAI (or compatible), Heygen, Submagic, and Blotato. In Heygen, set your avatar_id and voice_id (or swap with your own). In Submagic, set templateName, language, and style preferences. In Blotato, confirm the accountId and instagramMediaType: reel. Run the workflow from the Chat Trigger with a topic (e.g., “3 money habits for 2025”). Confirm the Reel shows up in your connected Instagram account. Customization Tips Script Persona: Adjust the agent system prompt (niche, tone, audience). Caption Style: Tweak the Caption Agent for hook length, CTAs, and hashtag strategy. Heygen Output: Change dimension to 1080×1920 for full-HD vertical. Submagic Template: Swap templateName to match your brand. Posting Targets: Extend Blotato to cross-post to TikTok/YouTube Shorts. Error Handling & Reliability Uses Wait + status polling for both Heygen and Submagic before downstream steps. Includes IF checks to re-poll when processing is not complete. Recommendation: add Slack/Email alerts and Retry options for production use. Ideal For Solo creators and founders posting daily Social media managers and agencies Edu/Coach brands scaling short-form content. An n8n automation workflow template by Automate With Marc.

Generate SEO meta tags and content briefs from SERP analysis with Claude AI
Live

By Allan Vaccarizi

Who it's for This workflow is for SEO managers, content strategists, and digital agencies who need to produce optimised meta tags, H1s, and full content briefs at scale — one per keyword — without doing manual competitor research. How it works The workflow is triggered manually and reads client information and SEO keyword data from two Google Sheets tabs. Items are filtered to keep only keywords that have not yet been processed (no existing H1). A batch loop iterates over each keyword and calls the Apify SERP actor via HTTP POST to retrieve competitor URLs. Organic results are split out, limited to the top 10, and each URL is scraped with Firecrawl to retrieve full page content. A JavaScript node consolidates the scraped data into structured competitor blocks (meta title, meta description, headings). A first Claude AI agent analyses the competitor data to generate optimised meta title, meta description, and H1 (structured JSON output). WhatsApp personal AI assistant with voice, image, and PDF support
Live

By Allan Vaccarizi

📺 Full walkthrough video: https://youtu.be/-kpt0BwjKls Who it's for This workflow is for professionals and power users who want a personal AI assistant accessible directly via WhatsApp, capable of managing their emails, calendar, files, and online searches through natural conversation — including voice messages. How it works A WhatsApp Trigger receives incoming messages and routes them by input type: text, audio, image, or PDF document. Audio messages are downloaded and transcribed via OpenAI Whisper. Images are downloaded and analyzed by GPT-4o mini. PDF files are validated, downloaded, and text-extracted. All input types are normalized into a unified text field before being passed to the AI agent. A personal assistant agent powered by Claude Sonnet processes the request using a full tool suite: Gmail (send/search), Google Calendar (create/read events), Google Drive (search), Airtable (contact email database), SerpAPI (web search), Discord (direct messages), and a calculator. If the original input was a voice message, the agent's response is converted to audio via OpenAI TTS and sent back as a WhatsApp audio message. Otherwise, a text reply is sent. How to set up [ ] Connect your WhatsApp Business API credentials to the trigger and all send nodes [ ] Add OpenAI API credentials to the transcription, image analysis, and TTS nodes [ ] Add Anthropic API credentials to the Claude Sonnet model node [ ] Connect Gmail OAuth2 credentials to the send and search email tool nodes [ ] Connect Google Calendar OAuth2 credentials to the create and get events tool nodes [ ] Connect Google Drive OAuth2 credentials to the search tool node [ ] Connect Airtable credentials and configure the base/table IDs for the email database [ ] Add SerpAPI credentials to the web search tool node [ ] Add Discord bot credentials and configure the target user ID for direct messages [ ] Set the correct phone number ID and recipient number in all WhatsApp send nodes Requirements WhatsApp Business API account OpenAI API account Anthropic API account Google account (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) with OAuth2 Airtable account with a contacts/email base SerpAPI account Discord bot with direct message permissions How to customize Add or remove tools from the Personal Assistant Agent node to expand or restrict capabilities (e.g. add a Notion or Slack tool). Adjust the memory window size in the Conversation Memory Buffer node to control how much conversation history the agent retains. Edit the agent's system prompt to change its persona, language, or restrict it to a specific scope (e.g. a customer support assistant). An n8n automation workflow template by Allan Vaccarizi.

Automate data extraction from faxes & PDFs using Google Gemini and Google Sheets
Live

By Intuz

This n8n template from Intuz provides a complete solution to automate the extraction of critical information from PDF documents like faxes, or any PDFs. It uses the power of Google Gemini's multimodal capabilities to read the document, identify key fields, and organize the data into a structured format, saving it directly to a Google Sheet. Who's this workflow for? Healthcare Administrators Medical Billing Teams Legal Assistants Data Entry Professionals Office Managers How it works 1. Upload via Web Form: The process starts when a user uploads a fax (as a PDF file) through a simple, secure web form generated by n8n. 2. AI Document Analysis: The PDF is sent directly to Google Gemini's advanced multimodal model, which reads the entire document—including text, tables, and form fields. It extracts all relevant information based on a detailed prompt. 3. AI Data Structuring: The raw extracted text is then passed to a second AI step. This step cleans the information and strictly structures it into a predictable JSON format (e.g., Patient ID, Name, DOB, etc.). 4. Save to Google Sheets: The final, structured data is automatically appended as a new, clean row in your designated Google Sheet, creating an organized and usable dataset from the unstructured fax. Key Requirements to Use This Template 1. n8n Instance & Required Nodes: An active n8n account (Cloud or self-hosted). This workflow uses the official n8n LangChain integration (@n8n/n8n-nodes-langchain). If you are using a self-hosted version of n8n, please ensure this package is installed. 2. Google Accounts: Google Drive Account: For temporarily storing the uploaded file. Google Gemini AI Account: A Google Cloud account with the Vertex AI API (for Gemini models) enabled and an associated API Key. Google Sheets Account: A pre-made Google Sheet with columns that match the data you want to extract. Customer Setup Guide: Here is a detailed, step-by-step guide to help you configure and run this workflow. 1. Before You Begin: Prerequisites Please ensure you have the following ready: The FAX-Content-Extraction.json file we provided. Active accounts for n8n, Google Drive, Google Cloud (for Gemini AI), and Google Sheets. A Google Sheet created with header columns that match the data you want to extract (e.g., Patient ID, Patient Name, Date of Birth, etc.). 2. Step-by-Step Configuration Step 1: Import the Workflow Open your n8n canvas. Click "Import from File" and select the FAX-Content-Extraction.json file. The workflow will appear on your canvas. Step 2: Set Up the Form Trigger The workflow starts with the "On form submission" node. Click on this node. In the settings panel, you will see a "Form URL". Copy this URL. This is the link to the web form where you will upload your fax files. Step 3: Configure the Google Drive Node Click on the "Upload file" (Google Drive) node. Credentials: Select your Google Drive account from the "Credentials" dropdown or click "Create New" to connect your account. Folder ID: In the "Folder ID" field, choose the specific Google Drive folder where you want the uploaded faxes to be saved. Step 4: Configure the Google Gemini AI Nodes (Very Important) This workflow uses AI in two places, and both need to be connected. First AI Call (PDF Reading): Click on the "Call Gemini 2.0 Flash with PDF Capabilities" (HTTP Request) node. Under "Authentication", make sure "Predefined Credential Type" is selected. For "Credential Type", choose "Google Palm API". In the "Credentials" dropdown, select your Google Gemini API key or click "Create New" to add it. Second AI Call (Data Structuring): Click on the "Google Gemini Chat Model" node (it's connected below the "Basic LLM Chain" node). In the "Credentials" dropdown, select the same Google Gemini API key you used before. Step 5: (Optional) Customize What Data is Extracted You have full control over what information the AI looks for. To change the extraction rules: Click on the "Define Prompt" node. You can edit the text in the "Value" field to tell the AI what to look for (e.g., "Extract only the patient's name and medication list"). To change the final output columns: Click on the "Basic LLM Chain" node. In the "Text" field, you can edit the JSON schema to add, remove, or rename the fields you want in your final output. The keys here MUST match the column headers in your Google Sheet. Step 6: Configure the Final Google Sheets Node Click on the "Append row in sheet" node. Credentials: Select your Google Sheets account from the "Credentials" dropdown. Document ID: Select your target spreadsheet from the "Document" dropdown list. Sheet Name: Select the specific sheet within that document. Columns: Ensure that the fields listed here match the columns in your sheet and the schema from the "Basic LLM Chain" node. 4. Running the Workflow Save and Activate: Click "Save" and then toggle the workflow to "Active". Open the Form: Open the Form URL you copied in Step 2 in a new browser tab. Upload a File: Upload a sample fax PDF and submit the form. Check Your Sheet: After a minute, a new row with the extracted data should appear in your Google Sheet. Automatically Join WhatsApp Groups with Google Sheets and Evolution API
Live

By Sènato Julien KOUKPONOU

Who’s it for This workflow is ideal for community managers, event organizers, and businesses that regularly manage multiple WhatsApp groups. If you have a growing list of invitation codes stored in Google Sheets, this automation helps you automatically join groups, update statuses, and track results without manual work. How it works / What it does The workflow connects Google Sheets with WhatsApp through an automation sequence: Reads the list of invitation codes from a Google Sheet. Processes the first 50 unused codes per run. Validates group links via a Fetch groups node. Attempts to join each group using the Join group node. Updates the sheet with the join status (success or failure). Logs successful joins in a tracking list for easy follow-up. This ensures a fully automated way to manage WhatsApp group invitations while keeping your data organized in Google Sheets. How to set up Prepare a Google Sheet with invitation codes and a status column. Configure the Google Sheets node with read and write access. Set up your fetch-groups and join-group credentials. Adjust the Schedule Trigger to define how often the workflow should run. Test with a few sample codes before scaling. Requirements n8n (self-hosted or cloud). Google Sheets API credentials. WhatsApp integration (via \[Evolution API] or another community node — self-hosted only). How to customize the workflow Change the batch size (default: 50 codes per run). Add error handling or retry logic for invalid links. Send real-time notifications (Slack, email, or Telegram) after each join. Extend your Google Sheet schema with extra details (e.g., group category, campaign, date joined). An n8n automation workflow template by Sènato Julien KOUKPONOU.

Create & Share Lip-Synced Avatar Videos with Infinitalk AI & Upload to TikTok/YouTube
Live

By Davide Boizza

This workflow automates the process of generating and publishing a talking avatar video. It takes a video and an audio file as inputs, then uses the Infinitalk API to create a lip-synced avatar that naturally matches the audio. Once generated, the video is: Retrieved and stored (Google Drive upload). Optimized with an AI-generated YouTube title for better SEO. Automatically uploaded to YouTube and TikTok via the Upload-Post API. Key Advantages ✅ Full Automation: From video generation to social media publishing, everything is handled automatically. ✅ AI-Powered Content Optimization: Uses GPT-based AI to create SEO-friendly and catchy YouTube titles, increasing reach and engagement. ✅ Multi-Platform Publishing: Videos are instantly shared across YouTube and TikTok, saving time on manual uploads. ✅ Seamless Storage Integration: Generated videos are saved to Google Drive for archiving or reuse. ✅ Scalable Workflow: Can be reused for multiple videos, podcasts, tutorials, or marketing clips with minimal effort. ✅ Natural Lip-Sync: Infinitalk API ensures avatars sync realistically with audio, creating professional-looking videos. ✅ Customizable: Resolution, number of frames, and acceleration options can be adjusted for different needs (e.g., faster processing vs. higher quality). How It Works The process begins with a form submission where users provide a video URL (for the avatar), an audio URL (for lip-sync), and a text prompt describing the video content. The system then: Video Generation: Sends the inputs to Fal.ai's Infinitalk API which creates a talking avatar video where the character lip-syncs to the provided audio with natural facial expressions Status Monitoring: Continuously checks the processing status every 60 seconds until the video generation is completed Title Generation: Uses OpenAI's GPT model to create an SEO-optimized YouTube title based on the original prompt File Handling: Downloads the generated video and uploads it to Google Drive for storage Multi-Platform Distribution: Automatically publishes the video to both YouTube and TikTok using the Upload-Post service The workflow includes conditional logic to ensure each step executes in the correct order and only proceeds when previous operations are successful. Set Up Steps Step 1: Configure Fal.ai API Create an account at Fai AI and obtain your API key In the "Create Video" node, set up Header Authentication with: Name: "Authorization" Value: "Key YOURAPIKEY" Step 2: Configure Upload-Post Service Get your API key from Upload-Post Manage Api Keys Set up the authentication header in both upload nodes: Name: Authorization Value: Apikey YOUR_API_KEY_HERE Create social media profiles in Upload-Post and replace "YOUR_USERNAME" in the upload nodes with your profile name Note: Free plan supports all platforms except TikTok (requires paid upgrade) Need help customizing? Automate Zoom Attendee Segmentation in KlickTipp Based on Participation
Live

By KlickTipp

Community Node Disclaimer: This workflow uses KlickTipp community nodes. Introduction This workflow automates the end-to-end integration between Zoom and KlickTipp. It listens to Zoom webinar events (specifically meeting.ended), validates incoming webhooks, retrieves participant data from Zoom, and applies segmentation in KlickTipp by subscribing and tagging participants based on their attendance duration. This enables precise, automated campaign targeting without manual effort. How It Works Zoom Webhook Listener Captures meeting.ended events from Zoom. Validates initial webhook registration via HMAC before processing. Webhook Response Handling Distinguishes between Zoom’s URL validation requests and actual event data. Sends appropriate responses (plainToken + encryptedToken for validation, or simple status: ok for regular events). Data Retrieval Waits briefly (1 second) to ensure meeting data is available. Pulls the participant list from Zoom’s past_meetings/{uuid}/participants endpoint. Participant Processing Splits the list into individual participant items. Filters out internal users (like the host). Routes participants based on the meeting topic (e.g., Anfänger vs. Experten webinar). Attendance Segmentation Subscribes each participant to KlickTipp with mapped fields (first name, last name, email). Uses conditions to check attendance thresholds: ≥ 90% of total meeting duration → Full attendance Otherwise → General attendance Applies corresponding KlickTipp tags per meeting type. Key Features ✅ Webhook Validation & Security with HMAC (SHA256). ✅ Automated Attendance Calculation using participant duration vs. meeting duration. ✅ Dynamic Routing by meeting topic for multiple webinars. ✅ KlickTipp Integration with: Subscriber creation or update. Tagging for full vs. general attendance. ✅ Scalable Structure for adding more webinars by extending the Switch and tagging branches. Setup Instructions Zoom Setup Enable Zoom API access and OAuth2 app credentials. Configure webhook event meeting.ended. Grant scopes: meeting:read:meeting meeting:read:list_past_participants KlickTipp Setup Prepare custom fields: Zoom | meeting selection (Text) Zoom | meeting start (Date & Time) Zoom | Join URL (URL) Zoom | Registration ID (Text) Zoom | Duration meeting (Text) Create tags for each meeting variation: attended, attended fully, not attended per meeting name. n8n Setup Add Zoom webhook node (Listen to ending Zoom meetings). Configure validation nodes (Crypto, Build Validation Body). Set up HTTP Request node with Zoom OAuth2 credentials. Connect KlickTipp nodes with your KlickTipp API credentials. Testing & Deployment End a test Zoom meeting connected to this workflow. Verify that: The webhook triggers correctly. Participant list is fetched. Internal users are excluded. Participants are subscribed and tagged in KlickTipp. Check contact records in KlickTipp for tag and field updates. 💡 Pro Tip: Use test emails and manipulate duration values to confirm segmentation logic. Customization Ideas Adjust attendance thresholds (e.g., 80% instead of 90%). Add additional meeting topics via the Switch node. Trigger email campaigns in KlickTipp based on attendance tags. Expand segmentation with more granular ranges (e.g., 0–30%, 30–60%, 60–90%). Add error handling for missing Zoom data or API failures. Domain-Specific Web Content Crawler with Depth Control & Text Extraction
Live

By Le Nguyen

This template implements a recursive web crawler inside n8n. Starting from a given URL, it crawls linked pages up to a maximum depth (default: 3), extracts text and links, and returns the collected content via webhook. 🚀 How It Works 1) Webhook Trigger Accepts a JSON body with a url field. Example payload: { "url": "https://example.com" } 2) Initialization Sets crawl parameters: url, domain, maxDepth = 3, and depth = 0. Initializes global static data (pending, visited, queued, pages). 3) Recursive Crawling Fetches each page (HTTP Request). Extracts body text and links (HTML node). Cleans and deduplicates links. Filters out: External domains (only same-site is followed) Anchors (#), mailto/tel/javascript links Non-HTML files (.pdf, .docx, .xlsx, .pptx) 4) Depth Control & Queue Tracks visited URLs Stops at maxDepth to prevent infinite loops Uses SplitInBatches to loop the queue 5) Data Collection Saves each crawled page (url, depth, content) into pages[] When pending = 0, combines results 6) Output Responds via the Webhook node with: combinedContent (all pages concatenated) pages[] (array of individual results) Large results are chunked when exceeding ~12,000 characters 🛠️ Setup Instructions 1) Import Template Load from n8n Community Templates. 2) Configure Webhook Open the Webhook node Copy the Test URL (development) or Production URL (after deploy) You’ll POST crawl requests to this endpoint 3) Run a Test Send a POST with JSON: curl -X POST https://<your-n8n>/webhook/<id> \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{"url": "https://example.com"}' 4) View Response The crawler returns a JSON object containing combinedContent and pages[]. ⚙️ Configuration maxDepth** Default: 3. Adjust in the Init Crawl Params (Set) node. Timeouts** HTTP Request node timeout is 5 seconds per request; increase if needed. Filtering Rules** Only same-domain links are followed (apex and www treated as same-site) Skips anchors, mailto:, tel:, javascript: Skips document links (.pdf, .docx, .xlsx, .pptx) You can tweak the regex and logic in Queue & Dedup Links (Code) node 📌 Limitations No JavaScript rendering (static HTML only) No authentication/cookies/session handling Large sites can be slow or hit timeouts; chunking mitigates response size ✅ Example Use Cases Extract text across your site for AI ingestion / embeddings SEO/content audit and internal link checks Build a lightweight page corpus for downstream processing in n8n ⏱️ Estimated Setup Time ~10 minutes (import → set webhook → test request). The Upbit AI Agent parses the request and fetches live data from the official Upbit REST API: Price & 24h stats (/v1/ticker) Order book depth & best bid/ask (/v1/orderbook) Recent trades (/v1/trades/ticks) Dynamic OHLCV candles across all timeframes (/v1/candles/{seconds|minutes|days|weeks|months|years}) A built-in Calculator tool computes spreads, % change, and midpoints. A Think module reshapes raw JSON into simplified, clean fields. The agent formats results into concise, structured text and sends them back via Telegram. 📊 What You Can Do with This Agent ✅ Get real-time prices and 24h change for any Upbit trading pair. ✅ View order book depth and best bid/ask snapshots. ✅ Fetch multi-timeframe OHLCV candles (from 1s to 1y). ✅ Track recent trades with price, volume, side, and timestamp. ✅ Calculate midpoints, spreads, and percentage changes. ✅ Receive clean, human-readable reports in Telegram—no JSON parsing needed. 🛠 Set Up Steps Create a Telegram Bot Use @BotFather and save your bot token.
