Automated Payment Reminders with Grouped QuickBooks Invoices via Email
Live

By Elegant Biztech

Automated QuickBooks Payment Reminders with Dynamic Invoice Tables This workflow provides a powerful solution for businesses using QuickBooks Online to automate their payment reminder process. It solves the time-consuming and manual task of chasing late payments by creating a fully automated system that ensures every customer with an outstanding balance receives a timely, professional, and consolidated reminder email. The workflow periodically fetches all unpaid invoices from your QuickBooks account. Its core strength lies in its ability to group multiple outstanding invoices for a single customer into one email, presenting them in a clean, easy-to-read table. This improves clarity for your customers, reduces email clutter, and significantly increases the likelihood of prompt payment. This template was crafted with care by the team at Prompt-Wizards to help you streamline your finances and build stronger customer relationships through smart automation. How the Workflow Operates Scheduler: The workflow initiates on a customizable schedule (e.g., every day at 9 AM). Get Unpaid Invoices: It fetches all invoices from your QuickBooks account that have an outstanding balance greater than zero and were created within a specified date range. Get Customer Wise Invoice list: This Code node intelligently processes the list of invoices and groups them by customer name, preparing the data for email generation. Invoice Template: This Code node dynamically generates a beautiful, responsive HTML email for each customer, complete with a personalized greeting, an invoice table, and the total amount due. Send Reminder Email: The final node sends the uniquely crafted email to the customer's billing address on file. Prerequisites Before you begin, please ensure you have the following: An active n8n instance. A QuickBooks Online account with API access. An email service (e.g., SMTP, Gmail, Outlook) connected to n8n as credentials. Step-by-Step Setup Guide Follow these instructions carefully to configure the workflow for your business in under 5 minutes. 1. Connect Your QuickBooks Account You must authenticate your QuickBooks account to allow n8n to fetch invoice data. Select the Get Unpaid Invoices node. In the Credentials section on the right, either select your existing QuickBooks account from the dropdown or click Create New to connect your account. (Optional): In the Options section of this node, you can adjust the TxnDate filter. It is pre-set to look at invoices from the last 90 days. You can change this date range to suit your needs. 2. Personalize the Email Template Personalize the email to match your brand and include your payment information. Open the Invoice Template node. Inside the code editor, find and replace these two placeholder values: Your Payment Link: On line 115, find href="https://your-payment-portal-link.com" and replace the placeholder URL with a link to your actual payment portal or website. Your Company Details: On line 120, find Your Company Name | ... and replace the placeholder text with your real company name and address in the email footer. 3. Configure Your Email Account You must connect the email account you want to send reminders from. Select the Send Reminder Email node. In the Credentials section, select your email account (e.g., Gmail, Outlook) or create a new connection. The To Address, Subject, and HTML fields are already configured with expressions to work automatically. No changes are needed here! 4. Activate the Workflow Open the Scheduler node to set the schedule for how often you want the workflow to run. Save the workflow using the button at the top. Click the Active toggle at the top right of the screen. Your automated payment reminder system is now live!!! SSL/TLS Certificate Expiry Monitor with Slack Alert
Live

By Marth - Business Automation

How It Works: The 5-Node Certificate Management Flow 🗓️ This workflow efficiently monitors your domains for certificate expiry. Scheduled Check (Cron Node): This is the workflow's trigger. It's configured to run on a regular schedule, such as every Monday morning, ensuring certificate checks are automated and consistent. List Domains to Monitor (Code Node): This node acts as a static database, storing a list of all the domains you need to track. Check Certificate Expiry (HTTP Request Node): For each domain in your list, this node makes a request to a certificate checking API. The API returns details about the certificate, including its expiry date. Is Certificate Expiring? (If Node): This is the core logic. It compares the expiry date from the API response with the current date. If the certificate is set to expire within a critical timeframe (e.g., less than 30 days), the workflow proceeds to the next step. Send Alert (Slack Node): If the If node determines a certificate is expiring, this node sends a high-priority alert to your team's Slack channel. The message includes the domain name and the exact expiry date, providing all the necessary information for a quick response. How to Set Up Here's a step-by-step guide to get this workflow running in your n8n instance. Prepare Your Credentials & API: Certificate Expiry API: You need an API to check certificate expiry. The workflow uses a sample API, so you may need to adjust the URL and parameters. For production use, you might use a service like Certspotter or a similar tool. Slack Credential: Set up a Slack credential in n8n and get the Channel ID of your security alert channel (e.g., #security-alerts). Import the Workflow JSON: Create a new workflow in n8n and choose "Import from JSON." Paste the JSON code for the "SSL/TLS Certificate Expiry Monitor" workflow. Configure the Nodes: Scheduled Check (Cron): Set the schedule according to your preference (e.g., every Monday at 8:00 AM). List Domains to Monitor (Code): Edit the domainsToMonitor array in the code and add all the domains you want to check. Check Certificate Expiry (HTTP Request): Update the URL to match the certificate checking API you are using. Is Certificate Expiring? (If): The logic is set to check for expiry within 30 days. You can adjust the 30 in the expression new Date(Date.now() + 30 * 24 * 60 * 60 * 1000) to change the warning period. Send Alert (Slack): Select your Slack credential and enter the correct Channel ID. Test and Activate: Manual Test: Run the workflow manually to confirm it fetches certificate data and processes it correctly. You can test with a domain that you know is expiring soon to ensure the alert is triggered. Verify Output: Check your Slack channel to confirm that alerts are formatted and sent correctly. Activate: Once you're confident everything works, activate the workflow. n8n will now automatically monitor your domain certificates on the schedule you set. Convert RSS Feeds into a Podcast with Google Gemini, Kokoro TTS, and FFmpeg
Live

By Jonas

🎧 Daily RSS Digest & Podcast Generation This workflow automates the creation of a daily sports podcast from your favorite news sources. It fetches articles, uses AI to write a digest and a two-person dialogue, and produces a single, merged audio file with KOKORO TTS ready for listening. ✨ How it works: 📰 Fetch & Filter Daily News: The workflow triggers daily, fetches articles from your chosen RSS feeds, and filters them to keep only the most recent content. ✍️ Generate AI Digest & Script: Using Google Gemini, it first creates a written summary of the day's news. A second AI agent then transforms this news into an engaging, conversational podcast script between two distinct AI speakers. 🗣️ Generate Voices in Chunks: The script is split into individual lines of dialogue. The workflow then loops through each line, calling a Text-to-Speech (TTS) API to generate a separate audio file (an MP3 chunk) for each part of the conversation. 🎛️ Merge Audio with FFmpeg: After all the audio chunks are created and saved locally, a command-line script generates a list of all the files and uses FFmpeg to losslessly merge them into a single, seamless MP3 file. All temporary files are then deleted. 📤 Send the Final Podcast: The final, merged MP3 is read from the server and delivered directly to your Telegram chat with a dynamic, dated filename. You can modify: 📰 The RSS Feeds to any news source you want. 🤖 The AI Prompts to change the tone, language, or style of the digest and podcast. 🎙️ The TTS Voices used for the two speakers. 📫 The Final Delivery Method (e.g., send to Discord, save to Google Drive, etc.). Perfect for creating a personalized, hands-free news briefing to listen to on your commute. Daily Meeting Summaries with Google Calendar & Gemini for Slack-Discord-WhatsApp
Live

By Zain Khan

This workflow automatically summarizes your team's daily meetings from multiple Google Calendars daily at 9AM and sends the digest to your preferred communication channels. It uses AI to identify and format meeting details, making it easy to see your schedule at a glance. Good to Know Multi-Calendar Support**: This workflow is designed to pull events from any number of Google Calendars you've connected, providing a single, consolidated summary. AI-Powered Summaries**: The AI Agent, powered by Google Gemini, is instructed to format the output with key details like title, time, duration, and a link to join the meeting. This saves you from sifting through calendar invites. How It Works A Schedule Trigger starts the workflow at a set time each day e.g at 9 AM (or any other time you choose). An AI Agent with access to the Google Calendar tool is prompted to fetch today's events from all connected calendars. The Google Calendar nodes retrieve all meetings for the current day. The AI Agent processes this information and generates a clean, structured summary. Finally, the formatted summary is sent to your team's chosen communication platforms: Slack, Discord, and WhatsApp. How to Use Set the Schedule: Adjust the Schedule Trigger to run at a time that works best for your team—for example, every morning before the workday begins. Connect Your Accounts: Add your Google Calendar credentials to connect all the calendars you want to monitor. Choose Your Channels: Connect the appropriate Slack, Discord, and/or WhatsApp nodes and configure them to send the message to your desired channels or groups. Requirements Google Gemini account**: A Google Gemini account is needed for the AI Agent and Chat Model to function. Google Calendar account(s)**: You'll need to connect the Google Calendar accounts you wish to pull data from. Communication platform account(s)**: Credentials for the communication apps you want to use (Slack, Discord, WhatsApp). Customizing This Workflow Modify the Trigger: You can change the **Schedule Trigger to a different interval or even trigger the workflow manually with a webhook. Adjust the AI Prompt**: Fine-tune the AI Agent's prompt to change the summary format, include more details, or even ask it to highlight the most important meetings of the day. Add More Platforms**: Easily add more communication nodes to send the daily summary to other platforms like Microsoft Teams, email, or even a custom CRM. Send Automated Appointment Reminders via SMS with Twilio Webhook
Live

By David Olusola

How It Works The workflow is an automated appointment reminder system built on n8n. Here is a step-by-step breakdown of its process: Reminder Webhook This node acts as the entry point for the workflow. It's a unique URL that waits for data to be sent to it from an external application, such as a booking or scheduling platform. When a new appointment is created in that system, it sends a JSON payload to this webhook. Extract Appointment Data This is a Code node that processes the incoming data. It's a critical step that: Extracts the customer's name, phone number, appointment time, and service from the webhook's JSON payload. Includes validation to ensure a phone number is present, throwing an error if it's missing. Formats the raw appointment time into a human-readable string for the SMS message. Send SMS Reminder This node uses your Twilio credentials to send an SMS message. It dynamically constructs the message using the data extracted in the previous step. The message is personalized with the customer's name and includes the formatted appointment details. Setup Instructions Import the Workflow Copy the JSON code from the Canvas and import it into your n8n instance. Connect Your Twilio Account Click on the "Send SMS Reminder" node. In the "Credentials" section, you will need to either select your existing Twilio account or add new credentials by providing your Account SID and Auth Token from your Twilio console. Find the Webhook URL Click on the "Reminder Webhook" node. The unique URL for this workflow will be displayed. Copy this URL. Configure Your Booking System Go to your booking or scheduling platform (e.g., Calendly, Acuity). In the settings or integrations section, find where you can add a new webhook. Paste the URL you copied from n8n here. You'll need to map the data fields from your booking system (like customer name, phone, etc.) to match the expected format shown in the comments of the "Extract Appointment Data" node. Once these steps are complete, your workflow will be ready to automatically send SMS reminders whenever a new appointment is created. An n8n automation workflow template by David Olusola.

Query Business Data with OpenAI Chatbot Using RAG and Text-to-SQL via Peliqan
Live

By Peliqan

How it works This template is an end-to-end demo of a chatbot using business data from multiple sources (e.g. Notion, Chargebee, Hubspot etc.) with RAG + SQL. Peliqan.io is used as a "cache" of all business data. Peliqan uses one-click ELT to sync all your business data to its built-in data warehouse, allowing for fast & accurate RAG and "Text to SQL" queries. The workflow will write source data to Supabase as a vector store, for RAG searches by the chatbot. The source URL (e.g. the URL of a Notion page) is added in metadata. The AI Agent will decide for each question to use either RAG or Text-to-SQL or a combination of both. Text-to-SQL is performed via the Peliqan node, added as a tool to the AI Agent. The question of the user in natural language is converted to an SQL query by the AI Agent. The query is executed by Peliqan.io on the source data and the result is interpreted by the AI Agent. RAG is typically used to answer knowledge questions, often on non-structured data (Notion pages, Google Drive etc.). Text-to-SQL is typically used to answer analytical questions, for example "Show list of customers with number of open support tickets and add customer revenue based on invoiced amounts". Preconditions You signed up for a Peliqan.io free trial account You have one or more data sources, e.g. a CRM, ERP, Accounting software, files, Notion, Google Drive etc. Set up steps Sign up for a free trial on peliqan.io: https://peliqan.io Add one or more sources in Peliqan (e.g. Hubspot, Pipedrive...) Copy your Peliqan API key under settings and use it here to add a Peliqan connection Run the "RAG" workflow to feed Supabase, change the name of the table in the Peliqan node "Get table data". Update the list of tables & columns that can be used for SQL in the System Message of the AI Agent. Visit https://peliqan.io/n8n for more information. Disclaimer: This template contains a community node and therefore only works for n8n self-hosted users. An n8n automation workflow template by Peliqan.

Monitor Security Logs for Failed Login Attempts with Slack Alerts
Live

By Marth - Business Automation

How It Works: The 5-Node Anomaly Detection Flow This workflow efficiently processes logs to detect anomalies. Scheduled Check (Cron Node): This is the primary trigger. It schedules the workflow to run at a defined interval (e.g., every 15 minutes), ensuring logs are routinely scanned for suspicious activity. Fetch Logs (HTTP Request Node): This node is responsible for retrieving logs from an external source. It sends a request to your log API endpoint to get a batch of the most recent logs. Count Failed Logins (Code Node): This is the core of the detection logic. The JavaScript code filters the logs for a specific event ("login_failure"), counts the total, and identifies unique IPs involved. This information is then passed to the next node. Failed Logins > Threshold? (If Node): This node serves as the final filter. It checks if the number of failed logins exceeds a threshold you set (e.g., more than 5 attempts). If it does, the workflow is routed to the notification node; if not, the workflow ends safely. Send Anomaly Alert (Slack Node): This node sends an alert to your team if an anomaly is detected. The Slack message includes a summary of the anomaly, such as the number of failed attempts and the IPs involved, enabling a swift response. How to Set Up Implementing this essential log anomaly detector in your n8n instance is quick and straightforward. Prepare Your Credentials & API: Log API: Make sure you have an API endpoint or a way to get logs from your system (e.g., a server, CMS, or application). The logs should be in JSON format, and you'll need any necessary API keys or tokens. Slack Credential: Set up a Slack credential in n8n and get the Channel ID of your security alert channel (e.g., #security-alerts). Import the Workflow JSON: Create a new workflow in n8n and choose "Import from JSON." Paste the JSON code (which was provided in a previous response). Configure the Nodes: Scheduled Check (Cron): Set the schedule according to your preference (e.g., every 15 minutes). Fetch Logs (HTTP Request): Update the URL and header/authentication to match your specific log API endpoint. Count Failed Logins (Code): Verify that the JavaScript code matches your log's JSON format. You may need to adjust log.event === 'login_failure' if your log events use a different name. Failed Logins > Threshold? (If): Adjust the threshold value (e.g., 5) based on your risk tolerance. Send Anomaly Alert (Slack): Select your Slack credential and enter the correct Channel ID. Test and Activate: Manual Test: Run the workflow manually to confirm it fetches logs and processes them correctly. You can temporarily lower the threshold to 0 to ensure the alert is triggered. Verify Output: Check your Slack channel to confirm that alerts are formatted and sent correctly. Activate: Once you're confident in its function, activate the workflow. n8n will now automatically monitor your logs on the schedule you set. Automatic Workflow Error Notifications via Gmail
Live

By Calistus Christian

What this template does Sends you an email (via Gmail) whenever any workflow that references this one fails. The message includes the workflow name/ID, execution URL, last node executed, and the error message. Why it’s useful Centralizes error notifications so you notice failures immediately and can jump straight to the failed execution. Prerequisites A Gmail account connected through n8n’s Gmail node credentials. This workflow set as the Error Workflow inside the workflows you want to monitor. How it works Error Trigger starts this workflow whenever a linked workflow fails. Gmail (Send → Message) composes and sends an email using details from the Error Trigger. Notes Error workflows don’t need to be activated to work. You can’t test them by running manually—errors must occur in an automatically run workflow (cron, webhook, etc.). It pulls in contacts from Google Sheets, fetches their prior communication from Outlook, and then uses an AI agent to analyze, strategize, and write a draft re-engagement message — all automatically. ⚙️ What the Workflow Does 📄 Get Contacts from Google Sheets Pulls a list of contacts and their email addresses from a Google Sheet. 📥 Search Emails from Outlook For each contact, fetches all emails received from that address since January 1, 2025. 📊 Aggregate Emails Merges relevant email fields (subject, body, createdDateTime) into a single string for analysis. 🧠 Use OpenAI to Analyze and Draft Response AI Agent summarizes the lead’s communication history. Suggests how to re-engage them in bullet points. Writes a personalized draft email to re-initiate the conversation. 📝 Save to Google Sheets Appends or updates the original row with: Summary of communication Re-engagement ideas Suggested subject line Suggested email body 📤 Create Draft Email in Outlook Creates a draft email in your Microsoft Outlook account using the subject and body provided by OpenAI. The email is not sent automatically — giving you a chance to review and personalize further. 🧰 What You'll Need 🔐 Google Sheets API connection** OAuth2 credential setup in n8n Make a copy of this sample sheet 🔐 Microsoft Outlook OAuth2 connection** Connected inbox with access to historical messages 🔐 OpenAI API Key** Add your OpenAI key in the OpenAI Chat Model node Recommended model: gpt-4o-mini or higher 👨‍💼 Built By Robert Breen Automation Consultant | n8n Expert | Data Strategist 🔗 Website: https://ynteractive.com 📧 Email: robert@ynteractive.com 💼 LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/robert-breen-29429625/ 🏷 Tags openai outlook email reengagement lead nurturing automation google sheets ai email gpt-4o crm sales automation. Create Viral Social Media Videos with FalAI Flux/Kling and GPT-4 Automation
Live

By Matthew

AI-Powered Viral Video Factory 🚀 This workflow automates the entire process of creating short, cinematic, fact-based videos ready for social media. It takes a single concept, generates a script and visuals, creates video clips, adds a voiceover, and assembles a final video, which is then uploaded directly to your Google Drive. It's perfect for content creators and marketing agencies looking to scale video production with minimal manual effort. How It Works 🎬 Generate a Viral Idea 💡: The workflow begins with the Create New Idea1 (OpenAI) node, which generates a viral-ready video concept, including a punchy title, hashtags, and a brief description based on a core theme (e.g., space, black holes). This idea is then logged in a Google Sheet. Create a Cinematic Script & Voiceover 📜: An OpenAI node (Generating scenes1) creates a detailed 12-scene script, outlining the visuals for a 60-second video. The script text for all scenes is combined and prepared for voiceover generation by another OpenAI node (Generate Voiceover). Generate Scene-by-Scene Visuals ✨: The workflow loops through each of the 12 scenes to create an animated clip: Image Generation: An HTTP Request node sends the scene's prompt to the fal-ai/flux model to create a photorealistic still image. Animation Prompting: The Video Prompts1 (OpenAI Vision) node analyzes the generated image and creates a new, specific prompt to animate it cinematically. Image-to-Video: Another HTTP Request node uses the fal-ai/kling-video model to turn the still image into a 5-second animated video clip based on the new animation prompt. Assemble the Final Video 🎞️: Stitch Clips: Once all 12 clips are generated, the Merge Clips node uses the fal-ai/ffmpeg-api to concatenate them into a single, seamless 60-second video. Add Audio: The Combine Voice and Video node then layers the AI-generated voiceover onto the stitched video. Deliver to Google Drive 📂: Finally, the completed video is converted from a URL to a file and automatically uploaded to your specified Google Drive folder for easy access and publishing. Key Technologies Used n8n**: For orchestrating the entire automated workflow. OpenAI (GPT-4.1 & GPT-4o)**: For idea generation, scriptwriting, voiceover, and vision analysis. Fal.ai**: For high-performance, API-based image generation (Flux), video animation (Kling), and video processing (FFMPEG API). Google Drive & Sheets**: For logging ideas and storing the final video output. Setup Instructions Add Credentials: In n8n, add your OpenAI API key. Connect your Google account for Google Sheets and Google Drive access. You will need a Fal.ai API Key. Configure Fal.ai API Key: Crucially, you must replace the placeholder API key in all HTTP Request nodes that call the fal.run URL. Find the Authorization header in each of these nodes and replace the existing key with your own Key YOUR_FAL_AI_KEY_HERE. Nodes to update: Create Images1, Get Images1, Create Video1, Get Video1, Merge Clips, Get Final video, Combine Voice and Video. Configure OpenAI Nodes: Select each OpenAI node (e.g., Create New Idea1, Generating scenes1) and choose your OpenAI credential. You can customize the main prompt in the Create New Idea1 node to change the theme of the videos you want to generate. Configure Google Sheets & Drive: In the Organise idea, caption etc1 node, select your Google Sheets credential and specify the Spreadsheet and Sheet ID you want to use for logging ideas. In the Upload file to drive node, select your Google Drive credential and choose the destination folder for your final videos. An n8n automation workflow template by Matthew.

Send Predefined Personalized Emails to Leads from Google Sheets using SendGrid
Live

By Ezema Kingsley Chibuzo

📧 What It Does This n8n workflow sends personalized marketing or outreach emails using predefined templates stored in Google Sheets, with SendGrid as the email delivery provider. Instead of relying on dynamic AI content, this setup selects a ready-made template and merges it with business-specific lead data — delivering consistent and fast email personalization at scale. 💡 Why This Workflow? Sometimes, you don’t need the overhead or variability of AI-generated content. Predefined templates give you: ⚡ Faster execution — no calls to AI models 🎯 Total control over tone, formatting, and structure 🛠️ Easy customization using variables like [BusinessName], [Location], etc. 💰 Zero additional cost per email 👤 Who It’s For Freelancers* or *Agencies** running outreach campaigns Startups* or *SMBs** with lead data in Google Sheets Anyone who wants to automate email sending with consistency, control, and low cost. ⚙️ How It Works Manual Trigger starts the workflow. Google Sheets (Leads tab) supplies a list of businesses with fields like name, location, email, category, etc. Loop started to execute each item. Google Sheets (Email Template tab) holds predefined subject and body templates (HTML supported). A random template is selected for each email. Placeholders like [BusinessName] or [Category] are replaced with actual lead info using the Fix Variable (Set) node. The formatted message is sent via SendGrid, using your authenticated sender email. A 1-second wait is added between emails to manage rate limits and avoid spam flags. Loop continues until all leads have been emailed. 🛠 How to Set It Up Import the .json file into your n8n instance. Connect the required credentials: SendGrid API Key (ensure sender domain and identity is verified) Google Sheets OAuth2 Create or duplicate this sample sheet, which contains two tabs and modify to your business interest: Leads Email Template Update the leads and email templates to match your campaign. Click “Execute Workflow” to begin sending emails. 🚀 Want to Scale This? Add additional workflows: 📬 SendGrid Webhook integration to track status & engagements like bounces, opens, and clicks 🔁 Reply tracker via Gmail to update lead status 🤖 AI-based Email Router to label replies as Interested, Not Interested, Others, Forward emails to appropriate department for further engagements. 📆 Follow-up Emails (when there's no email reply) for D+5, D+10 days sequences 📬 Need Help? Feel free to reach out via email: buzanalytics@gmail.com Thanks for using this workflow. An n8n automation workflow template by Ezema Kingsley Chibuzo.

Repurpose YouTube Videos to Multiple Content Types with OpenRouter AI and Airtable
Live

By Alexandra Spalato

YouTube Content Repurposing Automation Who's it for This workflow is for content creators, marketers, agencies, coaches, and businesses who want to maximize their YouTube content ROI by automatically generating multiple content assets from single videos. It's especially useful for professionals who want to: Repurpose YouTube videos into blogs, social posts, newsletters, and tutorials without manual effort Scale their content production across multiple channels and platforms Create consistent, high-quality content derivatives while saving time and resources Build automated content systems that generate multiple revenue streams Maintain active presence across social media, email, and blog platforms simultaneously What problem is this workflow solving Content creators face significant challenges when trying to maximize their video content: Time-intensive manual repurposing: Converting one YouTube video into multiple content formats traditionally requires hours of manual writing, editing, and formatting across different platforms. Inconsistent content quality: Manual repurposing often leads to varying quality levels and missed opportunities to optimize content for specific platforms. High costs for content services: Hiring ghostwriters or content agencies to repurpose videos can cost thousands of dollars monthly. Scaling bottlenecks: Manual processes prevent creators from efficiently scaling their content across multiple channels and formats. This workflow solves these problems by automatically extracting YouTube video transcripts, using AI to generate multiple high-quality content formats (tutorials, blog posts, social media content, newsletters), and organizing everything in Airtable for easy management and distribution. How it works Automated Video Processing Starts with a manual trigger and retrieves YouTube URLs from your Airtable configuration, processing only videos marked as "selected" while filtering out those marked for deletion. Intelligent Transcript Extraction Uses Scrape Creator API to extract video transcripts, automatically cleaning and formatting the text for optimal AI processing and content generation. Multi-Format Content Generation Leverages OpenRouter models, o you can easily test different AI models and choose the one that delivers the best results for your needs: Step-by-step tutorials with code snippets and technical details YouTube scripts with hooks, titles, and conclusions Blog posts optimized for lead generation Structured summaries with key takeaways LinkedIn posts with engagement triggers Newsletter content for email marketing Twitter/X posts for social media Smart Content Filtering Processes only the content types you've selected in Airtable, ensuring efficient resource usage and faster execution times. Automated Content Organization Matches and combines all generated content pieces by URL, then updates your Airtable with complete, ready-to-use content assets organized by type and source video. How to set up Required credentials OpenRouter API key** Airtable Personal Access Token** Scrape Creators API Key** - For YouTube transcript extraction and processing Airtable base setup Create an Airtable base with one main table: Videos Table: title** (Single line text): Video title for reference url** (URL): YouTube video URL to process Status** (Single select): Options: "selected", "delete", "processed" output** (Multiple select): Content types to generate summary tutorial blog-post linkedin newsletter tweeter youtube summary** (Long text): Generated video summary tutorial** (Long text): Generated step-by-step tutorial key_take_aways** (Long text): Extracted key insights blog_post** (Long text): Generated blog post content linkedin** (Long text): LinkedIn post content newsletter** (Long text): Email newsletter content tweeter** (Long text): Twitter/X post content youtube_titles** (Long text): YouTube video title suggestions youtube_hook** (Long text): Video opening hooks youtube_steps** (Long text): Video step breakdowns youtube_conclusion** (Long text): Video ending/CTAs API Configuration Scrape Creator Setup: Sign up for Scrape Creator API Obtain your API key from the dashboard Configure the HTTP Request node with your credentials Set the endpoint to: https://api.scrapecreators.com/v1/youtube/video/transcript OpenAI Setup: Create an OpenRouter account and generate an API key Workflow Configuration Import the workflow JSON into your n8n instance Update all credential references with your API keys Configure the Airtable nodes with your base and table IDs Test the workflow with a single video URL first Requirements n8n instance** (self-hosted or cloud) Active API subscriptions** for OpenRouter (or the LLM or your choice), Airtable, and Scrape Creator YouTube video URLs** - Must be publicly accessible videos with available transcripts Airtable account** - Free tier sufficient for most use cases How to customize the workflow Modify content generation prompts Edit the LLM Chain nodes to customize content style and format: Tutorial node**: Adjust technical depth and formatting preferences Blog post node**: Modify tone, length, and CTA strategies LinkedIn node**: Customize engagement hooks and professional tone Newsletter node**: Tailor subject lines and email marketing approach Adjust AI model selection Update the OpenRouter Chat Model to use different models Add new content formats Create additional LLM Chain nodes for new content types: Instagram captions TikTok scripts Podcast descriptions Course outlines. Live

By Yaron Been

🧠 Overview This multi-agent n8n automation simulates a high-functioning marketing team. A strategic CMO agent receives your chat-based input, decides which specialist is best for the task, and delegates accordingly. Each specialist (copywriter, SEO expert, brand strategist, etc.) operates independently using fast, cost-effective GPT-4.1-mini models—resulting in parallel task execution and full-funnel marketing output with minimal human input. ⚙️ How It Works A chat message trigger listens for input (e.g. “Write a full email funnel for our SaaS launch”). The CMO Agent (powered by OpenAI O3) reads the message and determines intent, strategy, and needed outputs. It dynamically delegates tasks to the correct AI agent: Copywriter Agent Facebook Ads Specialist SEO Content Writer Email Marketer Social Media Manager Brand Voice Specialist Each agent uses a dedicated GPT-4.1-mini model to produce results instantly. Auto-like Twitter posts with AI hashtags, cookie rotation & SharePoint
Live

By plemeo

Who’s it for Growth hackers, social-media managers, and brand builders who want to keep their Twitter (X) accounts active by automatically liking relevant posts on a set schedule—without manual scrolling. How it works / What it does Schedule Trigger runs every hour at a specified minute. Select Cookie chooses a rotating Twitter session-cookie (to stay under 1 000 likes/day). AI Agent generates a realistic AI/BPA-related hashtag. Phantombuster Hashtag Agent scrapes recent tweets for that hashtag → Get Posts. Get Random Post picks one tweet, checks it isn’t already liked (SharePoint CSV), and uploads a one-row twitter_posts_to_like.csv. Phantombuster Autolike Agent receives the CSV link and likes the tweet. The tweet URL is appended to twitter_posts_already_liked.csv to prevent duplicates. How to set up Create credentials: Phantombuster API key, SharePoint OAuth2, OpenAI API key. In SharePoint › “Phantombuster” folder add: • twitter_posts_already_liked.csv (header postUrl). • twitter_session_cookies.txt – one cookie per line. Adjust schedule if you need a different frequency. Activate the workflow—likes will start automatically. Requirements n8n 1.33+ Phantombuster Growth plan (API access) OpenAI account Microsoft 365 SharePoint tenant How to customize Change hashtag logic: edit the prompt in AI Agent. Automatically Send Monthly Sales Reports from Square via Outlook
Live

By Rosh Ragel

Automatically Send Monthly Sales Reports from Square via Outlook What It Does This workflow automatically connects to the Square API and generates a monthly sales summary report for all your Square locations. The report matches the figures displayed in Square Dashboard > Reports > Sales Summary. It's designed to run monthly and pull the previous month’s sales into a CSV file, which is then sent to a manager/finance team for analysis. This workflow builds on my previous template, which allows users to automatically pull data from the Square API into n8n for processing. (See here: https://n8n.io/workflows/6358) Prerequisites To use this workflow, you'll need: A Square API credential (configured as a Header Auth credential) A Microsoft Outlook credential How to Set Up Square Credentials: Go to Credentials > Create New Choose Header Auth Set the Name to Authorization Set the Value to your Square Access Token (e.g., Bearer <your-api-key>) How It Works Trigger: The workflow runs on the 1st of every month at 8:00 AM Fetch Locations: An HTTP request retrieves all Square locations linked to your account Fetch Orders: For each location, an HTTP request pulls completed orders for the previous calendar month Filter Empty Locations: Locations with no sales are ignored Aggregate Sales Data: A Code node processes the order data and produces a summary identical to Square’s built-in Sales Summary report Create CSV File: A CSV file is created containing the relevant data Send Email: An email is sent using Microsoft Outlook to the chosen third party Example Use Cases Automatically send monthly Square sales data to management for forecasting and planning Automatically send data to an external third party, such as a landlord or agent, who is paid via commission Automatically send data to a bookkeeper for entry into QuickBooks How to Use Configure both HTTP Request nodes to use your Square API credential Set the workflow to Active so it runs automatically Enter the email address of the person you want to send the report to and update the message body If you want to remove the n8n attribution, you can do so in the last node Customization Options Add pagination to handle locations with more than 1,000 orders per month Adjust the date filters in the HTTP node to cover the full calendar month (e.g., use Luxon or JavaScript to calculate start_date and end_date) Why It's Useful This workflow saves time, reduces manual report pulling from Square, and enables smarter automation around sales data — whether for operations, finance, or performance monitoring. LinkedIn Content Factory: Auto-Generate Posts with GPT-5, DALL·E & Google Sheets
Live

By Nishant

Overview Tired of cookie-cutter “AI LinkedIn post generators”? This workflow goes beyond just text generation — it orchestrates the entire lifecycle of a LinkedIn post. From idea capture to deduplication, from GPT-powered drafting to automatic image generation and link storage, it creates ready-to-publish posts while keeping your content unique and audit-friendly. What does this workflow do? This workflow: Captures Ideas & Briefs – Inputs are logged in Google Sheets with audience, goals, and angles. Deduplicates Smartly – Avoids repeating hooks or ideas with fuzzy GPT-based dedupe + GSheet logs. Generates Posts – GPT (OpenAI) drafts sharp LinkedIn-ready posts based on your brief. Creates Images – Post hook + body is sent to an Image Gen model (DALL·E / SDXL) → PNG asset. Stores & Links – Final text + image uploaded to Google Drive with shareable links. Audit Trail – GSheets keeps full history: raw idea, draft, final post, assets, notes. Why is this useful? Most “AI post generators” just spit out text. This workflow builds a real publishing pipeline: 🔄 No duplicates → keeps posts fresh & original. 🖼 Images included → auto-generated visuals increase engagement on LinkedIn. 📊 Audit-ready → every post has a traceable log in Sheets. ⚡ Fast iteration → from half-baked thought → polished post in minutes. Tools used n8n (Orchestrator): Automates triggers, merges, retries, and Google connectors. OpenAI (LLM): Idea generation, drafting, fuzzy dedupe, and voice conformity. Google Sheets: Source of truth — stores ideas, dedupe logs, audit trail. Google Drive: Stores rendered images and shares links for publishing. Image Generation (DALL·E / SDXL): Creates header graphics from hook + body. Who is this for? 🧑‍💻 Product Managers / Founders who want to post consistently but don’t have time. 🎨 Creators who want to add unique visuals without hiring a designer. ⚙️ n8n Builders who want to see how AI + automation + storage can be stitched into one pipeline. Workflow Highlights ✅ Full content pipeline (ideas → images → final copy). ✅ GPT-based fuzzy dedupe to avoid repetition. ✅ Auto-generated images for higher engagement. ✅ Clean logs in Google Sheets for future reuse & audits. ✅ Ready-to-publish LinkedIn post in minutes.
