Template for Google Drive and Google Docs with clear structure and purpose
Live

By Garri

Description This n8n workflow automates the process of retrieving images from a specific Google Drive folder, resizing them, and inserting them into a Google Docs document. It ensures images are processed in numeric order, automatically resized to fit the document, and uploaded in batches to prevent timeouts. This template is designed for content creators, documentation teams, and businesses who need to automatically insert images (e.g., product photos, reports, or scanned documents) into Google Docs with minimal manual effort. How it works Retrieves image files from a Google Drive folder. Filters and sorts files based on numeric order in the filename. Generates direct image URIs and resizes them automatically (width & height). Inserts the resized images into the target Google Docs document via API. Uses a batch loop to avoid timeouts and ensure all images are uploaded successfully. Requirements / Pre-conditions An n8n instance (self-hosted or cloud). Connected Google Drive credential in n8n. Connected Google Docs credential in n8n. A target Google Drive folder containing supported image files. A Google Docs document ready to receive the images. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, WEBP. Error handling: If a file is not an image or exceeds Google Docs API limits, the workflow will skip it and continue processing the rest. Setup Steps Google Drive Credential Connect your Google Drive account in n8n to grant access to the folder containing the images. Google Docs Credential Connect your Google Docs account to allow image insertion into the document. Folder & File Filter In the Search File node, replace the placeholder {{YOUR_FOLDER_ID}} with your Google Drive folder ID. Google Docs Document ID In the Insert Image (HTTP Request) node, replace {{YOUR_DOCUMENT_ID}} with your target Google Docs document ID. (Make sure you rename this node to something descriptive, e.g., Insert Image to Google Doc.) Batch Loop The workflow includes a batch processing loop to prevent timeout errors when dealing with large sets of images. You can adjust the batch size if needed. Run the workflow Execute the workflow, and images will be automatically retrieved, resized, and inserted into the document. Customization Resize Dimensions: Adjust the width/height in the Image Resize node to fit your document’s style. Ordering Logic: Modify the sorting step if you want alphabetical or upload-date order instead of numeric order. Error Notifications: Add an email or Slack node to notify you when an image fails to insert. Image Placement: By default, images are appended. You can adjust the insert logic (e.g., after specific headings). An n8n automation workflow template by Garri.

Generate cheap Viral AI Videos to TikTok with Google Veo3 Fast and Postiz
Live

By Davide Boizza

This workflow contains community nodes that are only compatible with the self-hosted version of n8n. This workflow automates the entire process of generating short AI videos using Google Veo3 Fast, enhancing them with SEO-optimized titles, and uploading them directly to TikTok via Postiz, all triggered from a central Google Sheet. This setup ensures a seamless pipeline from video creation to TikTok upload, with minimal manual intervention. Benefits Full automation** from prompt input to social media publishing. Cheaper video generation** using Veo3 Fast vs traditional AI video tools. Centralized management** through Google Sheets – no coding required for end users. SEO-enhanced titles** with GPT-4o to boost engagement. Scheduled or manual triggering**, perfect for batch operations. No manual uploads** – integration with Postiz means content is published hands-free. How It Works This workflow automates the process of generating AI videos using Google Veo3 Fast, saving them to Google Drive, and uploading them to TikTok via Postiz. Here’s how it functions: Trigger: The workflow can be started manually or scheduled (e.g., every 5 minutes) to check for new video requests in a Google Sheet. Video Generation: The workflow retrieves a video prompt and duration from the Google Sheet. It sends the prompt to Google Veo3 Fast via the Fal.ai API to generate the video. The system periodically checks the video generation status until it’s completed. Post-Processing: Once the video is ready, it is downloaded and uploaded to Google Drive. A YouTube-optimized title is generated using GPT-4o Mini based on the video prompt. TikTok Upload: The video is uploaded to Postiz, a social media scheduling tool. Postiz then publishes the video to the connected TikTok account with the generated title. Tracking: The Google Sheet is updated with the video URL for record-keeping. Set Up Steps To configure this workflow, follow these steps: Prepare the Google Sheet: Create a Google Sheet with columns: PROMPT: Description of the video. DURATION: Length of the video. VIDEO: (Leave empty, auto-filled by the workflow). Obtain API Keys: Sign up at Fal.ai to get an API key for Google Veo3 Fast. Replace YOURAPIKEY in the "Create Video" node’s HTTP header (Authorization: Key YOURAPIKEY). Configure Postiz for TikTok: Create a Postiz account (free trial available). Connect your TikTok account in Postiz and note the Channel ID. Replace XXX in the "TikTok" node with your TikTok Channel ID. Set the Postiz API key in the "Upload Video to Postiz" node. Set Up Google Drive & Sheets Access: Ensure the workflow has OAuth access to: Google Sheets (to read/write video data). Google Drive (to store generated videos). Schedule or Run Manually: The workflow can be triggered manually or scheduled (e.g., every 5 minutes) to process new video requests. Note: This workflow requires self-hosted n8n due to community node dependencies. Need help customizing? Contact me for consulting and support or add me on Linkedin. Daily Postgres Table Backup to GitHub in CSV Format
Live

By Jay Emp0

This workflow automatically backs up all public Postgres tables into a GitHub repository as CSV files every 24 hours. It ensures your database snapshots are always up to date updating existing files if data changes, or creating new backups for new tables. How it works: Schedule Trigger – Runs daily to start the backup process. GitHub Integration – Lists existing files in the target repo to avoid duplicates. Postgres Query – Fetches all table names from the public schema. Data Extraction – Selects all rows from each table. Convert to CSV – Saves table data as CSV files. Conditional Upload – If the table already exists in GitHub → Update the file. If new → Upload a new file. Postgres Tables Preview GitHub Backup Preview Use case: Perfect for developers, analysts, or data engineers who want daily automated backups of Postgres data without manual exports keeping both history and version control in GitHub. Automatically Archive Old WordPress Posts to Draft Status
Live

By David Olusola

Overview: Automated WordPress Post Archiving This workflow is designed to maintain your blog's health and SEO by automatically moving old, published posts into a "draft" or "archive" state. This prevents outdated or low-traffic content from negatively impacting your site's performance and allows you to easily review and update them later. How It Works Quarterly Trigger: The workflow is set to run automatically on a recurring schedule, specifically on the 1st day of every 3rd month (quarterly). This ensures that your content is regularly audited without any manual intervention. Find Old Posts: The workflow connects to your WordPress site and fetches all published posts that are older than a specified time frame (in this case, 12 months). It uses the WordPress API's filtering capabilities to efficiently find the right content. Check if Posts Found: An If node checks if the previous step found any posts. This prevents the workflow from running further steps if there's nothing to archive. If no posts are found, the workflow ends and logs this. Archive Post: If posts are found, the workflow proceeds to update each one. It changes the post's status from publish to draft and automatically adds tags like archived and old-content for easy identification within your WordPress dashboard. Send Notification: After the archiving process is complete, the workflow sends an email notification to the administrator. This provides a summary of the activity, letting you know that the task has been completed. Setup Steps Configure WordPress Credentials: In both the Find Old Posts and Archive Post nodes, you need to add your WordPress credentials. This typically involves entering your site URL and creating an application password in your WordPress admin dashboard for secure API access. Set Up Email Credentials: In the Send Notification node, add your email service credentials (like SMTP or a Gmail account) to enable the workflow to send you the completion notification. Adjust the Archiving Period: In the Find Old Posts node, the current expression is {{ $now.minus({ months: 12 }).toISO() }} which archives posts older than 12 months. You can change the number of months to fit your content strategy (e.g., 24 for two years). Customize Tags: In the Archive Post node, you can customize the tags to better suit your needs. You can change or add new tags that will be applied to the archived posts. Activate the Workflow: Once all credentials and settings are configured, make sure to activate the workflow to set the quarterly schedule in motion. Automate Weekly Tutorials from Trending GitHub Repos with Gemini AI to WordPress
Live

By David Olusola

Overview: GitHub to WordPress Tutorial Generator This workflow automates the process of creating technical tutorials for your blog. It runs on a weekly schedule, automatically identifies trending GitHub repositories, uses an AI to generate a detailed tutorial for each one, and then saves the content as a draft post on your WordPress site. Finally, it sends you an email notification so you can review and publish the new content. This is an excellent way to keep your blog fresh with relevant, trending topics without manual effort. How It Works Weekly Trigger: The workflow is set to activate every Monday at 10 AM, starting the entire process. Get Trending Repositories: The workflow makes an HTTP request to the GitHub API to find the most popular repositories. Split Items: The Split node processes the list of repositories from the GitHub API, handling each one as a separate item. This ensures that a unique tutorial is created for every trending repository. AI Tutorial Generation: The AI Tutorial Generator node, powered by the Google Gemini Chat Model, takes the information for each repository and, following a detailed prompt, creates a comprehensive tutorial. The prompt instructs the AI to include an introduction, prerequisites, code examples, best practices, and more. Format Content: A Code node then processes the AI's output. It extracts the title and content, ensuring the data is correctly formatted for the next steps. It's a key step to handle potential variations in the AI's output. Create WordPress Post: The WordPress node takes the formatted tutorial content and creates a new post on your blog, automatically setting the title, tags, and categories. It's saved as a draft, allowing you to review and edit it before publishing. Send Notification: Once the post is created, the Email node sends a notification to your email address, letting you know a new tutorial is ready for your review. Setup Steps Configure WordPress Credentials: In the Create Tutorial Post node, add your WordPress credentials. This includes your site URL, username, and application password. Set Up Email Credentials: In the Notify Admin node, add your email service credentials (e.g., SMTP, Gmail) to enable sending email notifications. Configure GitHub API Access: Manual Mapping: Run the Get Trending Repos node once to get sample data. In the Split Repository Items node, manually map the data by setting the "Field to Split Out" to json.items. This tells the workflow to process each repository in the API response. Optional: For higher API limits, you can create a GitHub Personal Access Token and configure the Get Trending Repos node to use it. Review AI Prompt: Go to the AI Tutorial Generator node and read the system message. You can adjust the prompt to change the style, length, or content of the tutorials the AI generates. Daily Calendar Digest: Format Google Calendar Events with Claude 3.5 Sonnet for Telegram
Live

By Patrik Schick

How it works Every day at 6:00 AM, the workflow pulls all events from your Google Calendar scheduled for that day. It extracts each event’s ID, title, and start time, aggregates them into one list, and converts them into a text string. This text is passed to an AI-powered Information Extractor (using Claude 3.5 Sonnet) to format the events into a clear daily summary. Finally, the summary is sent as a Telegram message to your chosen chat ID, giving you a ready-to-read daily to-do list. How to use Connect your Google Calendar account to the Get many events node. Set the correct calendar in the calendar field. Link your Telegram account and set your chatId in the Send a text message node. Adjust the Schedule Trigger node if you want a different reminder time. Activate the workflow — it will run daily and send your event summary to Telegram automatically. Customising this workflow Reminder time: Change triggerAtHour in the Schedule Trigger node for morning, evening, or multiple reminders per day. Calendar source: Switch to another Google Calendar or add multiple Get many events nodes for different calendars. Message style: Edit the Information Extractor system prompt to change language, formatting, or level of detail in your summary. Delivery channel: Replace or add another messaging node (e.g., Email, Slack, WhatsApp) if you want your to-do list in different apps. Event filtering: Add a filter before aggregation to include only certain event types or keywords (e.g., “Meeting”, “Deadline”). An n8n automation workflow template by Patrik Schick.

IPL Cricket Rules Q&A Chat Bot using RAG and Google Gemini API
Live

By Sidd

This workflow has 2 Broad Steps Step 1 - Vector store creation with set of ipl rules using Google Gemini Embedding. This will we used to drive RAG for model grouding Step 2 - Connecting the vector store with google gemini API model and enabling a chat interface to drive the chat bot Step 1 Load the reference material (run once via the Manual Trigger) 1.1 Manual Trigger → HTTP Request downloads the IPL “Match Playing Conditions” PDF. 1.2 Default Data Loader extracts text from the PDF. **Type of data is binary 1.3 Recursive Character Text Splitter breaks the text into overlapping chunks. **This step ensures that the data chunks that are created in vector store have some overlap and hence less chance of hallucination **Chunk size and chunk overlap are 2 variables to manage this 1.4 Embeddings Google Gemini (1) converts each chunk to a vector. **Connect the model with google gemini model. You will need your own api key for this **Make note of the embedding model also since the same embedding model has to be selected in Step 2 1.5 Simple Vector Store 1 inserts those vectors into an in-memory store under key **Make note of the vector store name since it is same vector store you will have to use in Step 2 Note: Google gemini API key credential needed ##Using Vector store nodes provided by n8n is the best way to get started to test out the workflow before you switch to more enterprise grade vector store nodes Step 2 2.1 Chat Trigger to initiate n8n native chat interface 2.2 Simple Memory keeps the last 20 chat turns for context. This value can be edited within the node 2.3 Simple Vector Store (retrieve-as-tool mode) receives the user’s query embedding, finds the top-10 most relevant chunks stored in step 1, and supplies them as tool output. This will drive RAG **The name of vector store should match from Step 1, the embedding rule should match step 1 2.4 Google Gemini Chat Model is the language model that is used as the llm model 2.5 AI Agent orchestrates everything: ** Uses the system prompt (“You are a cricket expert… If info is missing, say ‘Sorry I don’t know’”). to prompt the model ** Has access to the memory (2.2) and the RAG tool (2.3). ** Generates the final response with Google Gemini, strictly limited to the retrieved IPL cricket rules data. Note: Google gemini API key credential needed ##Using simple memory store nodes provided by n8n is the best way to get started to test out the workflow before you switch to more enterprise grade vector store nodes. Automated Order Confirmations with Abacate Pay: First-Buyer Coupon Rewards via Email & Slack
Live

By Matheus Pedrosa

Workflow Overview This workflow provides a complete, automated post-purchase solution triggered by a successful payment webhook from Abacate Pay. (For international users, think of Abacate Pay as 'the Brazilian Stripe' – a popular and robust payment gateway in Brazil). When a successful payment is registered, this workflow instantly sends a beautiful, responsive HTML confirmation email to the customer and posts a detailed notification to a designated Slack channel. The key feature is its ability to dynamically reward first-time buyers. The workflow checks the customer's purchase history, and if it's their first order, it automatically generates a 10% discount coupon for their next purchase and includes it in the welcome email. Key Features: Webhook Trigger:** Securely listens for successful payment events from Abacate Pay. First-Time Buyer Detection:** Queries past orders to identify new customers. Automatic Coupon Generation:** Creates a unique, single-use discount coupon for new buyers. Dynamic Content:** The email and Slack messages automatically include the coupon details, but only for first-time buyers. Responsive HTML Email:** Sends a professional and mobile-friendly order confirmation. Rich Slack Notifications:** Uses Block Kit for well-formatted, actionable alerts for your team. Centralized Configuration:** A single Configs node makes it easy to manage static variables like company name and tokens. Setup Instructions: Webhook Node: Copy the webhook URL and paste it into your Abacate Pay dashboard for the "payment successful" event (e.g., billing.paid). Configs Node: Open this Set node and fill in your company's information (companyName, companySite, companyEmail) and the token used to validate the webhook requests. HTTP Request Nodes (GetOrders, CreateCustomCoupon): In both nodes, go to the "Authentication" or "Header" section and replace the placeholder Bearer Token with your actual Abacate Pay API key. Automate GitHub Trending Data Collection with FireCrawl, GPT and Supabase
Live

By Cai Yongji

GitHub Trending to Supabase (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) Who is this for? This workflow is for developers, researchers, founders, and data analysts who want a historical dataset of GitHub Trending repositories without manual scraping. It’s ideal for building dashboards, newsletters, or trend analytics on top of a clean Supabase table. What problem is this workflow solving? Checking GitHub Trending by hand (daily/weekly/monthly) is repetitive and error-prone. This workflow automates collection, parsing, and storage so you can reliably track changes over time and query them from Supabase. What this workflow does Scrapes GitHub Trending across Daily, Weekly, and Monthly timeframes using FireCrawl. Extracts per-project fields: name, url, description, language, stars. Adds a type dimension (daily / weekly / monthly) to each row. Inserts structured results into a Supabase table for long-term storage. Setup Ensure you have an n8n instance (Cloud or self-hosted). Create credentials: FireCrawl API credential (no hardcoded keys in nodes). Supabase credential (URL + Service Role / Insert-capable key). Prepare a Supabase table (example): CREATE TABLE public.githubtrending ( id bigint GENERATED ALWAYS AS IDENTITY NOT NULL, created_at timestamp with time zone NOT NULL DEFAULT now(), data_date date DEFAULT now(), url text, project_id text, project_desc text, code_language text, stars bigint DEFAULT '0'::bigint, type text, CONSTRAINT githubtrending_pkey PRIMARY KEY (id) ); Import this workflow JSON into n8n. Run once to validate, then schedule (e.g., daily at 08:00). An n8n automation workflow template by Cai Yongji.

Automated B2B Prospecting with RapidAPI, Hunter.io, GPT & Gmail
Live

By Jimmy Gay

Automate your B2B prospecting by finding local businesses and sending AI-personalized outreach emails to qualified contacts. What This Workflow Does This workflow acts as a powerful AI Sales Assistant, automating your entire B2B lead generation process for local businesses. It saves you countless hours of manual research and outreach by intelligently finding prospects, enriching their data, and drafting personalized emails tailored to their specific business. Stop prospecting manually and start scaling your outreach efforts effectively. How It Works The process is designed to be both smart and efficient: Find Businesses: It starts by searching for local businesses based on your criteria (e.g., "engineering in London"). Qualify & Enrich: It filters out businesses without a website. For the valid ones, it scrapes the website's title and description to understand what they do. Identify Contacts: Using Hunter.io, it finds professional email contacts associated with the company and verifies their validity to ensure high-quality leads. Generate AI-Personalized Emails: For each valid contact, it uses OpenAI to write a unique, short, and professional outreach email. The AI uses the scraped website information to create a personalized hook, showing you've done your research. Send & Organize: The final email is sent automatically via your Gmail account. If a business has no website, a follow-up task is created in your Google Tasks for manual review. Key Benefits Save Time: Automate a time-consuming prospecting process from start to finish. Increase Reply Rates: Engage prospects with personalized emails, not generic templates. Scale Your Outreach: Generate and contact dozens of qualified leads effortlessly. Stay Organized: Never lose a lead, thanks to the integrated task management for manual follow-ups. An n8n automation workflow template by Jimmy Gay.

Query Business Data from Uniconta ERP with OpenAI Chatbot via Peliqan
Live

By Peliqan

How it works This template is an end-to-end demo of an in-house AI agent that can answer a wide range of questions by retrieving information from the Uniconta ERP system. For example users can ask questions related to products, stock, accounting or any other type of information contained in Uniconta. Peliqan.io is used as a "cache" of all Uniconta data. Peliqan uses one-click ELT to sync all data from Uniconta to the built-in data warehouse, allowing for fast & accurate queries. The AI agent uses Text-to-SQL to answer questions. Text-to-SQL is performed via the Peliqan node, added as a tool to the AI Agent. The question of the user - in natural language - is converted to an SQL query by the AI Agent. The query is executed by Peliqan.io on the source Uniconta data and the result is interpreted by the AI Agent. Preconditions You signed up for a Peliqan.io free trial account You have a Uniconta ERP system Set up steps Sign up for a free trial on peliqan.io Add Uniconta as a connection in Peliqan (using an API key from Uniconta) Copy your Peliqan API key (in Peliqan go to Settings > API key) and use it in n8n to add a Peliqan connection Select your data warehouse in the Peliqan node "Execute an SQL query via Peliqan" in the drop-down field "Data warehouse name or id" Optional: run the template script in Peliqan that outputs your specific Uniconta datamodel (tables & columns). Copy your datamodel and paste it in the System Message of the AI Agent (replace the standard Uniconta model already present in this workflow) Visit peliqan.io/n8n for more information. Need help ? Filter Cybersecurity News for Your Tech Stack (OpenAI + Pinecone RAG)
Live

By Will Carlson

What it does: Collects cybersecurity news from trusted RSS feeds and uses OpenAI’s Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) capabilities with Pinecone to filter for content that is directly relevant to your organization’s tech stack. “Relevant” means the AI looks for news items that mention your specific tools, vendors, frameworks, cloud platforms, programming languages, operating systems, or security solutions — as described in your .txt scope documents. By training on these documents, the system understands the environment you operate in and can prioritize news that could affect your security posture, compliance, or operational stability. Once filtered, summaries of the most important items are sent to your work email every day. How it works Pulls in news from multiple cybersecurity-focused RSS feeds:** The workflow automatically collects articles from trusted, high-signal security news sources. These feeds cover threat intelligence, vulnerability disclosures, vendor advisories, and industry updates. Filters articles for recency and direct connection to your documented tech stack:** Using the publish date, it removes stale or outdated content. Then, leveraging your .txt scope documents stored in Pinecone, it checks each article for references to your technologies, vendors, platforms, or security tools. Uses OpenAI to generate and review concise summaries:** For each relevant article, OpenAI creates a short, clear summary of the key points. The AI also evaluates whether the article provides actionable or critical information before passing it through. Trains on your scope using Pinecone Vector Store (free) for context-aware filtering:** Your scope documents are embedded into a vector store so the AI can “remember” your environment. This context ensures the filtering process understands indirect or non-obvious connections to your tech stack. Aggregates and sends only the most critical items to your work email:** The system compiles the highest-priority news items into one daily digest, so you can review key developments without wading through irrelevant stories. What you need to do: Setup your OpenAI and Pinecone credentials in the workflow Create and configure a Pinecone index (dimension 1536 recommended) Pinecone is free to setup. Setup Pinecone with a single free index. Use a namespace like: scope. Make sure the embedding model is the same for all of your Pinecone references. Submit .txt scope documents listing your technologies, vendors, platforms, frameworks, and security products. .txt does not need to be structured. Add as much detail as possible. Update AI prompts to accurately describe your company’s environment and priorities. An n8n automation workflow template by Will Carlson.

Scrape URLs from Google Sheets and save as Markdown to Google Drive
Live

By Allan Vaccarizi

📺 Full walkthrough video: https://youtu.be/x3PDYon4qKk ⚠️ Self-hosted only — This template uses a community node (Firecrawl) and cannot run on n8n Cloud. Who it's for This workflow is for content teams, SEO specialists, and developers who need to batch-scrape web pages and store their content as clean Markdown files — without manually copying and reformatting text from each URL. How it works A chat message triggers the workflow. The URL in the chat input points to a Google Sheet containing the list of URLs to scrape. All rows are read from the sheet, then filtered to keep only rows with a non-empty URL and no existing scraping status. Valid URLs are processed in configurable batches using a loop node. Each URL is scraped with Firecrawl, which extracts the full web page content. A code node cleans the raw Markdown: it removes links, standalone URLs, navigation labels, and excess whitespace. The cleaned Markdown file is saved to a specified Google Drive folder. The corresponding row in Google Sheets is updated with an "OK" status to prevent re-scraping on future runs. How to set up [ ] Connect your Google Sheets OAuth2 credential and configure the sheet containing the URLs [ ] Connect your Firecrawl API credential for web scraping [ ] Connect your Google Drive OAuth2 credential and set the destination folder ID [ ] Ensure the Google Sheet has a URL column and a Scraped column [ ] (Optional) Adjust the batch size in the loop node to control throughput Requirements Google Sheets account Google Drive account Firecrawl API key (community node — self-hosted n8n only) How to customize Replace the chat trigger with a Schedule Trigger for fully automated periodic scraping. Modify the Transform Scraped Content code node to enrich the Markdown (e.g. add metadata headers, extract specific sections). Add a Slack or email notification step after the loop completes to report how many URLs were successfully scraped. An n8n automation workflow template by Allan Vaccarizi.

Send task completion email to customers via Motion API and Gmail
Live

By Allan Vaccarizi

📺 Full walkthrough video: https://youtu.be/-xqjoUvbXbs Who it's for This workflow is for agencies or freelancers — such as Growth AI — who manage client projects in Motion and want to automatically notify customers when a project task has been completed, without any manual follow-up. How it works A schedule trigger fires daily between the 10th and 31st of each month at 8 AM. Active customer records are retrieved from an n8n Data Table and filtered to include only rows where the last notification was sent before the current month. Eligible rows are processed in batches of 10 in a loop. For each customer, the Motion API is queried to fetch their workspace projects, filtered for those in a "Todo" state. The workflow then queries the Motion API again to check whether the associated task is marked as completed. If the task is completed, a notification email is sent to the customer via Gmail. The Data Table row is updated with the current timestamp, and the loop continues. How to set up [ ] Configure the Schedule Trigger with your desired run interval [ ] Connect the Data Table nodes to your n8n data table containing customer records [ ] Add your Motion API key as an HTTP Header Auth credential (X-API-Key) [ ] Connect your Gmail OAuth2 credential to the Send Email node [ ] Customize the email subject and body in the Send Email to Customer node [ ] Adjust the Filter Todo Projects node to match your Motion project and status naming Requirements Motion account with API access Gmail account with OAuth2 credentials n8n Data Table with customer records (ClientName, MotionID, ClientMail, Active, LastSent) How to customize Replace the Gmail node with Outlook, SendGrid, or another email provider to match your stack. Adjust the Filter Eligible Rows logic to change the notification frequency (e.g., weekly instead of monthly). Extend the email template in Send Email to Customer to include task details, project names, or a link to a client portal. An n8n automation workflow template by Allan Vaccarizi.

RAG chat assistant with Claude, Supabase vector store, and Postgres memory
Live

By Allan Vaccarizi

📺 Full walkthrough video: https://youtu.be/Z_l_T22px3U Who it's for This workflow is for developers and AI builders who want to deploy a context-aware chat assistant powered by a private knowledge base. It suits teams that need persistent conversation memory and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) on their own infrastructure. How it works The Chat Trigger listens for incoming user messages and forwards them to the AI Agent. The AI Agent (Claude Sonnet 4) orchestrates the response generation. Postgres Chat Memory stores and retrieves the conversation history, enabling multi-turn dialogue. The Supabase Vector Store is queried as a tool to retrieve relevant documents from the knowledge base. OpenAI Embeddings convert the user query into vectors used for the Supabase similarity search. Claude synthesizes context from memory and retrieved documents to produce a final response. How to set up [ ] Add your Anthropic API key to the Claude Sonnet 4 Model node [ ] Add your OpenAI API key to the Generate OpenAI Embeddings node [ ] Configure your Supabase project URL, API key, and target table name [ ] Configure the Postgres Chat Memory node with your PostgreSQL database credentials [ ] Optionally set authentication on the Chat Trigger node Requirements Anthropic account (Claude Sonnet 4) OpenAI account (text-embedding model) Supabase project with a vector-enabled table PostgreSQL database for session memory How to customize Swap Claude for OpenAI GPT-4 or another LLM supported by n8n Replace Supabase Vector Store with Pinecone, Qdrant, or another vector database Use a unique session key per user to support isolated multi-user conversations. Generate a hierarchical sitemap from a URL into Google Sheets using Firecrawl
Live

By Allan Vaccarizi

📺 Full walkthrough video: https://youtu.be/yjeKYfZP0kU > ⚠️ Self-hosted only — This template uses a community node (@mendable/n8n-nodes-firecrawl) and cannot run on n8n Cloud. Who it's for This workflow is for SEO consultants, web agencies, and technical teams who need to quickly audit or document a website's URL structure and export it into a clean, hierarchical spreadsheet. How it works A chat message is received containing the target website URL. Firecrawl maps the website via its sitemap and retrieves all available URLs. An IF node checks whether the Firecrawl response was successful; if not, the workflow stops with an error. On success, a Google Drive template file is copied to serve as the destination spreadsheet. A custom JavaScript node parses the crawled URLs, groups them by domain/subdomain, and structures them into a hierarchical table (up to 6 depth levels: Niv 0 to Niv 5) with HYPERLINK formulas. The structured rows are appended to the copied Google Sheet. How to set up [ ] Connect your Firecrawl credentials with a valid API key [ ] Set the Google Drive template file ID to copy for each run [ ] Connect your Google Sheets credentials and verify the target sheet name (FR) [ ] Review the Organize URLs into Table Format code node if you need to adjust the depth logic or output columns Requirements Self-hosted n8n instance Firecrawl account and API key Google Drive and Google Sheets OAuth2 credentials How to customize Modify the JavaScript code node to add URL filtering, deduplication, or category tagging before writing to the sheet. Extend the sheet schema beyond 5 depth levels if your website has a deeper URL hierarchy. Replace the chat trigger with a form or webhook to allow non-technical users to submit URLs for crawling. Checks if the Google Sheet is empty; if so, generates 10 keywords based on a seed idea and saves them. Part 2 – Keyword management & blog settings Includes an “options” node to configure global blog language and formatting rules (H1, headings, bold, intro, conclusion, etc.). Selects a keyword with false status (unused), marks it true with a usage date, and if none are left, generates new ones while avoiding duplicates. Part 3 – Video search & duplicate filtering Searches YouTube via Apify using the keyword, retrieves \~30 results, excludes Shorts, and selects 2 videos based on title/description/hashtags. Scheduled FTP/SFTP to MinIO Backup with Preserved Folder Structure
Live

By SIENNA

Automated FTP/SFTP to MinIO Object Backup with Scheduling $\mapsto$ Can work with FTP/SFTP Servers like your Wordpress Website ! What this workflow does ? This workflow performs automated, periodic backups of files from a FTP or SFTP server directory to a MinIO S3 bucket running locally or on a dedicated container/VM/server. It can also work if the MinIO bucket is running on a remote cloud provider's infrastructure; you just need to change the URL and keys. Who's this intended for ? Storage administrators, cloud architects, or DevOps who need a simple and scalable solution for retrieving data from a remote FTP or SFTP Server. This can also be practical for Wordpress Devs that need to backup data from a server hosting a Wordpress Website. In that case, you'll just need to specify the folder that you want to backup (could be one from wordpress/uploads or even the root one) How it works This workflow uses commands to list and download files from a specific directory on a FTP-SFTP Server, then send them to MinIO using their version of the S3 API. The source directory can be a specific one or the entire server (the root directory) Requirements None, just a source folder/directory on a FTP/SFTP Server and a destination bucket on MinIO. You'll also need to get MinIO running. You're using Proxmox VE ? Create a MinIO LXC Container : https://community-scripts.github.io/ProxmoxVE/scripts?id=minio Need a Backup from another Cloud Storage Provider ? Need automated backup from another Cloud Storage Provider ? $\mapsto$ Check out our templates, we've done it with AWS, Azure, and GCP, and we even have a version for FTP/SFTP servers! $\odot$ These workflow can be integrated to bigger ones and modified to best suit your needs ! You can, for example, replace the MinIO node to another S3 Bucket from another Cloud Storage Provider (Backblaze, Wasabi, Scaleway, OVH, ...). An n8n automation workflow template by SIENNA.
