Automate Contract Employee Lifecycle with Google Docs, DocuSign & Airtable
Live

By Marth - Business Automation

⚙ Automated Contract Employee Placement & Management System: Setup Guide This guide will walk you through setting up your n8n workflow. By the end, you'll have a fully automated system for managing your contract employee placements, from generating documents to sending renewal reminders. How It Works This workflow is structured in three logical phases to automate the entire contract management lifecycle: Phase 1: Placement Trigger & Data Retrieval: The workflow begins when a new placement record is created in your CRM or database. It automatically retrieves all necessary employee and client data to prepare for contract generation. Phase 2: Contract Generation & Delivery: The system uses a pre-made Google Docs template to generate a professional contract. It then automatically sends this document for e-signature via DocuSign to both the employee and the client. Phase 3: Post-Placement Management & Reminders: Once the contract is signed, the workflow updates your database, notifies your team, and adds the start date to your calendar. A separate scheduled automation runs weekly to proactively check for expiring contracts and send renewal reminders. Step-by-Step Setup Guide Follow these steps to configure the workflow in your n8n instance. Step 1: Prerequisites & Database Setup Before you begin, ensure you have the following accounts and a workspace set up: n8n Instance:** Your self-hosted or cloud-based n8n instance. Airtable:** Your main database for managing placements. Google Docs:** A contract template saved in your Google Drive. DocuSign:** For handling electronic signatures. Slack:** For internal team notifications. Google Calendar:** For adding start dates to a shared team calendar. Airtable Database Preparation: Create an Airtable base with a Placements table. This table must include the following columns: Candidate Name Candidate Email Client Name Client Contact Email Start Date End Date Status Google Docs Template Preparation: Create a contract template in Google Docs with placeholders in the format {{placeholder}} (e.g., {{candidateName}}, {{clientName}}). Step 2: Workflow Import & Credential Configuration Import the workflow's .json file into your n8n instance. All the necessary nodes will appear on your canvas. Click on any node with a red "!" icon (e.g., the Airtable or DocuSign node). Click "Create new credential" and follow the instructions to connect your accounts. Repeat this for all nodes that require credentials. Step 3: Node-Specific Configuration Configure the following key nodes to match your specific setup: Webhooks Trigger: Click on the Webhooks Trigger node and copy the Webhook URL. Configure your CRM or Airtable to send a POST request to this URL whenever a new placement is created. Airtable Nodes: For every Airtable node in the workflow, enter the correct Base ID and Table Name (Placements) that you created in Step 1. Google Docs Node: In the Template File ID field, enter the file ID of your Google Docs contract template. Map the placeholders you created in your template to the dynamic data from your database (e.g., {{candidateName}} should be mapped to ={{ $json.candidate_name }}). DocuSign Node: Enter your Account ID in the credentials settings. Map the Signer Name and Signer Email fields to the data from your database. Ensure your DocuSign envelope template is configured with anchor text (e.g., /signature/) that matches the anchor tags in the DocuSign node. Cron Trigger: The Cron Trigger node is set up to check for expiring contracts. You can adjust the Interval parameter (e.g., Every Week) to match your desired schedule. Step 4: Activation Once all credentials and node configurations are complete, click "Save" at the top of the canvas. Toggle the workflow to "Active" in the top-right corner. The workflow is now live! It will automatically handle contract generation, signatures, and reminders for every new placement. An n8n automation workflow template by Marth - Business Automation.

Google Maps Reviews to Google Sheets Sync using SerpApi
Live

By SerpApi

Sync Google Maps Reviews to Google Sheets for Any Google Maps Query How it works This workflow accepts any query you might run on actual Google Maps to search for places. The search happens through SerpApi's Google Maps API. Once the workflow receives place results from Google Maps, it loops through each place fetching reviews using SerpApi's Google Maps Reviews API. By default, the workflow will be limited to fetch up to 50 reviews per place. This can be customized in the 'Set Review Limit' node}. The first page of reviews for a place will only return 8 reviews. All subsequent pages will return up to 20 reviews. The fetched reviews are sent to a connected Google Sheet. How to use Create a free SerpApi account here: https://serpapi.com/ Add SerpApi credentials to n8n. Your SerpApi API key is here: https://serpapi.com/manage-api-key Connect your Google Sheets accounts to n8n. Help available here: https://n8n.io/integrations/google-sheets/ Create a Google Sheet with these column headers: name, iso_date, rating, snippet Connect your Google Sheet in the 'Append Reviews' Google Sheet node Update the Search Query in the 'Search Google Maps' node to set your own query (Optional) Update the review limit from the default 50 in the 'Set Review Limit' node. Set it to a very high number (e.g. 50000) to get all possible reviews. Hit 'Test Workflow' to manually trigger the workflow. Limitations Can only retrieve the top 20 results from Google Maps. It won't paginate to get more results. The workflow could be extended to support Google Maps Pagination. Warning Each request to SerpApi consumes 1 search credit. Be mindful of how many search credits your account has before requesting more reviews than your account supports. As an example, if a Google Maps query returns 20 results and you fetch the default limit of 50 reviews per page, this will use up to 61 SerpApi search credits. Generate SEO-Optimized Blog Content with Google Gemini, RSS Feeds and Telegram
Live

By Baris Cem Ant

Workflow Objective This n8n workflow automates the entire content creation process by monitoring specified RSS feeds for new articles. It then leverages Google Gemini AI to generate comprehensive, SEO-optimized blog posts inspired by these articles, creates unique cover images, and distributes the final content as a JSON file to stakeholders via Telegram. The primary goal is to automate the end-to-end content pipeline, saving significant time and ensuring a consistent output of high-quality content. Step-by-Step Breakdown Monitor News Sources (RSS Triggers): The workflow is triggered periodically (e.g., hourly, weekly) by multiple RSS Feed nodes that monitor sources like "Search Engine Journal" and "Tech Crunch" for new publications. Prevent Duplicate Content (Deduplication): For each new article fetched from the RSS feeds, the workflow checks an AWS DynamoDB database to see if the article's URL has been processed before. If the link already exists in the database, the process for that item is halted, and a debug notification is sent to Telegram via the "Telegram Debugger" node. This prevents the generation of duplicate content. AI-Powered Content Generation (Gemini Content Generation): If the article is new, its link is passed to a Google Gemini node. Using a highly detailed and structured prompt, Gemini generates a complete blog post in a specific JSON format. This output includes a title, meta description, SEO-friendly slug, a descriptive prompt for generating a cover image, and the full markdown body of the article (including an introduction, subheadings, conclusion, FAQ section, etc.). Data Cleaning and Parsing (JSON Parser): The raw text response from the AI is processed by a "Code" node. This custom script cleans the output—removing markdown code blocks, fixing potential syntax errors—and reliably parses it into a valid JSON object, ensuring the data is clean for subsequent steps. Image Generation and Cloud Storage: The image_generation_prompt from the parsed JSON is sent to another Google Gemini node configured for image generation, creating a 1200x630 cover image for the blog post. The newly created image is renamed using the slug. Finally, the image is uploaded to a cloud storage service like Cloudflare R2. If the upload fails, an error message is sent to Telegram. Final Data Assembly and Distribution: The generated text content is merged with the URL of the uploaded image to create the final, complete blog post data object. This entire data structure is converted into a JSON file, named using the format [slug].json. In the final step, this JSON file is sent as a document to designated recipients User via the Telegram nodes. Technologies and Services Used Trigger:** RSS Feed Reader Artificial Intelligence:** Google Gemini (for both text and image generation) Database:** AWS DynamoDB (for content deduplication) Cloud Storage:** Cloudflare R2 (S3-compatible) Notification & Distribution:** Telegram Data Processing:** n8n's native nodes (Merge, If, Set, Code). Monitor Brand Mentions on X with Gemini AI Visual Analysis & Telegram Alerts
Live

By Atta

This workflow automates brand monitoring on X by analyzing both the text and the images in posts. It uses multi-modal AI to score brand relevance, filters out noise, logs important mentions in Airtable, and sends real-time alerts to a Telegram group for high-priority posts. What it does Traditional brand monitoring tools often miss the most authentic user content because they only track text. They can't "see" your logo in a photo or your product featured in a video without a direct keyword mention. This workflow acts as an AI agent that overcomes this blind spot. It finds mentions of your brand on X and then uses Google Gemini's multi-modal capabilities to perform a comprehensive analysis of both the text and any attached images. This allows it to understand the full context of a mention, score its relevance to your brand, and take the appropriate action, creating a powerful "visual intelligence" system. How it works The workflow runs on a schedule to find, analyze, and triage brand mentions. Get New Tweets: The workflow begins by using an Apify actor to scrape X for recent posts based on a defined set of search terms (e.g., Tesla OR $TSLA). It then filters these results to find unique mentions not already processed. Check for Duplicates: It cross-references each found tweet with an Airtable base to ensure it hasn't been analyzed before, preventing duplicate work. Analyze Post Content: For each new, unique post, the workflow performs two parallel analyses using Google Gemini: Analyze the Photos: The AI examines the images in the post to describe the scene, identify logos or products, and determine the visual mood. Analyze the Text: A separate AI call analyzes the text of the post to understand its context and sentiment. Final Relevance Check: A "Head Strategist" AI node receives the outputs from both the visual and text analyses. It synthesizes this information to assign a final brand relevance score from 1 to 10. Triage and Action: Based on this score, the workflow automatically triages the post: High Relevance (Score > 7): The post is logged in the Airtable base, and an instant, detailed alert is sent to a Telegram monitoring group. Medium Relevance (Score 4-7): The post is quietly logged in Airtable for later strategic review. Low Relevance (Score < 4): The post is ignored, effectively filtering out noise. Setup Instructions To get this workflow running, you will need to configure your Airtable base and provide credentials for Apify, Google, and Telegram. Required Credentials Apify: You will need an Apify API Token to run the X scraper. Airtable: You will need Airtable API credentials to connect to your base. Google AI: You will need credentials for the Google AI APIs to use the Gemini models. Telegram: You will need a Bot Token and the Chat ID for the channel where you want to receive high-relevance alerts. Of course. Based on the Config node parameters you provided, the setup process is much more centralized. Here is the corrected and rewritten "Step-by-Step Configuration" section. Of course. Here is the rewritten "Step-by-Step Configuration" section with the link to the advanced search documentation. Step-by-Step Configuration Set up Your Airtable Base: Before configuring the workflow, create a new table in your Airtable base. For the workflow to function correctly, this table must contain fields to store the analysis results. Create fields with the following names: postId, postURL, postText, postDateCreated, authorUsername, authorName, sentiment, relevanceScore, relevanceReasoning, mediaPhotosAnalysis, and status. Once the table is created, have your Base ID and Table ID ready to use in the Config node. Edit the Config Node: The majority of the setup is handled in the first Config node. Click on it and edit the following parameters in the "Expressions" tab: searchTerms: Replace the example with the keywords, hashtags, and accounts you want to monitor. The field supports advanced search operators for complex queries. For a full list of available parameters, see the Twitter Advanced Search documentation. airtableBaseId: Paste your Airtable Base ID here. airtableTableId: Paste your Airtable Table ID here. lang: Set the two-letter language code for the posts you want to find (e.g., "en" for English). min_faves: Set the minimum number of "favorites" a post should have to be considered. tweetsToScrape: Define the maximum number of posts the scraper should find in each run. actorId: This is the specific Apify actor for scraping X. You can leave this as is unless you intend to use a different one. Configure the Telegram Node: In the final node, "Send High Relevance Posts to Monitoring Group", you need to manually set the destination for the alerts. Enter the Chat ID for your Telegram group or channel. How to Adapt the Template This workflow is a powerful framework that can be adapted for various monitoring needs. Change the Source:* Replace the *Apify** node with a different trigger or data source. You could monitor Reddit, specific RSS feeds, or a news API for mentions. Customize the AI Logic:* The core of this workflow is in the AI prompts. You can edit the prompts in the *Google Gemini** nodes to change the analysis criteria. For example, you could instruct the AI to check for specific competitor logos, analyze the sentiment of comments, or identify if the post is from an influential account. Modify the Scoring:** Adjust the logic in the "Switch" node to change the thresholds for what constitutes a high, medium, or low-relevance post to better fit your brand's needs. Change the Actions:* Replace the *Telegram** node with a different action. Instead of sending an alert, you could: Create a ticket in a customer support system like Zendesk or Jira. Send a summary email to your marketing team. Add the post to a content curation tool or a social media management platform. An n8n automation workflow template by Atta.

Daily Google Tasks Briefing in Slack with Ollama-Powered Summaries
Live

By Axiomlab.dev

Tasks Briefing This template posts a clean, Slack-ready morning summary of your Google Tasks due today. It fetches tasks, filters only those due “today” in your timezone, asks a local LLM (via LangChain + Ollama) to produce a short summary (no steps, just a concise brief), strips any hidden <think> blocks, and delivers the message to your chosen Slack channel. How it works Trigger at Morning (Cron) – runs at 7:00 AM (you can change the hour) to kick things off daily. Get many tasks (Google Tasks node) – pulls tasks from your selected Google Tasklist. Code (Filter Due Today) – normalizes dates to your timezone, keeps only tasks due today, and emits a fallback flag if none exist. If – routes: True (has tasks) → continues to the LLM summary path. False (no tasks) → sends a “No tasks due today” message to Slack. Code (Build LLM Prompt) – builds a compact, Markdown-only prompt for the model (no tool calls). Basic LLM Chain (LangChain) + Ollama Model – generates a short summary for Slack. Code (Cleanup) – removes any <think>…</think> content if the model includes it. Send a message (Slack) – posts the final brief to your Slack channel. Required credentials Google Tasks OAuth2 API** – to read tasks from your Google Tasklist. Slack API** – to post the summary into a channel. Ollama** – local model endpoint (e.g., qwen3:4b); used by the LangChain LLM nodes. Setup Instructions Google Tasks credential In Google Cloud Console: enable Google Tasks API, create an OAuth Client (Web), and set the redirect URI shown by n8n. In n8n Credentials, add Google Tasks OAuth2 API with scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tasks (read/write) or https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tasks.readonly (read-only). In the Get many tasks node, select your credential and your Tasklist. Slack credential & channel In n8n Credentials, add Slack API (bot/user token with chat:write). In Send a message nodes, select your Slack credential and set the Channel (e.g., #new-leads). Ollama model (LangChain) Ensure Ollama is running on your host (default http://localhost:11434). Pull a model (e.g., ollama pull qwen3:4b) or use another supported model (llama3:8b, etc.). In Ollama Model node, select your Ollama credential and set the model name to match what you pulled. Timezone & schedule The Cron node is set to 7:00 AM. Adjust as needed. The Code (Filter Due Today) node is configured for Asia/Dhaka; change the TZ constant if you prefer a different timezone. (Optional) Cleanup safety The template includes a Code (Cleanup) node that strips <think>…</think> blocks from model output. Keep this connected before the Slack node. Test the flow Run the workflow once manually: If you have tasks due today, you should see a concise summary posted to your Slack channel. If none are due, you’ll receive a friendly “No tasks due today” message. Activate When everything looks good, toggle the workflow Active to receive the daily summary automatically. AI-Powered Sales Assistant with Airtable CRM, Gmail and Web Research
Live

By LeeWei

Overview of the n8n Workflow This n8n workflow automates sales processes using AI agents integrated with Airtable as a CRM and Gmail for email handling. It consists of two main workflows: one for handling Airtable status changes to send automated emails, and another for processing incoming emails to add new leads to the CRM or respond to existing leads/clients. The agents personalize emails, research leads via web searches, update CRM notes, and include human approval for responses. Sticky Notes: Setup and Customization Guidance The workflows include sticky notes with Markdown formatting for key instructions (assume these are added to the cloned workflows): Editable Fields (Airtable and Gmail Credentials) Editable Fields Update Airtable base ID and table ID in trigger/search nodes to match your CRM. Set Gmail credentials for triggers and email nodes. Editable Fields (API Keys and Models) Editable Fields Replace Tavily API key in HTTP request nodes with your own (sign up at tavily.com). Update OpenAI model in chat model nodes if needed (e.g., to gpt-4o). Editable Fields (Google Docs Templates) Editable Fields Replace Google Docs URLs in document nodes with your own templates for each status/email type. Ensure Google Docs credentials have read access. How to Set Up the Workflow To use these workflows in n8n (setup time: ~10-15 minutes): Import the JSONs: Paste the provided JSON into n8n to create the two workflows ("Airtable sales agent" and "Email sales Agent"). Configure Credentials: Airtable: Add API token credentials for your base. Gmail: Set up OAuth2 credentials for your email account. OpenAI: Add API key for chat models. Google Docs: Set up OAuth2 credentials with read access to your templates. Update Editable Fields: In Airtable nodes: Set your base ID and table ID. In HTTP nodes: Replace Tavily API key. In Google Docs nodes: Update URLs to your email templates/knowledge base. No need to rebuild nodes; all are pre-configured. Activate Workflows: Enable the triggers and test with sample data. Potential Customizations Change Status Templates**: Add more switch outputs and Google Docs nodes for additional Airtable statuses. Adjust AI Prompts**: Modify system messages in AI Agent nodes for different personalization or response styles. Replace Search API**: Swap Tavily HTTP requests with another search tool if preferred. Add More Tools**: Extend the AI Agent with additional tools for CRM updates or integrations. Considerations and Improvements API Limits**: Monitor Tavily and OpenAI usage to avoid rate limits; add waits if needed. Error Handling**: Add IF nodes for cases like no matching lead or failed searches. Data Privacy**: Ensure sensitive lead data in Airtable and emails complies with regulations. Testing**: Use test emails and Airtable records to verify before going live. Conclusion These n8n workflows create an efficient AI-powered sales system, automating lead addition, CRM updates, and email communications with minimal setup. They integrate seamlessly with Airtable and Gmail, allowing focus on high-value tasks. Customize as needed via the editable fields outlined. An n8n automation workflow template by LeeWei.

Automate Document Ingestion & RAG System with Google Drive, Sheets & OpenAI
Live

By Mohamed Abdelwahab

1. Overview The IngestionDocs workflow is a fully automated **document ingestion and knowledge management system* built with *n8n**. Its purpose is to continuously ingest organizational documents from Google Drive, transform them into vector embeddings using OpenAI, store them in Pinecone, and make them searchable and retrievable through an AI-powered Q&A interface. This ensures that employees always have access to the most up-to-date knowledge base without requiring manual intervention. 2. Key Objectives Automated Ingestion** → Seamlessly process new and updated documents from Google Drive.\ Change Detection** → Track and differentiate between new, updated, and previously processed documents.\ Knowledge Base Construction** → Convert documents into embeddings for semantic search.\ AI-Powered Assistance** → Provide an intelligent Q&A system for employees to query manuals.\ Scalable & Maintainable** → Modular design using n8n, LangChain, and Pinecone. 3. Workflow Breakdown A. Document Monitoring and Retrieval The workflow begins with two Google Drive triggers: File Created Trigger → Fires when a new document is uploaded.\ File Updated Trigger → Fires when an existing document is modified.\ A search operation lists the files in the designated Google Drive folder.\ Non-downloadable items (e.g., subfolders) are filtered out.\ For valid files: The file is downloaded.\ A SHA256 hash is generated to uniquely identify the file's content. B. Record Management (Google Sheets Integration) To keep track of ingestion states, the workflow uses a **Google Sheets--based Record Manager**:\ Each file entry contains:\ Id** (Google Drive file ID)\ Name** (file name)\ hashId** (SHA256 checksum)\ The workflow compares the current file's hash with the stored one:\ New Document** → File not found in records → Inserted into the Record Manager.\ Already Processed** → File exists and hash matches → Skipped.\ Updated Document** → File exists but hash differs → Record is updated. This guarantees that only new or modified content is processed, avoiding duplication. C. Document Processing and Vectorization Once a document is marked as new or updated:\ Default Data Loader extracts its content (binary files supported).\ Pages are split into individual chunks.\ Metadata such as file ID and name are attached.\ Recursive Character Text Splitter divides the content into manageable segments with overlap.\ OpenAI Embeddings (text-embedding-3-large) transform each text chunk into a semantic vector.\ Pinecone Vector Store stores these vectors in the configured index:\ For new documents, embeddings are inserted into a namespace based on the file name.\ For updated documents, the namespace is cleared first, then re-ingested with fresh embeddings. This process builds a scalable and queryable knowledge base. D. Knowledge Base Q&A Interface The workflow also provides an **interactive form-based user interface**:\ Form Trigger** → Collects employee questions.\ LangChain AI Agent**:\ Receives the question.\ Retrieves relevant context from Pinecone using vector similarity search.\ Processes the response using OpenAI Chat Model (gpt-4.1-mini).\ Answer Formatting**:\ Responses are returned in HTML format for readability.\ A custom CSS theme ensures a modern, user-friendly design.\ Answers may include references to page numbers when available. This creates a self-service knowledge base assistant that employees can query in natural language. 4. Technologies Used n8n** → Orchestration of the entire workflow.\ Google Drive API** → File monitoring, listing, and downloading.\ Google Sheets API** → Record manager for tracking file states.\ OpenAI API**: text-embedding-3-large for semantic vector creation.\ gpt-4.1-mini for conversational Q&A.\ Pinecone** → Vector database for embedding storage and retrieval.\ LangChain** → Document loaders, text splitters, vector store connectors, and agent logic.\ Crypto (SHA256)** → File hash generation for change detection.\ Form Trigger + Form Node** → Employee-facing Q&A submission and answer display.\ Custom CSS** → Provides a modern, responsive, styled UI for the knowledge base. 5. End-to-End Data Flow Employee uploads or updates a document → Google Drive detects the change.\ Workflow downloads and hashes the file → Ensures uniqueness and detects modifications.\ Record Manager (Google Sheets) → Decides whether to skip, insert, or update the record.\ Document Processing → Splitting + Embedding + Storing into Pinecone.\ Knowledge Base Updated → The latest version of documents is indexed.\ Employee asks a question via the web form.\ AI Agent retrieves embeddings from Pinecone + uses GPT-4.1-mini → Generates a contextual answer.\ Answer displayed in styled HTML → Delivered back to the employee through the form interface. 6. Benefits Always Up-to-Date** → Automatically syncs documents when uploaded or changed.\ No Duplicates** → Smart hashing ensures only relevant updates are reprocessed.\ Searchable Knowledge Base** → Employees can query documents semantically, not just by keywords.\ Enhanced Productivity** → Answers are immediate, reducing time spent browsing manuals.\ Scalable** → New documents and users can be added without workflow redesign. ✅ In summary, IngestionDocs is a **robust AI-driven document ingestion and retrieval system* that integrates *Google Drive, Google Sheets, OpenAI, and Pinecone* within *n8n**. It continuously builds and maintains a knowledge base of manuals while offering employees an intelligent, user-friendly Q&A assistant for fast and accurate knowledge retrieval. Qu
Qualify High-Budget Leads: Typeform to HubSpot, Google Sheets & Slack Alerts
Live

By Avkash Kakdiya

How it works This workflow captures new leads from Typeform, instantly checks if their budget is above $5,000, and prioritizes them for faster sales follow-up. High-budget leads are enriched in HubSpot as contacts with detailed properties, and a priority task is created for the sales team. Leads are then routed based on their source (Facebook or SurveyMonkey), logged into Google Sheets for marketing or campaign tracking, and finally, a Slack notification is sent to alert the team in real time. Step-by-step Capture & Qualify Leads The workflow triggers on new Typeform submissions. It evaluates the budget field to identify high-priority leads (>$5,000). CRM Enrichment High-priority leads are automatically created or updated as contacts in HubSpot. A priority follow-up task is logged in HubSpot with the lead’s budget details. Source-Based Routing If the lead comes from Facebook or SurveyMonkey, their details are logged in a Google Sheet. This ensures marketing and campaign teams can analyze and track leads separately. Team Notifications Once logged, the workflow sends a Slack message to the sales/marketing channel. The message includes the lead’s name, email, phone, budget, and source, ensuring instant visibility for follow-up. Why use this? Automatically qualifies high-value leads based on budget. Syncs lead details seamlessly with HubSpot CRM. Routes leads by source for better campaign tracking. Keeps sales and marketing teams aligned with real-time Slack alerts. Cuts down manual effort, ensuring faster response times and higher conversion rates. An n8n automation workflow template by Avkash Kakdiya.

Organizing UI Toolbar Icons: Apple HIG Standards and Gemini AI
Live

By Zeinabsadat Mousavi Amin

Overview When designing user interfaces, toolbar icons often get overlooked, even though their placement and grouping dramatically impact usability and user flow. This workflow leverages Gemini AI to automatically analyze UI screens, classify toolbar icons based on Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines (HIG), and suggest optimal placements. By combining AI analysis with structured placement logic, this workflow helps designers build more consistent, efficient, and user-friendly interfaces—without spending hours manually arranging icons. 🚀 Features AI Classification**: Uses Gemini AI to analyze screenshots and classify icons into roles like .primaryAction, .navigation, .confirmationAction, and more. HIG-Based Placement**: Automatically assigns icons to the correct toolbar areas—Leading (Left), Trailing (Right), Center, Bottom, or System-decided. Usage-Aware Reordering**: Reorders icons based on frequency of use so the most relevant actions appear where users expect them. JSON Output**: Delivers structured results for seamless integration into design tools or documentation. 🔧 Setup Instructions Install the Workflow: Import the workflow into your n8n instance. Configure Input: Upload a screenshot of your UI. Upload a set of icons you want to classify and place. Set Up Gemini AI Node: Add your Gemini AI API key in the node’s credentials. Run the Workflow: Submit the inputs and let the AI classify and assign placements. Export Results: Copy the JSON output or connect the workflow to your preferred design/documentation tools. ⚙️ How It Works Form Submission – Capture screenshot + icons. Gemini AI Agent – Interprets screen context and classifies each icon. Placement Logic – Maps icons to the correct toolbar areas. Reordering – Adjusts order based on relevance and HIG standards. Structured Output – Produces clean JSON for further use. 🎨 Customization Change AI Prompts**: Modify the Gemini AI node prompts to reflect your app’s design language. Adjust Placement Rules**: Update logic to follow custom guidelines beyond Apple HIG. Integrate with Design Tools**: Send the JSON output directly to tools like Figma, Sketch, or internal systems. 💡 Why This Matters Consistency**: Ensures toolbar designs always follow Apple’s HIG. Efficiency**: Saves designers hours of manual icon placement. Scalability**: Works across multiple screens, flows, and apps. AI-Assisted Design**: Augments designer decisions with structured insights instead of replacing them. An n8n automation workflow template by Zeinabsadat Mousavi Amin.

Automate User Creation & Access Group Assignment in Curseduca
Live

By curseduca.com

📘 Curseduca – User Creation & Access Group Assignment How it works This workflow automates the process of creating a new user in Curseduca and granting them access to a specific access group. It works in two main steps: Webhook – Captures user details (name, email, and group information). HTTP Request – Sends the data to the Curseduca API, creating the user, assigning them to the correct access group, and sending an email notification. Setup steps Deploy the workflow Copy the webhook URL generated by n8n. Send a POST request with the required fields: name email groupId Configure API access Add your API Key and Bearer token in the HTTP Request node headers (replaCurseducace placeholders). Replace <GroupId> in the body with the correct group ID. Notifications By default, the workflow will trigger an email notification to the user once their account is created. Example use cases Landing pages**: Automatically register leads who sign up on a product landing page and grant them immediate access to a course, training, or bundle. Product bundles**: Offer multiple products or services together and instantly give access to the correct group after purchase. Chatbot integration: Connect tools like **Manychat to capture name and email via chatbot conversations and create the user directly in Curseduca. 📘 Curseduca – Criação de Usuário e Liberação de Grupo de Acesso Como funciona Este fluxo de trabalho automatiza o processo de criação de um novo usuário no Curseduca e a liberação de acesso a um grupo específico. Create Research-Backed Articles with AI Planning, Linkup Search & GPT-5
Live

By Guillaume Duvernay

Go beyond basic AI-generated text and create articles that are well-researched, comprehensive, and credible. This template automates an advanced content creation process that mimics a professional writing team: it plans, researches, and then writes. Instead of just giving an AI a topic, this workflow first uses an AI "planner" to break the topic down into logical sub-questions. Then, it deploys an AI "researcher" powered by Linkup to search the web for relevant insights and sources for each question. Finally, this complete, sourced research brief is handed to a powerful AI "writer" to compose a high-quality article, complete with hyperlinks back to the original sources. Who is this for? Content marketers & SEO specialists:** Scale the production of well-researched, link-rich articles that are built for authority and performance. Bloggers & thought leaders:** Quickly generate high-quality first drafts on any topic, complete with a list of sources for easy fact-checking and validation. Marketing agencies:** Dramatically improve your content turnaround time by automating the entire research and first-draft process for clients. What problem does this solve? Adds credibility with sources:** Solves one of the biggest challenges of AI content by automatically finding and preparing to include hyperlinks to the web sources used in the research, just as a human writer would. Ensures comprehensive coverage:** The AI-powered "topic breakdown" step prevents superficial content by creating a logical structure for the article and ensuring all key aspects of a topic are researched. Improves content quality and accuracy:** The "research-first" approach provides the final AI writer with a rich brief of specific, up-to-date information, leading to more detailed and factually grounded articles than a simple prompt ever could. Automates the entire writing workflow:** This isn't just an AI writer; it's an end-to-end system that automates the planning, research, and drafting process, saving you hours of manual work. How it works This workflow orchestrates a multi-step "Plan, Research, Write" process: Plan (Decomposition): You provide an article title and guidelines via the built-in form. An initial AI call acts as a "planner," breaking down the main topic into an array of logical sub-questions. Research (Web Search): The workflow then loops through each of these sub-questions. For each one, it uses Linkup to perform a targeted web search, gathering multiple relevant insights and their source URLs. Consolidate (Brief Creation): All the sourced insights from the research phase are compiled into a single, comprehensive research brief. Write (Final Generation): This complete, sourced brief is handed to a final, powerful AI writer (e.g., GPT-5). Its instructions are clear: write a high-quality article based only on the provided research and integrate the source links as hyperlinks where appropriate. Setup Connect your Linkup account: In the Query Linkup for insights (HTTP Request) node, add your Linkup API key. We recommend creating a "Generic Credential" of type "Bearer Token" for this. Linkup's free plan is very generous and includes credits for ~1000 searches per month. Connect your AI provider: Connect your AI provider (e.g., OpenAI) credentials to the two Language Model nodes. For cost-efficiency, we recommend a smaller, faster model for Generate research questions and a more powerful, creative model for Generate the AI output. Activate the workflow: Toggle the workflow to "Active" and use the built-in form to enter an article title and guidelines to generate your first draft! Taking it further Control your sources:* For more brand-aligned or niche content, you can restrict the web search to specific websites by adding site:example.com OR site:anothersite.com to the query in the *Query Linkup for insights** node. Automate publishing:* Connect the final *Article result* node to a *Webflow* or *WordPress** node to automatically create a draft post in your CMS. Generate content in bulk:* Replace the *Form Trigger* with an *Airtable* or *Google Sheet** trigger to automatically generate a whole batch of articles from your content calendar. Customize the writing style:* Tweak the system prompt in the final *Generate the AI output** node to match your brand's specific tone of voice, add SEO keywords, or include calls-to-action. Automate Workflow & Credentials Backup to S3 with Retention Management
Live

By Tobias Mende

This n8n template automates daily backups of workflows and credentials to S3-compatible storage with automatic retention management. Designed for self-hosted n8n instances requiring disaster recovery protection. The workflow has three tasks: backs up all workflows via n8n API, exports and stores credentials securely, and automatically deletes outdated backups based on configurable retention policies. Perfect for administrators needing automated backup solutions with storage cost management. Target Audience n8n Administrators**: Managing production n8n instances requiring reliable backup solutions DevOps Teams**: Implementing disaster recovery strategies for automation infrastructure IT Managers**: Ensuring business continuity and compliance for critical automation workflows System Administrators**: Maintaining secure, automated backup processes for workflow management platforms How it works The workflow operates through three synchronized branches that execute automatically on a daily schedule: Workflow Backup Process: The schedule trigger initiates daily backups, retrieving all workflows via the n8n API and storing them as timestamped JSON files in your S3 bucket. Retention Management: Simultaneously, the system lists existing backup files, extracts dates from filenames, applies retention policies to identify outdated backups, and automatically deletes files beyond the configured retention period. Credential Backup: In parallel, the workflow exports all n8n credentials to a temporary file, uploads the encrypted credential data to S3 storage, and securely removes temporary files from the local system. Prerequisites Before implementing this template, ensure you have the following requirements in place: Self-Hosted n8n Instance: This template requires a self-hosted n8n installation with file system access for credential export functionality. Cloud-hosted n8n instances cannot export credentials due to security restrictions. S3-Compatible Storage: Set up an S3 bucket (AWS S3, MinIO, DigitalOcean Spaces, or any S3-compatible service) with read/write permissions configured for your backup storage needs. Access Credentials: Obtain S3 access credentials (Access Key ID and Secret Access Key) with appropriate bucket permissions for file operations (create, delete, list). System Permissions: Ensure your n8n instance has command-line access and file system permissions for credential export and temporary file management operations. Setup Instructions Step 1: S3 Bucket Configuration Create and configure your S3-compatible storage bucket: Create a new S3 bucket in your preferred region Configure bucket policies for read/write access Generate access credentials (Access Key ID and Secret Access Key) Note the bucket name, region, and endpoint URL for configuration Step 2: Import and Configure Template Import this workflow template into your n8n instance Navigate to the Config node (Manual Trigger) to customize settings Configure the following parameters: Bucket name and region Retention period (default: 7 days) Backup file naming conventions Folder structure preferences Step 3: Set Up S3 Credentials Configure S3 credentials in all storage-related nodes. Step 4: Set Up N8N Credentials Create an API key for n8n via the n8n settings of your n8n instance. Set this API key in the n8n node configuration. These credentials are neccesary to retrieve all workflows. Step 5: Configure Backup Schedule Customize the Daily Backup schedule trigger: Daily at 2:00 AM: 0 2 * * * Daily at midnight: 0 0 * * * Twice daily: 0 0,12 * * * Custom schedule: Modify cron expression as needed Step 6: Test and Validate Execute the Config node manually to verify settings Run the complete workflow to test all three backup branches Verify files appear in your S3 bucket with correct naming Confirm retention policies work by checking cleanup operations Test credential backup and temporary file removal Retention Settings The retention management system automatically maintains your backup storage: Configurable Retention Period: Set how many days of backups to retain (default: 31 days). The system automatically calculates cutoff dates and removes older files. Date-Based Cleanup: The Extract Date node processes backup filenames to determine file age, while the Keep Outdated Backups filter identifies files beyond the retention period. Automatic Deletion: Outdated files are automatically removed from S3 storage, preventing unlimited storage growth and managing costs effectively. An n8n automation workflow template by Tobias Mende.

By Yashraj singh sisodiya

Bakery Data Analytics Workflow Explanation Aim The aim of the Bakery Data Analytics Workflow is to automate the process of analyzing bakery sales and stock data stored in Google Sheets. It allows bakery owners or managers to interact with an AI assistant via chat and receive clear, concise, and actionable insights about their business performance without manually reviewing spreadsheets. Goal The goal is to: Enable users to query bakery sales and stock data through a chat interface. Use an AI Agent to interpret user queries and fetch the required data. Retrieve relevant sales/stock figures from a Google Sheets dataset. Generate insights in plain English, with short summaries, highlights, or breakdowns. Maintain conversation context so users can ask follow-up questions naturally. This ensures that bakery owners can make quick, informed decisions about sales trends, inventory shortages, or product performance with minimal manual effort. Requirements The workflow relies on the following components and configurations: n8n Platform The automation platform hosting the workflow. Node Requirements When chat message received (Trigger) Captures user input via chat. Initiates the workflow execution. AI Agent Central reasoning engine. Weekly OKR Alignment Report with Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion, and GPT-4.1
Live

By Mark Ma

How it works This workflow is your personal CEO Brain. Every Saturday night, it automatically collects the past week’s activity across: 📩 Gmail: filters out spam, promos, receipts, etc. 📅 Google Calendar: grabs past week and upcoming month 🗒️ Notion Weekly Plan: pulls and analyzes a photo of your weekly plan (e.g., taken from a paper planner/notebook) using GPT-4o 🎯 Notion OKRs: fetches quarterly OKRs and formats them for summary It sends all the data to GPT-4.1, which generates a smart weekly report — including progress check, misalignments, overdue follow-ups, and next steps — then emails it to you as a Weekly OKR Report. Set up steps 🧠 Add your Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion, and OpenAI credentials 📅 The Notion Weekly Plan should have a date property and an image field that holds a photo of your planner/notebook page 🎯 The Notion OKR database should include objective, key result, and status fields 🔁 Schedule is preset to every Saturday at 20:30 HK time (cron 0 30 20 * * 6). Also set the workflow timezone in n8n and, if self-hosting, the server/container TZ (e.g., TZ=Asia/Hong_Kong) to ensure correct triggering 💬 You can modify the AI prompts inside the LLM nodes for more customized outputs. Re
Replace Your Call Center with an AI Agent using GoHighLevel (GHL), VAPI & Twilio
Live

By Țugui Dragoș

The AI Calling Agent is a fully automated phone assistant built with n8n, GoHighLevel (GHL), VAPI, and Twilio. This workflow allows you to: Trigger outbound calls from your CRM (GHL). Use a voice AI assistant (VAPI) to talk with leads in real time. Route calls through Twilio. Save appointments and full conversation summaries directly in GHL. It has been tested on real warm leads (not random numbers) and proven stable at up to 300 calls/day without interruption. Instead of manually calling and qualifying each lead, let the agent do it automatically and focus only on booked calls. Workflow in Action Appointment booking The agent can confirm appointments and save them directly in your GHL calendar, along with the summary of the conversation. Agent performance You can monitor conversations, call logs, and outcomes directly in the VAPI dashboard. Agent working live Proof that the agent can run non-stop for hundreds of calls per day without errors or interruptions. Demonstrates reliability and stability even under continuous execution. Contact statuses Each contact in GHL receives a status tag depending on the call result: answered, invalid number, no response, etc. This ensures your pipeline stays clean and updated automatically. The brain of the agent Inside VAPI, every assistant is powered by a command system (the brain) where you define how it should behave during calls. In this case, the brain is propelled by OpenAI, but VAPI also supports a wide range of AI models such as Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Mistral, LLaMA and more. The same flexibility applies to voices: you can instantly switch between integrated providers like ElevenLabs, Play.ht, Microsoft Azure Voices, Google Cloud TTS, and others. This makes the agent not only smart but also highly customizable - from the intelligence driving the conversation to the exact voice your clients will hear. Required APIs To run this workflow, you need the following: VAPI API key** → for the voice AI assistant logic. Twilio API key** → to provide phone numbers and route calls. GoHighLevel (GHL) API key** → to manage contacts, pipelines, and save appointments. Setup Steps Generate API keys for VAPI, Twilio, and GHL. Import the n8n template into your environment. Configure credentials in n8n for each API. Set your trigger conditions in GHL (e.g., pipeline stage changes, new leads). Test the workflow with a warm lead before scaling. (Optional) Adjust logging or sync results with Google Sheets/Notion. 💡 Use Cases Sales Teams**: Automatically call new inbound leads, qualify them, and book appointments. Agencies**: Replace repetitive cold calling with an automated assistant, then hand over only the hot leads to human agents. Real Estate**: Pre-qualify potential buyers or renters, schedule viewings, and save results in GHL. Healthcare/Clinics**: Confirm appointments, send reminders, and reduce no-shows with an AI calling agent. Education/Coaching**: Handle inquiries for courses, book consultations, and sync data with your CRM. Inbound Calls: The agent can also be configured to **answer incoming phone calls, providing information, capturing lead details, or routing the caller to the right person. With this template, you get a scalable AI-powered sales assistant that saves hours of manual calling while ensuring every lead gets a fast, professional response. Selective Forex Factory Calendar Import & Cleanup for Google Calendar
Live

By Harry Gunadi Permana

Import Forex Factory Calendar To Google Calendar Purpose of this n8n Template Import Forex Factory Calendar events into Google Calendar. Delete past Forex Factory Calendar events from Google Calendar. Use Cases: Get reminders for important economic data releases — especially High Impact news. Use as a trigger for opening trading positions. How It Works (Adding Next Week’s Events to Google Calendar) Every Sunday, the workflow fetches the next week’s events (.ics file) using the HTTP node. The file is parsed with the Extract From File node. Events are split using the Split Out node so each event is processed separately. Events are classified into three categories — High, Medium, and Low Impact — using the Switch node. High Impact news is added to Google Calendar with a popup reminder set 30 minutes before release. Medium Impact news is added to Google Calendar without a reminder. Low Impact news is ignored. How It Works (Deleting Past Events from Google Calendar) The workflow retrieves events from the past 10 days using the Google Calendar node. If an event is related to Forex Factory, it will be deleted. If it is not related, it will be left untouched. How to Use Enter your credentials for all Google Calendar nodes. Requirements A valid Google Calendar credential. Need Help? Join the Discord or ask in the Forum! Thank you!. An n8n automation workflow template by Harry Gunadi Permana.

Convert GIF to MP4 with FFmpegAPI
Live

By Matt Delaney

FFmpeg is a powerful tool for media processing. While it can be used to perform virtually any kind of media processing (such as applying filters, cropping, or merging), this workflow only demonstrates format conversion: GIF to MP4. This workflow uses a REST API for FFmpeg. Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the notes to create a free account and get an API key. How to use: Execute the workflow to bring up the form. You can select the GIF that you want to convert. Once selected, click 'Convert'. You'll get the converted MP4 URL a few seconds later. Go ahead and download that. How it works Here is a high-level overview of how it works: Once you select a file and click 'Convert', we upload the file to n8n and get its name. The name is then used to create a file entry in FFmpegAPI and get an Upload URL and a file path. The upload URL is then used to upload the binary assets from step 1. Finally, the file path from step 2 is used to process the file and convert it into an MP4. The download URL is returned at the last step so you can download the final file. Requirements A free API key from FFmpegAPI Customization You can change the first node (Attach file) to accept multiple or different file formats. Currently, it's only restricted to .gif files. The Process file node can also be changed to perform any other operation on the file. Consult the FFmpegAPI docs for more information. An n8n automation workflow template by Matt Delaney.

Transform Product Photos into Social Media Videos with Gemini AI, Kling & LATE
Live

By Bilel Aroua

👥 Who is this for? Creators, marketers, and brands that want to turn a single product photo into premium motion clips, then optionally publish to Instagram/TikTok/YouTube via LATE. No editing skills required. ❓ What problem does it solve? Producing short vertical ads from a static packshot takes time (retouching, motion design, soundtrack, publishing). This workflow automates the entire process: image enhancement → cinematic motion → optional upscale → soundtrack → share. 🛠️ What this workflow does Collects a product photo via Telegram. Generates two refined edit prompts + two motion prompts using multi-agent Gemini orchestration. Creates two edited images with Fal.ai Gemini-Flash (image edit). Renders two 5s vertical videos with Kling (via fal.run queue). Auto-stitches them (FFmpeg API) and optionally upscales with Topaz. Generates a clean ambient soundtrack with MMAudio. Sends previews + final links back on Telegram. Optionally publishes to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more via LATE. ⚡ Setup Telegram**: Bot token (Telegram node). Fal.ai**: HTTP Header Auth (Authorization: Bearer <FAL_API_KEY>) for Gemini-Flash edit, Kling queue, FFmpeg compose, Topaz upscale, and MMAudio. Google Gemini** (PaLM credential) for AI agents. ImgBB**: API key for uploading original/edited images. LATE: create an account at **getlate.dev and use your API key for publishing (optional). ▶️ How to use Start the workflow and DM your bot a clear product photo (jpg/jpeg/webp). Approve the two still concepts when prompted in Telegram. The orchestrator generates cinematic motion prompts and queues Kling renders. Receive two motion previews, then a stitched final (upscaled + soundtrack). Choose to auto-publish to Instagram/TikTok/YouTube via LATE (optional). 🎨 How to customize Art Direction** → tweak the “Art Director” system message (lighting, backgrounds, grading). Motion Flavor** → adjust the “Motion Designer” vocabulary for different camera moves/dynamics. Durations/Aspect** → default is 9:16, 5s; you can change Kling duration. Soundtrack** → edit the MMAudio prompt to reflect your brand’s sonic identity. Publishing** → enable/disable LATE targets; customize captions/hashtags. ✅ Prerequisites A Telegram bot created via @BotFather. A Fal.ai account + API key. An ImgBB account + API key. (Optional) a LATE account with connected social profiles — sign up at getlate.dev. 💡 Detailed technical notes, architecture, and step-by-step flow explanation are included as sticky notes inside this workflow. 🆘 Support If you need help setting up or customizing this workflow: 📧 Email: bilsimaging@gmail.com 🌐 Website: bilsimaging.com I can provide guidance, troubleshooting, or custom extra workflow adaptations. Telegram Chatbot with Voice Recognition and Message Batching using OpenAI
Live

By Kirill Zolygin

This Telegram workflow batches rapid-fire messages from the same user into one prompt (20–30s debounce), then sends a single AI reply. It uses two Google Sheets: Message Retention** (date | user_id | message) — queues incoming messages. Message Checkup** (user_id | is_waiting | last_updated) — debounces per user. Flow per message: Log to Message Retention. Read Message Checkup for that user_id. If empty, synthesize { is_waiting:false }. IF (OR): last_updated is older than 30s, or is_waiting is false → Start wait window: set is_waiting=true, update last_updated, Wait (e.g., 30s). After Wait: fetch all queued messages for the user, merge them, delete those rows, send one AI answer to Telegram, then clear the Waiting row. If a new message arrives while waiting, we only refresh last_updated (extend the window) — we do not start another wait. Copy/paste: Older-than-30s: {{ new Date(Date.now() - 30000).toISOString() }} “No Rows” normalizer (Code node) ensures the IF always has data to check. Supports text and voice (voice via Whisper). Works reliably on Telegram once the webhook is registered and Sheets are shared with the service account. An n8n automation workflow template by Kirill Zolygin.

Financial reporting AI: concise SEC 10-K/10-Q briefs via OpenRouter + Perplexity
Live

By Ashish Kumar Swain

Why skim 10-K/10-Q by hand when AI can extract what matters in minutes? Who is this for? Sales engineers, solution architects, founders, product/strategy teams, analysts, and BD reps who need fast, consistent briefs on public companies—plus a mapping to a chosen vendor’s solutions. Use case Problem:** SEC filings are dense. Manually summarizing financials, spotting initiatives, and aligning them to a vendor’s offerings is slow, error-prone, and often missed by busy teams. Use Case:** An n8n workflow that takes a company name / URL / ticker, analyzes the latest 10-Q/10-K with Perplexity “Deep Research” (via OpenRouter), extracts a concise financial overview and top 4–5 initiatives (tech, cost, revenue), then maps them to one vendor’s solutions (e.g., Microsoft, Google, T-Mobile) and outputs a clean brief. What this workflow does Trigger: “When chat message received” (or webhook) accepts name / URL / ticker + target vendor. AI Agent: Chat Model (OpenRouter) orchestrates the prompt and formatting. Tool: Perplexity Deep Research performs retrieval over the latest 10-K/10-Q and recent references. Output: Creates a Google Drive document from the generated text (title, summary, initiatives, vendor-solution matches, suggested contacts). (Optional)** Append a row to Google Sheets for tracking companies, initiatives, and match scores. Prerequisites n8n (Cloud or self-hosted). Credentials in n8n: OpenRouter API key (with access to Perplexity’s Deep Research model). Google Drive (and Google Sheets, if you add the sheet step). Setup Import the workflow JSON into n8n. Open Credentials → connect OpenRouter and Google Drive. In the AI Agent node: Set Chat Model to your OpenRouter model. Set Tool to Perplexity’s Deep Research endpoint. Paste the provided prompt that(example): Summarize the key financial highlights and list the key strategic initiatives from Office Depot's most recent quarterly report. The company's URL is https://www.officedepot.com and its stock symbol is ODP. After gathering this information, compare Office Depot's initiatives with the solutions offered by T-Mobile for Business (URL: https://www.t-mobile.com/business, stock symbol: TMUS). Finally, provide specific recommendations on T-Mobile solutions that can help Office Depot achieve its initiatives. Explain how each recommended solution would help. Present the final response with clear headings for each section. How to customize it for your needs Ticker/Name disambiguation:** Add a guardrail step that confirms the exchange + CIK before analysis. EDGAR fetch (advanced):** Pull the exact 10-K/10-Q document/link and pass it to the model for grounded citations. Multi-vendor mapping:** Loop over a list (e.g., Microsoft, Google Cloud, AWS) and produce a comparison table. Contact enrichment:** Add your preferred enrichment step to suggest roles (IT, Network, Data, Finance). Scoring:** Compute initiative ↔ solution fit scores and prioritize must-explore actions. Alerts:** Send the brief to Slack/Telegram/Email for your team. Troubleshooting Wrong company matched? Add a pre-check that resolves ticker → legal name and require confirmation. Generic web summary? Tighten the prompt: “Use the latest 10-Q/10-K; cite sections; list initiatives with evidence.” Empty Drive file? Verify the AI Agent’s {{$json}} mappings flow into the Drive node’s content. No citations? Require bullet-level references; if missing, loop once with a “citations-only” follow-up prompt. Why Use This Template? Turn hours of filing review into a repeatable, shareable brief. You’ll get: A clean financial snapshot, The company’s top initiatives, A vendor-aligned solution map you can act on immediately—great for prospecting, QBRs, and strategic planning. Expected Outcome: Need Assistance? For setup guidance, customization, or business inquiries, Email: phoenixaiagentsolutions@gmail.com. An n8n automation workflow template by Ashish Kumar Swain.

Answer Real Estate Questions with AI Using PropertyFinder.ae, OpenRouter, and SerpAPI
Live

By George Zargaryan

AI Real Estate Agent with OpenRouter and SrpAPI to talk with property objects from propertyfinder.ae This n8n template demonstrates a simple AI Agent that can: Scrape information from a provided propertyfinder.ae listing link. Answer questions about a specific property using the scraped information. Use SerpAPI to find details that are missing from the scraped data. Answer general real-estate questions using SerpAPI. Use Case This workflow serves as a starting point for building complex AI assistants for real estate or other domains. See the demo video Potential Enhancements Expand Knowledge:** Augment the workflow with your own knowledge base using a vector database (RAG approach). Add More Sources:** Adapt the scraper to support other real estate websites. Optimize Speed:** Add a cache for scraped data to reduce response latency. Improve Context Handling:** Implement reliable persistence to track the current listing instead of iterating through conversation history. Customize Prompts:** Write more tailored prompts for your specific needs (the current one is for demonstration only). Integrate Channels:** Connect the workflow to communication channels like Instagram, Telegram, or WhatsApp. How It Works The workflow is triggered by a "When chat message received" node for simple demonstration. The Chat Memory Manager node extracts the last 30 messages for the current session. A code node finds the property link, first by checking the most recent user message and then by searching the conversation history. If a link is found, an HTTP Request node scrapes the HTML content from the listing page. The Summarize code node parses the HTML, retrieves key information, and passes it to the AI Agent as a temporary knowledge base. The final AI Agent node answers user queries using the scraped knowledge base and falls back to the SerpAPI tool when information is missing. How to Use You can test this workflow directly in n8n or integrate it into any social media channel or your website. The AI Agent node is configured to use OpenRouter. Add your OpenRouter credentials, or replace the node with your preferred LLM provider. Add your SerpAPI key to the SerpAPI tool within the AI Agent node. Requirements An API key for OpenRouter (or credentials for your preferred LLM provider). A SerpAPI key. You can get one from their website; a free plan is available for testing. Automated Blog Publishing with Google Trends, GPT-4, Pexels & WordPress
Live

By Cojocaru David

This n8n template demonstrates how to automatically generate and publish blog posts using trending keywords, AI-generated content, and watermarked stock images. Use cases include maintaining an active blog with fresh SEO content, scaling content marketing without manual writing, and automating the full publishing pipeline from keyword research to WordPress posting. Good to know At time of writing, each AI content generation step will incur costs depending on your OpenAI pricing plan. Image search is powered by Pexels, which provides free-to-use stock images. The workflow also applies a watermark for branding. Google Trends data may vary by region, and results depend on availability in your selected location. How it works The workflow begins with a scheduled trigger that fetches trending keywords from Google Trends. The XML feed is converted to JSON and filtered for relevant terms, which are logged into a Google Sheet for tracking. One random keyword is selected, and OpenAI is used to generate blog content around it. A structured output parser ensures the text is clean and well-formatted. The system then searches Pexels for a matching image, uploads it, adds metadata for SEO, and applies a watermark. Finally, the complete article (text and image) is published directly to WordPress. How to use The schedule trigger is provided as an example, but you can replace it with other triggers such as webhooks or manual inputs. You can also customize the AI prompt to match your niche, tone, or industry focus. For higher volumes, consider adjusting the keyword filtering and batching logic. Requirements OpenAI account for content generation Pexels API key for stock image search Google account with Sheets for keyword tracking WordPress site with API access for publishing Customising this workflow This automation can be adapted for different use cases. Try adjusting the prompts for technical blogs, fashion, finance, or product reviews. You can also replace the image source with other providers or integrate your own media library. The watermark feature ensures branding, but it can be modified or removed depending on your needs. An n8n automation workflow template by Cojocaru David.
