Who’s it for This template is designed for bakeries, event planners, and e-commerce platforms that want to automatically generate custom cake designs. It’s also ideal for marketers or digital creators who need personalized celebratory visuals for social media or email campaigns. How it works This workflow converts simple user input (e.g., “Sarah’s Birthday”) into a creative cake design: Webhook: Captures user input from the Bolt frontend form. OpenAI GPT: Generates a detailed and creative cake design prompt. Replicate Flux Schnell: Produces a unique cake image using the AI-generated prompt. HTTP Response: Sends the final cake image back to the frontend. How to set up Import this template into n8n. Add your OpenAI API Key under n8n Credentials for the OpenAI Chat Model node. Add your Replicate API Token as an HTTP Header Auth credential (do not hardcode it). Update the Webhook node URL in the Bolt frontend form to send a POST request to n8n. (Optional) Customize the OpenAI prompt in the Prompt Generator node to adjust cake style, colors, or decorations. Requirements n8n account (cloud or self-hosted). OpenAI API Key** for prompt generation. Replicate API Token** for AI image generation. A Bolt frontend or any form that can call the webhook endpoint. How to customize the workflow Replace "cake" with any product type (e.g., mugs, greeting cards, or T-shirts). Add a database node (Google Sheets or Supabase) to log user requests and images. Generate Professional Proposals with GPT-4o and PDFMonkey
Live

By Marth - Business Automation

How It Works ⚙️ This workflow is designed to streamline your proposal generation, turning raw client data into a professional document automatically. Here's a step-by-step breakdown of its operation: Trigger (Form): 🚀 The workflow starts when new client data is received via the n8n form. This form serves as the primary input for client details. Prepare AI Prompt & Client Info (Function): 🧹 This node takes the incoming client data from the form and intelligently formats it into a precise prompt for the AI. It also extracts key client details like email and name for later use. Generate Proposal Content (AI): 🧠 The prepared prompt is fed to OpenAI's GPT-4o. The AI then drafts a detailed proposal outline, including problem summary, solutions, scope, and milestones, all structured in a perfect JSON format. Generate Proposal PDF (PDFmonkey): 📄 The AI-generated JSON content is then sent to PDFmonkey. This service takes the structured data and populates it into your pre-designed PDF proposal template, creating a beautiful and professional document. Wait (for PDFmonkey Webhook): ⏳ Crucially, this node pauses the workflow, waiting for PDFmonkey to send a callback webhook indicating that the PDF document has been successfully generated and is ready for download. This ensures reliability. Download Generated PDF (HTTP Request): 💾 Once notified by PDFmonkey, this node sends an HTTP request to download the final PDF document from PDFmonkey's servers. Prepare Email Data (Function): 📧 This node consolidates all the necessary information—client email, name, company, the downloaded PDF's binary data, and the proposal title—preparing it for the final email sending step. Send Proposal Email to Client (Gmail): ✅ The workflow's grand finale! This node compiles a personalized email to the client, attaching the newly generated PDF proposal. It ensures your professional proposal reaches the client's inbox swiftly and automatically. How to Set Up 🛠️ Follow these steps carefully to get your "Automated AI Proposal Generator" workflow up and running: Import Workflow JSON: Open your n8n instance. Click on 'Workflows' in the left sidebar. Click the '+' button or 'New' to create a new workflow. Click the '...' (More Options) icon in the top right. Select 'Import from JSON' and paste the provided workflow JSON code. Configure Credentials: OpenAI Node ("2. Generate Proposal Content (AI)"): Click on this node. Under 'Credentials', select your existing OpenAI API Key credential or click 'Create New' to set one up. PDFmonkey HTTP Request Node ("3. Generate Proposal PDF (PDFmonkey)" & "5. Download Generated PDF"): Important: In both of these nodes, under 'Header Parameters', the 'Authorization' value is currently a placeholder string Bearer YOUR_PDFMONKEY_API_KEY_HERE. You MUST replace this with an n8n credential. Recommendation: Create a 'Generic Credential' in n8n (e.g., named 'PDFmonkey API Key') and store your PDFmonkey API Key there. Then, update the 'Authorization' header's value to = {{ $connections['PDFmonkey API Key'].apiKey }}. Important: Replace 5A836F8C-33AE-405C-A545-B86992D17FCC with your actual PDFmonkey Document Template ID. This template must be designed in PDFmonkey to accept the JSON output from OpenAI. Gmail Node ("7. Send Proposal Email to Client"): Click on this node. Under 'Authentication', select your existing Gmail OAuth2 credential or create a new one. Set Up PDFmonkey Webhook (for '4. Wait' node): The '4. Wait (for PDFmonkey Webhook)' node is crucial for ensuring the PDF is ready before downloading. This node uses a Webhook ID: 3df60168-7ab4-4772-bd33-376063b3f986. Go to your PDFmonkey account settings and configure a Webhook: Set the 'Event' to document.succeeded. Set the 'Target URL' to your n8n webhook URL for this specific workflow. You can find this URL by activating the workflow and inspecting the URL of the 'Form Trigger' or by adding a temporary 'Webhook' node. Configure Trigger Node (this is now the '0. Form Trigger'): When you import this JSON, the '0. Form Trigger (Client Data Input)' node will be ready. To use it: Simply activate the workflow. n8n will provide a URL for this form. You can share this URL with your clients or team to collect the data directly. The form fields are already defined based on the previous input structure. Customize Email Details: Gmail Node ("7. Send Proposal Email to Client"): Replace your-agency-email@example.com with the actual email address you want the proposals to be sent from.\n * (Optional) Modify the email subject and body text to match your agency's branding and tone. Review and Activate: Thoroughly review all node configurations to ensure all placeholders (<YOUR_...HERE>) are replaced and settings are correct. Click the 'Save' button in the top right corner. Finally, toggle the 'Inactive' switch to 'Active' to enable your workflow. 🟢 Your automated AI proposal generator is now live and ready to empower your sales efforts!. Automated Security Alert Analysis with Sophos, Gemini AI, and VirusTotal
Live

By Rizky Febriyan

How It Works This workflow automates the analysis of security alerts from Sophos Central, turning raw events into actionable intelligence. It uses the official Sophos SIEM integration tool to fetch data, enriches it with VirusTotal, and leverages Google Gemini to provide a real-time threat summary and mitigation plan via Telegram. Prerequisite (Important): This workflow is triggered by a webhook that receives data from an external Python script. You must first set up the Sophos-Central-SIEM-Integration script from the official Sophos GitHub. This script will fetch data and forward it to your n8n webhook URL. Tool Source Code: Sophos/Sophos-Central-SIEM-Integration The n8n Workflow Steps Webhook: Receives enriched event and alert data from the external Python script. IF (Filter): Immediately filters the incoming data to ensure only events with a high or critical severity are processed, reducing noise from low-priority alerts. Code (Prepare Indicator): Intelligently inspects the Sophos event data to extract the primary threat indicator. It prioritizes indicators in the following order: File Hash (SHA256), URL/Domain, or Source IP. HTTP Request (VirusTotal): The extracted indicator is sent to the VirusTotal API to get a detailed reputation report, including how many security vendors flagged it as malicious. Code (Prompt for Gemini): The raw JSON output from VirusTotal is processed into a clean, human-readable summary and a detailed list of flagging vendors. AI Agent (Google Gemini): All collected data—the original Sophos log, the full alert details, and the formatted VirusTotal reputation—is compiled into a detailed prompt for Gemini. The AI acts as a virtual SOC analyst to: Create a concise incident summary. Determine the risk level. Provide a list of concrete, actionable mitigation steps. Telegram: The complete analysis and mitigation plan from Gemini is formatted into a clean, easy-to-read message and sent to your specified Telegram chat. Setup Instructions Configure the external Python script to forward events to this workflow's Production URL. In n8n, create Credentials for Google Gemini, VirusTotal, and Telegram. Assign the newly created credentials to the corresponding nodes in the workflow. An n8n automation workflow template by Rizky Febriyan.

How It Works This N8N template demonstrates using Foxit's Extraction API to get information from an incoming document and then using Diffbot's APIs to turn the text into a list of organizations mentioned in the document and create a summary. How it works Listen for a new file added to a Google Drive folder. When executed, the bits are downloaded. Upload the bits to Foxit. Call the Extract API to get the text contents of the document. Poll the API to see if it's done, and when it is, grab the text. Send the text to Diffbot API to get a list of entities mentioned in the doc as well as the summary. Use a code step to filter the entities returned from Diffbot to ones that are organizations, as well as filtering to a high confidence score. Use another code step to make an HTML string from the previous data. Email it using the GMail node. Requirements A Google account for Google Drive and GMail Foxit developer account (https://developer-api.foxit.com) Diffbot developer account (https://app.diffbot.com/get-started) Next Steps This workflow assumes PDF input, but Foxit has APIs to convert Office docs to PDF and that flow could be added before the Extract API is called. Diffbot returns an incredible set of information and more could be used in the email. Instead of emailing, you could sort documents by organizations into new folders. Organize Gmail Attachments in Google Drive Folders based on sender’s email
Live

By Davide Boizza

📩🤖 This workflow automatically processes emails received in Gmail, extracts their attachments, and organizes them into specific folders in Google Drive based on the sender's email address. Note: The workflow avoids duplicates by checking folder existence before creation. Benefits: ✅ Automated Organization: No need to manually sort or download email attachments. 📁 Sender-based Categorization: Files are stored in clearly labeled folders per sender, improving traceability and reducing clutter. ⏱ Time-saving: Reduces repetitive administrative tasks by automating the workflow end-to-end. 🔁 Modular and Scalable: Can be easily extended or reused with other services (e.g., Dropbox, S3) or integrated into larger document workflows. 🔐 Secure Cloud Storage: Attachments are safely backed up in Google Drive, minimizing the risk of data loss from email. How It Works Trigger: The workflow can be triggered manually ("When clicking ‘Execute workflow’) or automatically (via Gmail Trigger polling emails every minute). Email Processing: Fetches emails (with attachments) from Gmail within a date range (default: July 6–9, 2025). For each email, checks if it contains attachments (via IF node). Folder Management: Searches Google Drive for a folder named after the sender’s email address (under parent folder "Email Attachments"). Creates the folder if it doesn’t exist. Attachment Handling: Splits out binary attachments, extracts filenames, and uploads each file to the sender’s dedicated folder in Google Drive. Sub-Workflow Execution: Uses Execute Workflow to modularize the upload process (reusable for other workflows). Set Up Steps Google Services: Connect Gmail and Google Drive nodes to your accounts via OAuth2. Ensure the parent folder "Email Attachments" (ID: 1EitwWVd5rKZTlvOreB4R-6xxxxxx) exists in Google Drive. Adjust Date Range: Modify receivedAfter/receivedBefore in the Get emails node to target specific emails. Test: Run manually to verify folder creation and attachment uploads. Activate Automation: Enable the Gmail Trigger for real-time processing (currently active: false). Need help customizing? Contact me for consulting and support or add me on Linkedin. Automated Meta Ads Analysis with Gemini AI, ScrapingFlash, and Google Sheets
Live

By Paul-François GORIAUX

This workflow acts as your personal AI-powered analyst for Meta Ads. It's pretty straightforward: First, it grabs a list of Facebook Ad Library URLs you want to check out from a Google Sheet. Then, it automatically scrapes the active ads from those pages. Here's the cool part: it sends each ad's image and text to Google Gemini, which analyzes it like an expert marketer would. Finally, Gemini's full analysis—we're talking strengths, weaknesses, actionable suggestions, and a performance score—gets dropped neatly into another Google Sheet for you. Set up steps You should be ready to roll in about 5 minutes. There are no complex configurations, you just need to: Connect your accounts: The workflow has placeholders waiting for your credentials for Google (for Sheets and the Gemini API) and ScrapingFlash. Link your Google Sheets: Just point the first Google Sheets node to the sheet with your URLs, and tell the last node where you want to save the results. All the nitty-gritty details and expressions are explained in the sticky notes inside the workflow itself!. An n8n automation workflow template by Paul-François GORIAUX.

Auto-Generate SEO Articles in WordPress with Gemini AI and OpenAI Images
Live

By Agent Circle

This n8n template helps you automate the process of generating, uploading, and saving SEO-optimized articles as drafts in your Wordpress site using AI agents for both content and visuals. Use cases are many: Blog Owners**: Effortlessly keep your Wordpress blog updated with automated, SEO-optimized articles and featured images. Affiliate Marketers**: Rapidly publish keyword-rich Wordpress posts to boost traffic and affiliate earnings without manual writing. Newsrooms & Content Teams**: Instantly draft and upload timely Wordpress articles to stay ahead on trending topics with minimal effort. Agencies**: Automate content creation and publishing across multiple client Wordpress sites, scaling your agency’s output. How It Works The workflow begins with a manual trigger in n8n. The target Wordpress website domain - where the article will be published - is specified using the Fields – Set Website node. The Agent – Topic Chooser & Title Generator uses Google Gemini to randomly select one of your pre-defined website-related topics and requests the model to generate article elements in your specified format. The results are then parsed and routed to the next AI agent. The Agent – Article Generator (powered by Google Gemini) creates a complete, SEO-optimized article tailored to your settings and the selected topic. The workflow then uploads the AI-generated article as a draft post to your Wordpress site. Next, the article content is sent to the OpenAI to generate a unique, relevant featured image. The generated image is uploaded and set as the featured image in the draft post. (Optional) Finally, the workflow can notify you via Telegram (or any connected messaging app) that the post is ready as a draft on your Wordpress account for further review. ⚠️ Important Note: In the default prompt setup of the first Agent – Topic Chooser & Title Generator, the website domain is set to Agent Circle, the industry is Technology and Artificial Intelligence, and the 5 available topics for article generation are: Artificial Intelligence (AI); AI Agents; Automation; Workflow; Prompts). To get the best results for your site, please make sure to adjust this part of the prompt to match your own website domain, your industry, and the topics most relevant to your audience. How To Set Up Download and import the workflow into your n8n workspace. Set up the necessary credentials for each tool: Google Gemini API (for article elements generation) → connected to nodes Google Gemini Chat Model 1 and Google Gemini Chat Model 2. OpenAI API (for creating unique featured images) → connected to the node OpenAI - Generate Image. Generate and Schedule AI Discussion Posts for Reddit with GPT-4 and Airtable
Live

By Josh Universe

How the sequence works: A "Schedule Trigger" node activates the automation at a defined schedule. An "Airtable" node will search for previously posted questions in your question database. Airtable Base Template: here An "Aggregate" node will take all the questions from Airtable and compress them to a single output. ChatGPT, or a model of your choice, will generate a discussion question based on the options in the system prompt. The discussion question will be posted to the subreddit of your choice by the "Reddit" node. You can choose between a text, image, or link post! The recently-posted discussion question will then be uploaded to your Airtable base using the "Airtable" node. This will be used to prevent ChatGPT from creating duplicate questions. Setup Steps The setup process will take about 5 minutes. An Airtable base template is also pre-made for you here: https://airtable.com/app6wzQqegKIJOiOg/shrzy7L9yv8BFRQdY Set the recurrence in the "Schedule" node Create an Airtable account, you can use the link here. Get an Airtable personal access token here. Configure the "Get Previous Discussions" Airtable node. Configure the options in brackets in the "Generate New Discussion" node. Set the desired subreddit to post to and the post type(text, image, or link) in the "Post Discussion" node. Configure the "Create Archived Discussion" node to map to the Airtable base(required) and specific subreddit(optional). An n8n automation workflow template by Josh Universe.

OAuth Token Management System with Airtable Storage
Live

By Nazmy

This workflow contains community nodes that are only compatible with the self-hosted version of n8n. OAuth Token Generator and Validator This n8n template helps you generate, validate, and store tokens for your customers securely using: n8n** as your backend automation engine Airtable** as your lightweight client and token store 🚀 What It Does Accepts client_id and client_secret via POST webhook. Validates client credentials against Airtable. Generates a long token on success. Stores the generated token in Airtable with metadata. Responds with a JSON containing the token, expiry, and type. Returns clear error messages if validation fails. How It Works Webhook node receives client_id and client_secret. Validator (Code node) checks: Body contains only client_id and client_secret. Rejects missing or extra fields. Airtable search: Looks up the client_id. Rejects if not found. Secret validation (If node): Compares provided client_secret with stored value. Rejects if incorrect. Token generation (Code node): Generates a 128-character secure token. Airtable create: Stores token, client ID, creation date, and type. Webhook response: Returns JSON { access_token, expires_in, token_type } on success. Returns appropriate JSON error messages on failure. Related Workflow You can also use it with the published Bearer Token Validation workflow: 👉 Validate API Requests with Bearer Token Authentication and Airtable to securely validate tokens you generate with this workflow across your protected endpoints. Why Use This Provides OAuth-like flows without a complex backend. Uses n8n + Airtable for client management and token storage. Clean, modular, and ready for your SaaS or internal API automations. Extendable for token expiry, refresh, and rotation handling. Enjoy building secure token-based APIs using n8n + Airtable! 🚀 Built by: Nazmy. An n8n automation workflow template by Nazmy.

Auto-Block Focus Time in Google Calendar on Busy Days
Live

By Moe Ahad

How it works: This flow checks the user's Google calender of events from Sunday to Saturday of current week, to determine how many hours have been booked each day. If a day has over 6 hours booked, it blocks out the remaining work hours for dedicated focus time. The flow assumes 8 work hours per day. For example, if the Monday of this week has 6.5 hours booked (for meetings, tasks etc.), it automatically blocks off the remaining 1.5 hours for dedicated focus time, so external users can see and not book new events for those hours. Benefit: Prevents users from being overloaded with meetings and gives time for dedicated deep work/focus time. Set up steps: Update start time of the "Schedule Trigger," this is the time the flow will run daily. Note: the workflow assumes a 9AM-5PM work schedule so it's recommended to schedule the flow to trigger before 9AM. Update the credentials for the "Get Full Weeks Events" and "Create Focus Time Event" nodes. Use your Google credentials so the workflow can connect to your Google calendar. AI-powered news monitoring with Linkup, Airtable, and Slack notifications
Live

By Guillaume Duvernay

Quick overview Automatically searches the web for recent news on any topic using Linkup's AI search, extracts title, summary, date, and URL for each article, saves them as records in Airtable, and sends a Slack notification once the digest is ready for review. How it works The Schedule Trigger node runs the workflow automatically on a recurring schedule, weekly by default. The Set news parameters node defines the topic(s) to monitor (News topic(s)) and the freshness window in days (News from last x days). The Query Linkup for news node sends a POST request to the Linkup API (https://api.linkup.so/v1/search) with the topic, a fromDate calculated from the freshness window, and a structured output schema requesting title, URL, content summary, and publication date for each article. The Split out news node splits the returned news array into individual items, one per article. The Loop Over Items node processes each article one at a time to stay within API rate limits. For each article, the Store one news node creates a new record in an Airtable table with the fields Title, Date, Summary, URL, and a Status of "new". The Wait node pauses 2 seconds between each Airtable write to avoid hitting rate limits. Once all articles are processed, the Aggregate in 1 item node combines all items into a single item, and the Notify in Slack node posts a message to a Slack channel stating how many news articles were found. Setup Configure the Schedule Trigger node to set the frequency and time you want the workflow to run (default: every 7 days at 17:30). In the Set news parameters node, replace the example value of News topic(s) with your own keywords (e.g. "decarbonisation, net-zero and corporate sustainability"), and set News from last x days to match your schedule frequency. In the Query Linkup for news node, add your Linkup API key as an HTTP Bearer Auth credential. Get a free API key at https://www.linkup.so/ (the free plan includes €5 of monthly credits, enough for about 1,000 runs of this workflow). In the Store one news node, connect your Airtable account, then select the Base and Table where news should be saved. The table must contain the fields: Title (string), Date (date/time), Summary (string), URL (string), and Status (single select with options "new" and "reviewed"). In the Notify in Slack node, connect your Slack account and select the channel where you want to receive the completion notification. Activate the workflow to start the automated news monitoring. Requirements A Linkup account and API key (free tier available at https://www.linkup.so/) An Airtable account with a base/table containing the fields Title, Date, Summary, URL, and Status A Slack account with access to the channel used for notifications Customization Swap the Airtable node for a Notion, Google Sheets, or other database node to store news elsewhere Replace the Slack node with a Discord, Telegram, or Email node for alerts on a different platform Insert an AI node after the Linkup search to perform sentiment analysis, categorize articles, or generate a high-level overview before saving them Additional info Linkup's free plan includes €5 of monthly credits, enough for roughly 1,000 runs of this workflow. Get an API key at https://www.linkup.so/. An n8n automation workflow template by Guillaume Duvernay.

Multi-service Terminal: Access Gmail, X, Telegram & News with Gemini AI
Live

By Roni Bandini

This workflow receives plain English instructions from a retro console via a webhook. Using an AI agent, it can combine multiple tools to read general RSS news headlines, stock market updates, emails, calendar events, search X, send Telegram messages, and run Linux commands. The idea is to avoid using smartphones or regular laptops in the morning, and instead use a retro console installed on an old notebook or netbook. You will need to copy a Python script onto the notebook, configure the webhook URL, and set up all the required credentials. Steps: Setup Gemini API key, Google Gmail and Calendar credentials from console.google.com Setup X credentials, RSS URL, etc Obtain the webhook URL and paste into the Python code to be executed at the Linux machine Run the python script with python3 console.py Note: if you ask for a Linux command, the command will not only be returned but also executed. Automated Invoice Data Extraction with LlamaParse, Gemini 2.5 & Google Sheets
Live

By Agentick AI

This n8n template demonstrates how to automate invoice data extraction from PDF attachments received via Gmail. Using LlamaParse and Gemini LLM, this workflow parses structured fields like PO numbers, line items, tax amounts, and totals — and stores them neatly into a Google Sheet. Perfect for use cases such as: 💼 Finance teams managing vendor invoices 📊 Bookkeeping workflows 🔄 Automating monthly reconciliation Good to Know At the time of writing, LlamaParse and Gemini may involve API usage costs depending on your subscription tier. Check LlamaIndex Pricing and Gemini Pricing for updated info. LlamaParse provides Markdown-formatted parsed output which is then passed to an LLM for structured field extraction. Gemini models may be geo-restricted. If you encounter "model not found" errors, your region might not be supported. How it Works Trigger: Watches your Gmail for new emails with PDF attachments. Email Filter: Ensures we only parse fresh emails not already labeled as "invoice synced". LlamaParse Upload: Uploads the PDF to LlamaParse’s parsing endpoint. Status Polling: Periodically checks whether the parsing is complete. Download Markdown: Once ready, it fetches the parsed invoice in Markdown format. AI Parsing with Gemini: Sends the Markdown to Gemini LLM to extract structured JSON (like PO number, line items, taxes, etc.) using a predefined schema. Google Sheets Upload: Stores extracted data into a predefined spreadsheet. Labeling: Marks the email as “invoice synced” to avoid reprocessing. How to Use The trigger is based on Gmail, but you can replace this with a webhook or manual trigger for testing. Setup Instructions Gmail API Enable Gmail API in Google Cloud Console. Connect your Gmail account in n8n credentials. Allow read + modify access. Google Sheets Create a new Google Sheet with the following headers (row 1): Date | Vendor Name | Invoice Number | PO Number | Line Items | Subtotal | Tax | Total Amount Connect Google Sheets in n8n and paste the Sheet ID in the node. You can customise the google sheet basis your requirement. LlamaParse Get a LlamaIndex API Key from LlamaIndex. Use the LlamaParse upload and polling nodes to process your PDFs. Gemini (via Vertex AI) Set up Gemini access in GCP. Use the Gemini 2.5 Model. Construct a structured prompt to extract required fields. Labeling Create a Gmail label named "Invoice Synced" for tracking processed emails. Requirements Gmail account with API access LlamaParse (LlamaIndex) account with API Key Google Sheets API credentials Access to Gemini 2.5 model via Google Vertex AI Customising This Workflow This template is just the beginning. You can expand it to: Auto-generate invoices back to vendors Run duplicate checks before inserting into Sheets Integrate with accounting tools like Zoho, QuickBooks, or Tally Trigger Slack/Email notifications on specific vendors or high invoice amounts.
