Automate Job Posting Creation with Forms, Dropbox, and Foxit PDF Generation
Live

By Raymond Camden

This n8n template demonstrates how to add a tie form data to a new PDF. The idea is to automate the creation of a professional looking job posting. Use cases would be organizations who need to automate the creation of job postings. How it Works The trigger is a form that asks for job position, salary, office location, and responsiblities When the form is posted, it kicks off the workflow's next steps A Word document is downloaded from a Dropbox folder. This Word document is used as the template for the posting. The Word document is converted to base64. A call to Foxit's Document Generation endpoint includes the encoded Word document along with the form information. The resulting PDF is downloaded and converted from base64 into binary. At this point, the PDF is just there, but it could be emailed, sent to another workflow, etc. Requirements A Dropbox account. The workflow's first step points to a Word template. See our doc gen APIs for information on how to craft the Word doc, but the easiest way is to copy text like so: Job Position We are pleased to announce the opening of a new job, {{ jobPosition }}. This job pays ${{ salary }} per year and is in our {{ office }} location. The details of this job are: {{ responsibilities }} Foxit developer account (https://developer-api.foxit.com) Next Steps As mentioned above, you could do anything with the resulting PDF when done. Convert documents to podcast audio with GPT-4o & OpenAI TTS
Live

By NanaB

This workflow contains community nodes that are only compatible with the self-hosted version of n8n. What it does This n8n workflow delivers a comprehensive, automated solution for transforming written content into dynamic, multi-speaker podcast audio. It automatically detects new documents in Google Drive, leverages advanced AI to craft a detailed podcast script, generates individual audio segments for each speaker, uploads these segments to a dedicated file storage, seamlessly concatenates them into a full episode, and finally, saves the completed audio back into Google Drive. This end-to-end pipeline significantly streamlines your content-to-audio production process. How it works The workflow is a powerful orchestration of AI and automation, designed to take your raw document and deliver a polished audio product. 1. Document Ingestion & Text Extraction 📄➡️💬 Your journey begins when you simply place a document in a designated Google Drive folder. 2. AI-Powered Script Generation 🧠✍️ With the text extracted, the workflow hands it over to an AI scriptwriter. 3. Dynamic Audio Generation & Storage 🗣️💾 Once the script is ready, each piece of dialogue is brought to life with distinct voices. 4. Generate Podcast 🔗🎧📂 Finally, all the individual audio pieces are assembled into one complete podcast episode. How to set it up (~15 Minutes) Getting this workflow running requires a few key configurations and external service dependencies. Google Drive Account Setup: Create Google Drive Folder: Designate a specific Google Drive folder (e.g., "AIAGENTDEMO") that will serve as both the input (where you drop source documents) and output (where the final podcast audio lands). Make note of its ID or name. n8n Google Drive Credential: In your n8n instance, add a new Google Drive OAuth2 API credential. Give it a clear name (e.g., "My Google Drive Account") and authenticate it with your Google account, ensuring it has the necessary permissions for the designated folder. OpenAI API Key Setup: Obtain OpenAI API Key: Log in to your OpenAI account and generate a new API key. n8n OpenAI Credential: Within n8n, create a new OpenAI API credential. Name it appropriately (e.g., "My OpenAI Key for TTS & LLM") and paste your API key. This single credential will be used by both the AI scriptwriter (OpenAI Chat Model) and the audio generation (Generate audio files) nodes. External API Services (Self-Hosted/Provided): MongoDB File Storage API: Ensure a file storage API is fully operational and accessible from your n8n instance. This API must accept POST requests with filename and Base64 file_data in the body, returning a file_id upon successful upload. Audio Concatenation API: Verify that your audio concatenation service is live and reachable. This API should expect a POST request with an audio_urls array in the request body and provide the concatenated audio file in return. How you could enhance it ✨ This workflow offers numerous avenues for advanced customization and expansion: Flexible Document Ingestion: Expand the Google Drive Trigger to monitor multiple folders or integrate with other cloud storage services (like Dropbox, OneDrive) or even local file systems. Broaden the Extract from File node's capabilities (or add pre-processing) to handle a wider range of document types beyond just PDFs, such as Word documents, markdown files, or even raw text. Expanded Speaker & Voice Control: Move beyond simple "host" and "guest" roles. Define an arbitrary number of speakers (e.g., "Narrator," "Expert A," "Interviewer B") and assign unique, distinct voices to each. This could involve a lookup table within n8n to map speaker roles to specific voice IDs from your TTS provider, allowing for granular control over more speakers and diverse voices. Multilingual Podcast Production: Implement language detection services (e.g., Google Cloud Language API) to automatically identify the language of your input document. This detected language can then be passed to the OpenAI TTS node (if supported) to enable the generation of podcast audio in multiple languages, broadening your audience reach. Dynamic LLM Prompting: Add parameters to the initial trigger or an earlier node to allow users to configure aspects of the podcast, such as desired length, specific tone, or a list of key discussion points, all of which can dynamically adjust the LLM's prompt. Alternative Text-to-Speech Engines: Easily swap out OpenAI's TTS with other leading providers like Google Cloud Text-to-Speech, AWS Polly, or ElevenLabs by simply changing the Generate audio files node and its associated credentials. Versatile File Storage: Replace the current MongoDB file storage with your preferred cloud storage solution, such as AWS S3 or Google Cloud Storage, by utilizing dedicated n8n nodes for those services. Advanced Audio Post-Processing: Introduce more sophisticated audio post-production steps directly within the workflow. This could include adding intros/outros, integrating background music, applying sound effects, or performing volume normalization before the final concatenation. Notification and Reporting: Implement robust error handling (e.g., retries for failed API calls) and add notification systems (e.g., email, Slack, Discord messages) to alert you to workflow completions, successes, or failures, including links to the generated podcast file. Direct Playback Integration: After the final audio is concatenated and uploaded, consider integrating with a media player or a sharing platform to immediately provide a public link for easy listening and distribution. Direct Publishing to Podcast Sites: Integrate with podcast hosting platforms that offer API access (e.g., Podbean, Libsyn, Captivate, Transistor). This would involve adding an HTTP Request node after the Upload file step to publish the newly generated podcast episode directly to your chosen podcast host via their API, including episode metadata (title, description, artwork). This bypasses manual uploads and pushes your content to all major podcast directories (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, etc.) that your hosting platform distributes to.# Getting Assistance & More Resources Need assistance setting this up, adapting it to a unique use case, or exploring more advanced customizations? Auto-Collect Business Leads from Google Maps with APIFY and Gmail
Live

By Santhej Kallada

Who is this for? Marketers, lead generation agencies, freelancers, consultants, and sales teams who need to collect business leads from Google Maps. Small business owners looking to build targeted local business lists. Anyone interested in automating web scraping without coding skills. What problem is this workflow solving? Manually scraping business data from Google Maps is time-consuming and repetitive. This automation simplifies the process by: Collecting business details based on search terms and location. Filtering out irrelevant results. Delivering qualified leads directly to your inbox. What this workflow does This workflow automates Google Maps lead scraping using APIFY and sends the gathered leads via email. The steps include: Collecting user input through a simple form (business type, location, recipient email). Sending an HTTP request to APIFY to run a Google Maps scraper (actor). Filtering results to include only businesses with email addresses. Converting results to CSV format. Sending an automated email with the leads as a CSV attachment via Gmail. Setup Create an APIFY Account: Sign up at APIFY.COM (https://apify.com/). You get $5 in free credits (~1,000 leads). Get Your API Key: Copy your API key from APIFY Prepare n8n: Create a new workflow. Add an HTTP Request node to interact with APIFY. Configure authentication with your API key. Customize the Form: Build a simple form inside n8n to collect user inputs: Business Type, City, Country, Recipient Email. Filter Results: Use IF and Filter nodes to remove entries without email addresses. Convert to CSV: Use a "Spreadsheet File" node to generate a CSV from the filtered leads. Send Email: Use the Gmail node (or any email node) to send the CSV file to the provided recipient. How to customize this workflow to your needs Change search parameters to target different business niches or locations. Add filters to only include businesses with websites. Customize the email subject and body. Integrate with CRM or marketing platforms for direct lead injection. Expand filtering logic for more refined targeting. Notes This template uses APIFY (paid service after free credits). You will need an APIFY API key and a Gmail account (or SMTP credentials) to run this automation. For self-hosted n8n users: ensure you have internet access and proper credentials set up for external HTTP requests. Automatic Subscriber Creation in Beehiiv from Systeme.io Funnel Optins
Live

By Vincent Belmehel

Purpose This workflow automatically creates a subscriber in a given Beehiiv publication when a new opt-in is registered in a given Systeme.io sales funnel. Good to know: the integration with Systeme.io is done at the sales funnel level, not at the account level. If you have several sales funnels, you can use the same workflow several times. Quick Setup Configure your sales funnel in Systeme.io to create and trigger a webhook after an opt-in Open the “On New Systeme.io Optin” node to find the webhook URL needed to configure your sales funnel on Systeme.io Configure the “Configure Workflow” node Add your Beehiiv publication ID If you know the subscriber's first and last name and want to send it to Beehiiv, configure the custom field names for first and last name Add one or more email addresses to which to send alert notifications in the event of a problem (separated by commas). If you have not already done so : Connect your Beehiiv account in the “Create New Beehiiv Subscriber” node Connect your Gmail account in the “Send Email Alert (Beehiiv API error)” node How It Works As soon as a new opt-in is registered on your sales funnel, Systeme.io triggers the workflow (via a webhook) Only requests actually coming from Systeme.io are considered (whitelisting of their IP addresses for security reasons) A new subscriber is added to your Beehiiv publication (via an API call) If available in Systeme.io, UTM tags (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign) are transferred to Beehiiv to correctly track where your subscribers are coming from If an error occurs during the Beehiiv API call, an alert notification is sent to you (via email) Requirements A Systeme.io account A Beehiiv account with an active publication A Gmail account Benefits Automate & scale your email marketing efforts seamlessly No more manual tasks to keep your subscriber list always up-to-date Focus on creating a newsletter that stands out, not on the technical side Check Out My Other Templates 👉 https://n8n.io/creators/belmehel/. Automated SEO Content Engine with Claude AI, Scrapeless, and Competitor Analysis
Live

By scrapeless official

This workflow contains community nodes that are only compatible with the self-hosted version of n8n. How it works This n8n workflow helps you build a fully automated SEO content engine using Scrapeless and AI. It’s designed for teams running international websites—such as SaaS products, e-commerce platforms, or content-driven businesses—who want to grow targeted search traffic through high-conversion content, without relying on manual research or hit-or-miss topics. The flow runs in three key phases: 🔍 Phase 1: Topic Discovery Automatically find high-potential long-tail keywords based on a seed keyword using Google Trends via Scrapeless. Each keyword is analyzed for trend strength and categorized by priority (P0–P3) with the help of an AI agent. 🧠 Phase 2: Competitor Research For each P0–P2 keyword, the flow performs a Google Search (via Deep SerpAPI) and extracts the top 3 organic results. Scrapeless then crawls each result to extract full article content in clean Markdown. This gives you a structured, comparable view of how competitors are writing about each topic. ✍️ Phase 3: AI Article Generation Using AI (OpenAI or other LLM), the workflow generates a complete SEO article draft, including: SEO title Slug Meta description Trend-based strategy summary Structured JSON-based article body with H2/H3 blocks Finally, the article is stored in Supabase (or any other supported DB), making it ready for review, API-based publishing, or further automation. Set up steps This flow requires intermediate familiarity with n8n and API key setup. Full configuration may take 30–60 minutes. ✅ Prerequisites Scrapeless** account (for Google Trends and web crawling) LLM provider** (e.g. OpenAI or Claude) Supabase* or *Google Sheets** (to store keywords & article output) 🧩 Required Credentials in n8n Scrapeless API Key OpenAI (or other LLM) credentials Supabase or Google Sheets credentials 🔧 Setup Instructions (Simplified) Input Seed Keyword Edit the “Set Seed Keyword” node to define your niche, e.g., "project management". Google Trends via Scrapeless Use Scrapeless to retrieve “related queries” and their interest-over-time data. Trend Analysis with AI Agent AI evaluates each keyword's trend strength and assigns a priority (P0–P3). Filter & Store Keyword Data Group and sort keywords by priority, then store them in Google Sheets. Competitor Research Use Deep SerpAPI to get top 3 Google results. Crawl each using Scrapeless. AI Content Generation Feed competitor content + trend data into AI. Output a structured SEO blog article. Store Final Article Save full article JSON (title, meta, slug, content) to Supabase. Extract YouTube Channel Videos to Google Sheets with Metadata Tracking
Live

By Agent Circle

This N8N template demonstrates how to use our tool to collect a list of videos from any YouTube channel - including video URLs, titles, descriptions, thumbnail links, publish dates, and more - all saved cleanly into a connected Google Sheet. Use cases are many: Whether you're a YouTube content strategist tracking competitors, a marketing team building dashboards from video metadata, or an automation pro connecting YouTube to downstream workflows, researchers and analysts collecting structured video data at scale, this tool gives you what you need! How It Works The workflow begins when you click Execute Workflow or Test Workflow manually in N8N. It reads the list of full channel URLs, custom channel URLs or channel IDs from the Channel URLs tab in the connected Google Sheet. Only the channels with the Ready status will be processed. A Switch node detects whether the input is a full/custom channel URL, or a raw channel ID, and routes it accordingly. If the input is already a channel ID, the tool prepares the data structure before sending it to the YouTube API call in the next step. If the input is a full channel URL or a custom channel URL, the workflow extracts the username, then sends a HTTP Request to the YouTube API to retrieve the corresponding Channel ID, and prepares the data structure before continuing. Once the valid Channel ID is set, the tool sends a request to YouTube API endpoint to retrieve a list of public videos. By default, the number of videos extracted per channel is limited to 10. The API response is checked for success: If successful, the video data is split into individual entries, cleaned, and added to the Videos tab in the connected Google Sheet. The original rows' status in the Channel URLs tab is marked as Finished. If an error occurs, the rows' status in the Channel URLs tab is marked as Error for later review. How To Use Download the workflow package. Import the workflow package into your N8N interface. Duplicate the YouTube - Get Channel Videos Google Sheet template into your Google Sheets account. Set up Google Cloud Console credentials in the following nodes in N8N, ensuring enabled access and suitable rights to Google Sheets and YouTube services: For Google Sheets access, ensure each node is properly connected to the correct tab in your connected Google Sheet: Node Google Sheets - Get Channel URLs → connected to the Channel URLs tab; Node Google Sheets - Update Data → connected to the Videos tab; Node Google Sheets - Update Data - Success → connected to the Channel URLs tab; Node Google Sheets - Update Data - Error → connected to the Channel URLs tab. For YouTube access, set up a GET method to connect to YouTube API in the following nodes: Node HTTP Request - Get Channel ID; Node HTTP Request - Get Channel Videos. In your connected Google Sheet, enter the full channel URLs, custom channel URLs or channel IDs that you want to crawl and set the rows' status to Ready. Run the workflow by clicking Execute Workflow or Test Workflow in N8N. View the results in your connected Google Sheet: Successful fetches will update the original rows' status to Finished and the videos' information show up in the Videos tab. If any URL or ID fails, the rows' status will be marked as Error. Requirements Basic setup in Google Cloud Console (OAuth or API Key method enabled) with enabled access to YouTube and Google Sheets. How To Customize By default, the workflow is manually triggered in N8N. However, you can automate the process by adding a Google Sheets trigger that monitors new entries automatically. If you want to fetch more video metadata like durations, or view counts, you can expand the HTTP Request and post-processing nodes to include those. The workflow, by default, collects up to 10 videos per channel. If you’d like to fetch more, in the connected Google Sheet, simply enter your desired video number limit in Column C in the Channel URLs tab. The tool will use that value when calling the YouTube API. Need Help? Join our community on different platforms for support, inspiration and tips from others. Generate Research Ideas from PDFs using InfraNodus GraphRAG Content Gap Analysis
Live

By InfraNodus

This template can be used to generate research ideas from PDF scientific papers based on the content gaps found in text using the InfraNodus knowledge graph GraphRAG knowledge graph representation. Simply upload several PDF files (research papers, corporate or market reports, etc) and the template will generate a research question, which will then be sent as an AI prompt to the InfraNodus GraphRAG system that will extract the answer from the documents. As a result, you find the gap in a collection of research papers and bridge it in a few seconds . The template is useful for: advancing scientific research generating AI prompts that drive research further finding the right questions to ask to bridge blind spots in a research field avoiding the generic bias of LLM models and focusing on what's important in your particular context Using Content Gaps for Generating Research Questions Knowledge graphs represent any text as a network: the main concepts are the nodes, their co-occurrences are the connections between them. Based on this representation, we build a graph and apply network science metrics to rank the most important nodes (concepts) that serve as the crossroads of meaning and also the main topical clusters that they connect. Naturally, some of the clusters will be disconnected and will have gaps between them. These are the topics (groups of concepts) that exist in this context (the documents you uploaded) but that are not very well connected. Addressing those gaps can help you see which groups of concepts you could connect with your own ideas. This is exactly what InfraNodus does: builds the structure, finds the gaps, then uses the built-in AI to generate research questions that bridge those gaps. How it works 1) Step 1: First, you upload your PDF files using an online web form, which you can run from n8n or even make publicly available. 2) Steps 2-4: The documents are processed using the Code and PDF to Text nodes to extract plain text from them. 3) Step 5: This text is then sent to the InfraNodus GraphRAG node that creates a knowledge graph, identifies structural gaps in this graph, and then uses built-in AI to research questions, which are then used as AI prompts. 4) Step 6: The research questino is sent to the InfraNodus GraphRAG system that represents the PDF documents you submitted as a knowledge graph and then uses the research question generated to come up with an answer based on the content you uploaded. 4) Step 7: The ideas are then shown to the user in the same web form. Optionally, you can derive the answers from a different set of papers, so the question is generated from one batch, but the answer is generated from another. If you'd like to sync this workflow to PDF files in a Google Drive folder, you can copy our Google Drive PDF processing workflow for n8n. How to use You need an InfraNodus GraphRAG API account and key to use this workflow. Create an InfraNodus account Get the API key at https://infranodus.com/api-access and create a Bearer authorization key. Add this key into the InfraNodus GraphRAG HTTP node(s) you use in this workflow. You do not need any OpenAI keys for this to work. Optionally, you can change the settings in the Step 4 of this workflow and enforce it to always use the biggest gap it identifies. Requirements An InfraNodus account and API key Note: OpenAI key is not required. You will have direct access to the InfraNodus AI with the API key. Customizing this workflow You can use this same workflow with a Telegram bot or Slack (to be notified of the summaries and ideas). You can also hook up automated social media content creation workflows in the end of this template, so you can generate posts that are relevant (covering the important topics in your niche) but also novel (because they connect them in a new way). Check out our n8n templates for ideas at https://n8n.io/creators/infranodus/ Also check the full tutorial with a conceptual explanation at https://support.noduslabs.com/hc/en-us/articles/20454382597916-Beat-Your-Competition-Target-Their-Content-Gaps-with-this-n8n-Automation-Workflow Also check out the video introduction to InfraNodus to better understand how knowledge graphs and content gaps work: For support and help with this workflow, please, contact us at https://support.noduslabs.com. Two-Stage Document Retrieval Chatbot with OpenAI and Supabase Vector Search
Live

By Mark Shcherbakov

Video Guide I prepared a comprehensive guide demonstrating how to build a multi-level retrieval AI agent in n8n that smartly narrows down search results first by file descriptions, then retrieves detailed vector data for improved relevance and answer quality. Youtube Link Who is this for? This workflow suits developers, AI enthusiasts, and data engineers working with vector stores and large document collections who want to enhance the precision of AI retrieval by leveraging metadata-based filtering before deep content search. It helps users managing many files or documents and aiming to reduce noise and input size limits in AI queries. What problem does this workflow solve? Performing vector searches directly on large numbers of document chunks can degrade AI input quality and introduce noise. This workflow implements a two-stage retrieval process that first searches file descriptions to filter relevant files, then runs vector searches only within those files to fetch precise results. This reduces irrelevant data, improves answer accuracy, and optimizes performance when dealing with dozens or hundreds of files split into multiple pieces. What this workflow does This n8n workflow connects to a Supabase vector store to perform: Multi-level Retrieval:** File Description Search: Calls a Supabase RPC function to find files whose descriptions (metadata) best match the user query. It filters and limits the number of relevant files based on similarity scores. Document Chunk Retrieval: Uses retrieved file IDs to perform a second RPC call fetching detailed vector pieces only within those files, again filtered by similarity thresholds. OpenAI Integration:** The filtered document chunks and associated metadata (like file names and URLs) are passed to an OpenAI message node that includes system instructions to guide the AI in leveraging the knowledge base and linked resources for comprehensive responses. Custom Code Functions:** Two code nodes interact with Supabase stored procedures match_files and match_documents to perform the semantic searches with multiline metadata filtering unavailable in default vector filters. Helper Flows and SQL Setup:** Templates and SQL scripts prepare database tables and functions, with additional flows to generate embeddings from file description summaries using OpenAI. N8N Workflow Preparation: Create or verify Supabase account with vector store capability. Set up necessary database tables and RPC functions (match_files and match_documents) using provided SQL scripts. Replace all credentials in n8n nodes to connect to your Supabase and OpenAI accounts. Optionally upload document files and generate their vector embeddings and description summaries in a separate helper workflow. Main Workflow Logic: Code Function Node #1: Receives user query and calls the match_files RPC to retrieve file IDs by searching file descriptions with vector similarity thresholds and file limits. Code Function Node #2: Takes filtered file IDs, invokes match_documents RPC to fetch vector document chunks only from those files with additional similarity filtering and count limits. OpenAI Message Node: Combines fetched document pieces, their metadata (file URLs, similarity scores), and system prompts to generate precise AI-powered answers referencing the documents. This multi-tiered retrieval process improves search relevance and AI contextual understanding by smartly limiting vector search scope first to relevant files, then to specific document chunks, refining user query results. Automated Expense Tracking with AI Receipt Analysis & Google Sheets
Live

By Issam AGGOUR

This workflow contains community nodes that are only compatible with the self-hosted version of n8n. Your Pocket Bookkeeper is workflow designed to automate expense tracking for freelancers and small businesses. It transforms your favorite chat app into a smart financial assistant, eliminating tedious manual data entry and ensuring your records are always organized, up-to-date, and secure. Just send a photo or a text, and let AI handle the rest. Why Your Pocket Bookkeeper? 🤔 For a freelancer or small business owner, time is money. Administrative tasks like logging receipts and updating spreadsheets steal valuable hours that could be spent on billable work. This workflow solves these critical problems: Saves Significant Time:** Drastically reduces the hours spent on manual bookkeeping. Eliminates Human Error:** AI-powered data extraction is more accurate than manual entry, preventing costly mistakes. Ensures Audit-Readiness:** Creates a secure, digital archive of every receipt, linked directly to its corresponding transaction. Provides Real-Time Financial Clarity:** Your expense log is always current, giving you an accurate snapshot of your business spending at any moment. Simplifies Tax Season:** With perfectly organized records, preparing your tax return becomes a straightforward, stress-free process. Core Features & Automations 🧩 This workflow bundle is built around a simple yet powerful "Capture > Process > Log" model: 🧾 Multi-Modal Expense Capture: Photo Capture:** Snap a photo of a receipt. The workflow automatically extracts the text using Optical Character Recognition (OCR). Text Capture:** Send a simple text message describing an expense (e.g., "Software subscription for $15"). 🤖 AI-Powered Processing: Intelligent Data Extraction:** An advanced AI Agent (powered by Mistral) analyzes the text from your photo or message to identify and structure key financial data. Structured Output:** The AI formats the extracted information into a clean JSON object, identifying fields like: store_name, date, time, total_price, currency, item_description, category, and more. Smart Validation:** A built-in check flags potential errors, like a transaction with a total of zero, and prompts you to double-check. 🗄️ Automated Logging & Archiving: Google Sheets Integration:** Every valid expense is automatically appended as a new, neatly organized row in a designated Google Sheet. Google Drive Archiving:** If a photo was submitted, the original receipt image is automatically saved to a specified Google Drive folder. Linked Records:** The Google Sheet entry includes a direct hyperlink to the corresponding receipt image in Google Drive, creating a seamless, interconnected record. User Confirmation:** The system sends a summary of the logged expense or a success/error message back to you via Telegram, closing the loop on every transaction. Getting Started: Setup & Customization 🛠️ Setting up your Pocket Bookkeeper is designed to be quick and easy: Import the Workflow: Add the provided .json file to your n8n instance. Configure Credentials: Telegram: Create a new bot via @BotFather on Telegram to get a Bot Token. Add this token to the Telegram Trigger and all Telegram sender nodes. Mistral AI: Obtain an API key from your Mistral AI console and create a Mistral Cloud API credential. Assign this to the Mistral Cloud Chat Model nodes. Google Drive & Google Sheets: Set up OAuth 2.0 credentials for the Google Drive and Google Sheets APIs in your Google Cloud Console. Create the corresponding credentials in n8n and assign them to the Google Drive and Google Sheets nodes. Personalize Your Setup (Crucial!): Google Drive Folder: In the Save Receipt (Google Drive) node, specify the Folder ID where you want your receipt images to be saved. Google Sheet: In the Google Sheets node, enter your Spreadsheet ID and Sheet Name. Ensure your sheet has columns matching the data fields (e.g., store_name, date, total_price, etc.). (Optional) AI Prompting: Fine-tune the system message in the AI Agent node to better guide the AI on how to categorize your specific business expenses. Activate the Workflow: The workflow is inactive by default. Toggle the Active switch to ON at the top left of the n8n canvas to start listening for messages. How The Workflow Operates ⚙️ TRIGGER: The Telegram Trigger node listens for incoming messages (text or photo). ROUTE: An IF node checks if the message contains a photo. If Photo: The image is downloaded, and OCR is used to extract text. If Text: The message text is used directly. PROCESS: The extracted text is sent to the AI Agent node. The agent, using the Mistral LLM, parses the text and structures it into a predefined JSON format. VALIDATE & FORMAT: The structured data flows to a Code node that formats a user-friendly summary message. An IF node then checks for invalid data (e.g., total = 0). LOG & ARCHIVE: A sub-workflow is triggered via the Execute Workflow node. The Save Receipt node uploads the image to Google Drive (if one was sent). The Google Sheets node appends the final structured data to your spreadsheet. RESPOND: A Telegram node sends a confirmation message back to you, confirming that the expense has been successfully logged or notifying you of an error. Expanding Your Bookkeeper 🚀 This workflow is a powerful foundation. Consider these enhancements: Multi-Currency Handling:** Add a function to convert all expenses to a single base currency. Advanced Reporting:** Schedule a monthly summary of your expenses to be emailed to you. Invoice OCR:** Expand the AI prompt and workflow to handle and log incoming invoices from vendors. Bank Statement Reconciliation:** Create a separate workflow to import bank statements and automatically match them against your logged receipts. Different Notifiers:** Easily swap Telegram for WhatsApp, Slack, or email. Requirements 📋 An active n8n instance (self-hosted or cloud). Credentials for Telegram, Mistral AI/Open Router/Open AI, Google Drive, and Google Sheets. A few minutes to customize the workflow with your specific IDs and preferences! Take control of your business finances and let your Pocket Bookkeeper turn a tedious chore into a simple, automated task. An n8n automation workflow template by Issam AGGOUR.

E-Commerce Assistant for Shopify & WooCommerce with GPT-4o, Gemini & RAG
Live

By Harsh Maniya

🤖 Universal E-Commerce AI Assistant (Shopify, WooCommerce & RAG) This powerful n8n workflow deploys a sophisticated, multi-talented AI chatbot designed to streamline your e-commerce and customer support operations. The AI assistant can intelligently understand user queries and route them to the correct specialized agent, whether it's for Shopify, WooCommerce, or general knowledge questions answered by a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system. This template automates responses to a wide range of inquiries, from checking Shopify order statuses with GraphQL to fetching product lists from WooCommerce, and even answering general questions by looking up information in a Pinecone vector database. How It Works ⚙️ The workflow operates in a series of logical steps, starting from the moment a user sends a message. 💬 Chat Trigger: The workflow activates when a user sends a message in the n8n chat interface. It captures the user's input and a unique session ID to track the conversation. 🧠 Intelligent Routing: The user's query is first sent to a Router Agent powered by GPT-4o-mini. This agent's sole purpose is to classify the intent of the message and output one of three keywords: SHOPIFY, WOOCOMMERCE, or None of them. 🔀 Conditional Branching: Based on the Router's output, a series of IF nodes direct the conversation down one of three paths: General Queries Path Shopify Path WooCommerce Path 📚 General Queries (RAG): If the query is not about e-commerce, it's handled by a RAG agent. Embedding: The user's question is converted into a vector embedding using AWS Bedrock. Retrieval: The workflow searches a Pinecone Vector Store to find the most relevant information from your knowledge base. Generation: A GPT-4o-mini agent receives the context from Pinecone and generates a comprehensive, helpful answer. 🛍️ E-Commerce Specialists: If the query is about Shopify or WooCommerce, it's passed to a dedicated agent. Shopify Agent: This agent uses Google Gemini and has a suite of tools to manage Shopify tasks. It can Get Order info, Fetch All Products, or run complex queries using the powerful GraphQL tool. WooCommerce Agent: This agent also uses Google Gemini and is equipped with tools to Fetch Order Details and Fetch All Products from a WooCommerce store. 🗣️ Conversation Memory: Each agent (Router, General, Shopify, WooCommerce) is connected to its own Memory node. This allows the chatbot to remember previous parts of the conversation for a more natural and context-aware interaction. 🏁 Merge & Respond: All three paths converge at a final Merge node. This ensures that no matter which agent handled the request, the final answer is streamlined into a single output and sent back to the user in the chat. Nodes Used 🔗 Triggers: Chat Trigger: Starts the workflow when a chat message is received. AI & Agents: AI Agent: Four separate agents for Routing, Shopify, WooCommerce, and General Queries. OpenAI Chat Model: Uses GPT-4o-mini for the Router and General Queries agent. Google Gemini Chat Model: Uses Google Gemini for the Shopify and WooCommerce agents. Tools & Data: Shopify Tool: To get products and order information from Shopify. WooCommerce Tool: To get products and order information from WooCommerce. GraphQL Tool: For advanced, custom queries to the Shopify API. Pinecone Vector Store: To retrieve context for the RAG agent. AWS Bedrock Embeddings: To create vector embeddings for Pinecone. Logic & Memory: IF Node: To conditionally route the workflow. Merge Node: To consolidate the different branches before ending. Window Buffer Memory: Four nodes to provide conversational memory to each agent. Setup Guide 🛠️ To use this workflow, you'll need to configure several nodes with your own credentials and settings. 1\. AI Model Credentials OpenAI: Create an API key in your OpenAI Platform dashboard. Add this credential to the Router Model and GPT-4o-mini nodes. Google Gemini: Create an API key in your Google AI Studio dashboard. Add this credential to the Shopify Chat Model and WooCommerce Chat Model nodes. 2\. E-Commerce Platform Credentials Shopify: You will need a Shopify Access Token. Follow the n8n documentation to generate one. Add the credential to the Fetch All Products and Get Order info nodes. WooCommerce: Create API credentials from your WordPress dashboard. Add the credential to the Fetch All Products2 and Fetch Order Details nodes. 3\. RAG System Credentials (Pinecone & AWS) Pinecone: Sign up for a Pinecone account and create an API key. Add your Pinecone credentials in n8n. In the Pinecone Vector Store node, set the pineconeIndex to the name of your index. You must have a pre-existing index with data for the RAG to work. AWS: Create an AWS account and an IAM user with programmatic access to Amazon Bedrock. Add your AWS credentials in n8n. Select your AWS credentials in the AWS Bedrock Embeddings node. 4\. GraphQL Node Configuration In the GraphQL node, you must update the endpoint URL. Replace the placeholder https://{subdomain}.myshopify.com/admin/api/2025-04/graphql.json with your own Shopify store's GraphQL API endpoint. An n8n automation workflow template by Harsh Maniya.

Automated Telegram UserBot Session Monitoring & Recovery with TelePilot
Live

By IvanCore

Disclaimer: This workflow contains community nodes that are only compatible with the self-hosted version of n8n. Important distinction: This template manages Telegram Copilot's UserBots (client accounts), not Telegram Bots. UserBot vs. Bot: Key Differences 🔹 Telegram Copilot's UserBots Authenticate as real user accounts (phone number required) Can join groups/channels without "Bot" label Subject to Telegram's client API limits Require manual login (MFA supported) 🔹 Telegram Bots Use @BotFather-created tokens Limited to bot API functionality Can't initiate chats with unbidden users No phone number required This template solves the unique challenges of UserBot management through: Core Functionality 🛡️ Session Reliability Automatic crash recovery (5-step restart sequence) Persistent session monitoring (checks every 6h) Database cleanup via /clear command 📱 Multi-Device Support Manages sessions independently from mobile clients Tracks active devices via /stat command Isolates session data per credential 🔔 Smart Notifications Real-time alerts to admin chat Detailed error context with authState snapshots Success confirmations with session metadata Setup Guide Prerequisites Self-hosted n8n instance (community node required) Valid Telegram account for UserBot Telegram bot token for notifications TelePilot credentials with api_id/api_hash Configuration Steps Credential Setup Add TelePilot credentials in n8n Configure Telegram bot token in notification nodes Set admin chat ID for alerts Monitoring Customization Adjust check frequency in Schedule Trigger Modify alert thresholds in Filter nodes Configure retry logic in recovery sequence Session Management Test /start command flow Verify /stat output format Confirm notification delivery Workflow Customization Advanced Options Add secondary notification channels (Email, Slack) Implement escalating alert system Integrate with monitoring dashboards Customize recovery attempt limits Compliance Notes UserBots must comply with Telegram's Terms of Service Not intended for bulk messaging or spam Recommended for legitimate automation use cases Note: UserBots must comply with Telegram ToS. Not for spam/mass messaging. Why This Matters: UserBots enable automation scenarios impossible with regular bots (e.g., group management as normal user, reacting as human account). This workflow keeps them reliably online 24/7. An n8n automation workflow template by IvanCore.

AI-Powered Reservation Reminder Calls for Restaurant with Twilio & Grok-4
Live

By Davide Boizza

🤖📞 This workflow automates the process of calling customers to remind them of their booking reservations using AI-generated messages and a Twilio phone number. It can easily be adapted for other venues. Key Benefits Time-Saving Automation**: Eliminates the need for manual calls by staff, saving hours per week. Human-like AI Messages**: Uses a custom language model to generate polite, natural phone messages tailored to each customer. Multi-Channel Integration**: Google Sheets for reservation tracking. Twilio for automated calling. OpenRouter (or other LLMs) for generating speech content. Error Reduction**: Ensures all customers receive reminders exactly on the reservation day, minimizing no-shows. Scalable**: Easily adapts to growing reservation lists and more complex message logic. Suitable** for restaurants, hairdressers, offices and any other business How It Works Trigger: The workflow can be triggered manually (via "When clicking ‘Execute workflow’) or automatically at 11 AM daily (via Schedule Trigger). Data Fetch: Retrieves today’s reservations from a Google Sheet, filtering rows where DATE = today and CALLED is empty. AI-Generated Call Script: For each reservation, the Secretary Agent (powered by OpenRouter’s Grok-4) generates a phone script using the guest’s name, time, and party size. Twilio Call: The script is sent to Twilio, which calls the guest’s phone number (from the sheet) and reads the message aloud using text-to-speech. Update & Loop: Marks the reservation as called (CALLED = "x") in the sheet and waits 2 minutes between calls to avoid rate limits. Set Up Steps Twilio Configuration: Sign up for Twilio, buy a phone number, and: Enable text-to-speech (set language to Italian). Configure geo permissions for the target country. Add credentials to the Twilio node (sender number in From field). Google Sheets Setup: Clone the Google Sheet template and ensure: Phone numbers include the international prefix (without "+"). Columns: DATE, TIME, NAME, N. PEOPLE, PHONE, CALLED. OpenRouter API: Connect the OpenRouter Chat Model node to your account (using Grok-4 or another model). Deploy: Activate the workflow and test with manual execution. Note: The workflow is currently inactive (active: false). Enable it after setup. Need help customizing? Discord AI Chatbot with GPT-4o-mini & Redis Memory Persistence
Live

By Dhruv Dalsaniya

Description: This n8n workflow automates a Discord bot to fetch messages from a specified channel and send AI-generated responses in threads. It ensures smooth message processing and interaction, making it ideal for managing community discussions, customer support, or AI-based engagement. This workflow leverages Redis for memory persistence, ensuring that conversation history is maintained even if the workflow restarts, providing a seamless user experience. How It Works The bot listens for new messages in a specified Discord channel. It sends the messages to an AI model for response generation. The AI-generated reply is posted as a thread under the original message. The bot runs on an Ubuntu server and is managed using PM2 for uptime stability. The Discord bot (Python script) acts as the bridge, capturing messages from Discord and sending them to the n8n webhook. The n8n workflow then processes these messages, interacts with the AI model, and sends the AI's response back to Discord via the bot. Prerequisites to host Bot Sign up on Pella, which is a managed hosting service for Discord Bots. (Easy Setup) A Redis instance for memory persistence. Redis is an in-memory data structure store, used here to store and retrieve conversation history, ensuring that the AI can maintain context across multiple interactions. This is crucial for coherent and continuous conversations. Set Up Steps 1️⃣ Create a Discord Bot Go to the Discord Developer Portal. Click “New Application”, enter a name, and create it. Navigate to Bot > Reset Token, then copy the Bot Token. Enable Privileged Gateway Intents (Presence, Server Members, Message Content). Under OAuth2 > URL Generator, select bot scope and required permissions. Copy the generated URL, open it in a browser, select your server, and click Authorize. 2️⃣ Deploy the Bot on Pella Create a new folder discord-bot and navigate into it: Create and configure an .env file to store your bot token: Copy the code to .env: (You can copy the webhook URL from the n8n workflow) TOKEN=your-bot-token-here WEBHOOK_URL=https://your-domain.tld/webhook/getmessage Create file main.py copy the below code and save it: Copy this Bot script to main.py: import discord import requests import json import os from dotenv import load_dotenv Load environment variables from .env file load_dotenv() TOKEN = os.getenv("TOKEN") WEBHOOK_URL = os.getenv("WEBHOOK_URL") Bot Configuration LISTEN_CHANNELS = ["YOUR_CHANNEL_ID_1", "YOUR_CHANNEL_ID_2"] # Replace with your target channel IDs Intents setup intents = discord.Intents.default() intents.messages = True # Enable message event intents.guilds = True intents.message_content = True # Required to read messages client = discord.Client(intents=intents) @client.event async def on_ready(): print(f'Logged in as {client.user}') @client.event async def on_message(message): if message.author == client.user: return # Ignore bot's own messages if str(message.channel.id) in LISTEN_CHANNELS: try: fetched_message = await message.channel.fetch_message(message.id) # Ensure correct fetching payload = { "channel_id": str(fetched_message.channel.id), # Ensure it's string "chat_message": fetched_message.content, "timestamp": str(fetched_message.created_at), # Ensure proper formatting "message_id": str(fetched_message.id), # Ensure ID is a string "user_id": str(fetched_message.author.id) # Ensure user ID is also string } headers = {'Content-Type': 'application/json'} response = requests.post(WEBHOOK_URL, data=json.dumps(payload), headers=headers) if response.status_code == 200: print(f"Message sent successfully: {payload}") else: print(f"Failed to send message: {response.status_code}, Response: {response.text}") except Exception as e: print(f"Error fetching message: {e}") client.run(TOKEN) Create requirements.txt and copy: discord python-dotenv 3️⃣ Follow the video to set up the bot which will run 24/7 Tutorial - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rNnK3XlUtYU Note: Free Plan will expire after 24 hours, so please opt for the Paid Plan in Pella to keep your bot running. 4️⃣ n8n Workflow Configuration The n8n workflow consists of the following nodes: Get Discord Messages (Webhook):** This node acts as the entry point for messages from the Discord bot. It receives the channel_id, chat_message, timestamp, message_id, and user_id from Discord when a new message is posted in the configured channel. Its webhook path is /getmessage and it expects a POST request. Chat Agent (Langchain Agent):** This node processes the incoming Discord message (chat_message). It is configured as a conversational agent, integrating the language model and memory to generate an appropriate response. It also has a prompt to keep the reply concise, under 1800 characters. OpenAI -4o-mini (Langchain Language Model):** This node connects to the OpenAI API and uses the gpt-4o-mini-2024-07-18 model for generating AI responses. It is the core AI component of the workflow. Message History (Redis Chat Memory):** This node manages the conversation history using Redis. It stores and retrieves chat messages, ensuring the Chat Agent maintains context for each user based on their user_id. This is critical for coherent multi-turn conversations. Calculator (Langchain Tool):** This node provides a calculator tool that the AI agent can utilize if a mathematical calculation is required within the conversation. This expands the capabilities of the AI beyond just text generation. Response fromAI (Discord):** This node sends the AI-generated response back to the Discord channel. It uses the Discord Bot API credentials and replies in a thread under the original message (message_id) in the specified channel_id. Sticky Note1, Sticky Note2, Sticky Note3, Sticky Note4, Sticky Note5, Sticky Note:** These are informational nodes within the workflow providing instructions, code snippets for the Discord bot, and setup guidance for the user. These notes guide the user on setting up the .env file, requirements.txt, the Python bot code, and general recommendations for channel configuration and adding tools. 5️⃣ Setting up Redis Choose a Redis Hosting Provider: You can use a cloud provider like Redis Labs, Aiven, or set up your own Redis instance on a VPS. Obtain Redis Connection Details: Once your Redis instance is set up, you will need the host, port, and password (if applicable). Configure n8n Redis Nodes: In your n8n workflow, configure the "Message History" node with your Redis connection details. Ensure the Redis credential ✅ redis-for-n8n is properly set up with your Redis instance details (host, port, password). 6️⃣ Customizing the Template AI Model:** You can easily swap out the "OpenAI -4o-mini" node with any other AI service supported by n8n (e.g., Cohere, Hugging Face) to use a different language model. Ensure the new language model node is connected to the ai_languageModel input of the "Chat Agent" node. Agent Prompt:** Modify the text parameter in the "Chat Agent" node to change the AI's persona, provide specific instructions, or adjust the response length. Additional Tools:** The "Calculator" node is an example of an AI tool. You can add more Langchain tool nodes (e.g., search, data lookup) and connect them to the ai_tool input of the "Chat Agent" node to extend the AI's capabilities. Refer to the "Sticky Note5" in the workflow for a reminder. Channel Filtering:** Adjust the LISTEN_CHANNELS list in the main.py file of your Discord bot to include or exclude specific Discord channel IDs where the bot should listen for messages. Thread Management:** The "Response fromAI" node can be modified to change how threads are created or managed, or to send responses directly to the channel instead of a thread. The current setup links the response to the original message ID (message_reference). 7️⃣ Testing Instructions Start the Discord Bot: Ensure your main.py script is running on Pella. Activate the n8n Workflow: Make sure your n8n workflow is active and listening for webhooks. Send a Message in Discord: Go to one of the LISTEN_CHANNELS in your Discord server and send a message. Verify Response: The bot should capture the message, send it to n8n, receive an AI-generated response, and post it as a thread under your original message. Check Redis: Verify that the conversation history is being stored and updated correctly in your Redis instance. Look for keys related to user IDs. ✅ Now your bot is running in the background! 🚀. Automate Twitter Sentiment Analysis with OpenAI, Google Sheets, and Slack Alerts
Live

By InfyOm Technologies

✅ What problem does this workflow solve? Tracking what people say about your brand on Twitter can be overwhelming, especially when important mentions slip through the cracks. This workflow automates the process: it scrapes Twitter mentions, analyzes sentiment using OpenAI, logs everything in a Google Sheet, and sends real-time Slack alerts for negative tweets. No manual monitoring needed. ⚙️ What does this workflow do? Runs on a schedule to monitor Twitter mentions or hashtags. Uses Apify to scrape tweets based on brand keywords. Filters out tweets already processed (avoids duplicates). Performs sentiment analysis with OpenAI (Positive, Neutral, Negative). Logs tweet content, sentiment, and reply (if any) in a Google Sheet. Sends an instant Slack notification for negative tweets. Generates thank-you replies for positive tweets and logs them. 🔧 Setup Instructions 🗓 Schedule Trigger Use the Cron node to schedule checks (e.g., every hour, daily). 🐦 Apify Twitter Scraper Setup Sign up on Apify Generate your Apify API Token and use it in the HTTP node to run the actor and get tweet results. 🤖 OpenAI Sentiment Analysis Get your API key from OpenAI 📄 Google Sheet Configuration Prepare a Google Sheet with this sample format. Connect it using the Google Sheets node in n8n. 💬 Slack Notifications Connect your Slack workspace via the Slack node. Set up the channel where negative tweets should be sent as alerts. 🧠 How it Works 1. Scheduled Run Triggered at a fixed interval using the Schedule (Cron) node. 2. Scrape Mentions from Twitter The Apify actor runs and collects recent tweets mentioning your brand or using your hashtag. Links to the tweets are extracted. 3. Filter Previously Seen Tweets Each tweet is checked against the Google Sheet. If already present, it’s skipped to avoid duplicate analysis. 4. Analyze Sentiment with OpenAI For new tweets, sentiment is classified into: ✅ Positive ⚪ Neutral ❌ Negative 5. Store Results in Google Sheet The tweet link, content, and sentiment are stored in a row. If sentiment is positive, a thank-you reply is also generated and saved. 6. Notify Slack for Negative Tweets When a tweet is tagged Negative, a Slack message is sent to the designated channel with the tweet link. 👤 Who can use this? This workflow is ideal for: 📢 Social Media Teams 🧠 PR and Brand Managers 🧑‍💻 Solo Founders 🏢 Startups & SaaS Companies Stay ahead of your brand's reputation—automatically. 🛠 Customization Ideas 🎯 Add filters for specific campaign hashtags. 📬 Send weekly summary reports via email. 📥 Auto-open support tickets for negative mentions. 🗣 Expand sentiment categories with more detailed tagging. 🚀 Ready to get started? How it works You submit a built-in n8n form with your keyword, target word count, number of sections, writing style, site URL, and a short description of your site and audience. A keyword strategist agent turns that keyword into a plan: search intent, content type, content angle, and three secondary, five long-tail and five semantic keywords. A research agent running on a live-search model reads what actually ranks today, collects five real questions searchers ask, and answers them with genuine source URLs it retrieved. An outline planner assigns each keyword and each research question to exactly one section, so nothing is repeated and nothing is stuffed. Each section is written by its own model call with only its own assignments, its own word budget and its own sources, using a whitelist of safe HTML tags. An editor fetches your site's sitemap, links three to six genuinely relevant internal pages inside the text, then writes the introduction, the conclusion and a Resources list of every cited source. A grader scores the finished HTML from 0 to 100 across keywords, structure, links, readability and length, and returns a specific fix list for every point lost. Anything below your threshold gets one revision pass, then the post is published to WordPress as a draft with its category, four get-or-create tags, excerpt and optional featured image already attached. Setup Create an OpenRouter API key with some credit on it, and generate a WordPress Application Password for a user with the Editor or Administrator role. Import the single workflow JSON file into n8n; all 64 nodes and the eight sticky notes that document each stage arrive together. Attach your OpenRouter credential to the two model nodes, Mini LM and Research LM, and set Mini LM's model explicitly to a mini-class model. Attach your WordPress credential to the nine publish nodes: get-tags, set-tags, Upload Image To WP, Update Media Meta, both Post Blog nodes, Set Featured Image and both Set Excerpt nodes. Open the configuration node and set min_seo_score, the score below which an article gets a revision pass; 75 is a good starting point. Run a test, open the form URL, and submit a keyword plus your site URL with a trailing slash, which every WordPress call depends on. Check WordPress drafts for the finished post, then activate the workflow so the production form URL goes live. Requirements n8n (Cloud or self-hosted) with the AI/LangChain nodes available An OpenRouter API key with credit — runs every writing and research agent A WordPress site with a reachable REST API and an Application Password An SEO plugin generating a sitemap (Yoast, Rank Math or WordPress core) for internal linking An OpenAI API key with a verified organisation — only if you want AI featured images A Google account — only for the optional scheduled Google Sheets queue Customization Swap the model on the Mini LM node to change quality and cost for all nine writing agents at once; keep Research LM on a live-search model Raise min_seo_score in the configuration node for a stricter quality bar, or lower it to skip revisions entirely Change the sitemap filename in the Internal Links tool to match your SEO plugin, or point it at post-sitemap.xml to link to articles instead of pages Switch both Post Blog nodes from draft to publish for fully automated posting once you trust the output Edit any agent's system message to change tone, tag count or scoring weights — keep the output JSON shape intact for the parsers Enable the Schedule Trigger and the Google Sheets queue to publish one planned post per day without touching the form Additional info Keyword data is AI-derived from live SERP research, not from a search-volume API, so use it to structure articles rather than to replace a keyword tool The grader is an LLM scoring a strict on-page checklist, which is a real quality floor rather than a ranking prediction Posts are created as drafts on purpose; the workflow sets the WordPress excerpt, which most themes reuse as the meta description Internal links come only from your live sitemap and citations only from retrieved URLs, so neither can be invented A full run makes roughly 10 to 15 model calls and takes three to six minutes, with one revision pass at most so cost stays capped Not affiliated with or endorsed by WordPress, Automattic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Perplexity, Google or n8n. Extract LinkedIn Profiles with Apify & Auto-Generate Lead Data for Google Sheets CRM
Live

By David Olusola

Overview This professional n8n automation suite transforms LinkedIn prospecting from manual drudgery into intelligent automation. Instead of spending hours copying profile data into spreadsheets, simply paste LinkedIn URLs and get complete lead intelligence with email patterns, lead scoring, and CRM-ready data in minutes. The system supports multiple input methods from simple Google Sheets to advanced webhook integrations, making it perfect for individual sales reps, teams, or agencies. Built with enterprise-grade Apify integration and smart lead scoring algorithms, this replaces expensive tools like ZoomInfo while providing better customization and unlimited usage. Use cases: Sales prospecting, recruitment sourcing, business development research, networking event follow-up, competitive intelligence gathering, agency client prospecting. How it works The workflow supports three input methods and automatically processes LinkedIn profiles via Apify scraper. When you provide LinkedIn URLs through Google Sheets, manual trigger, or webhook, the system extracts complete profile data including name, company, position, and connections. It then generates multiple email pattern variations and calculates lead scores based on authority indicators like job title, connection count, and location. All processed data is automatically added to your Google Sheets CRM with lead quality ratings and email guesses ready for outreach. Input Sources: Google Sheets monitoring, manual trigger, or webhook API Processing: Apify LinkedIn scraper + intelligent data enrichment Output: Complete CRM-ready lead profiles with email intelligence Timing: Real-time processing or batch every 5 minutes Set up instructions Set up Apify account and get API token for LinkedIn profile scraper access Copy the provided Google Sheets template to your Google Drive account Configure Google Sheets credentials in n8n and update sheet IDs in workflow nodes Replace "YOUR_APIFY_API_TOKEN" placeholder with your actual Apify API key The schedule trigger checks for new entries every 5 minutes but feel free to adjust timing Test the workflow by adding LinkedIn URLs to input sheet with Status set to "new" For webhook usage, configure the endpoint URL and test with sample POST requests Customize lead scoring criteria in the code node based on your target market.
