This n8n template demonstrates how to use Blurit to anonymize faces and/or license plates in images or videos directly within your workflow. Use cases include: automatically anonymizing dashcam videos, securing photos before sharing them publicly, or ensuring compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR. How it works The workflow starts with a Form Trigger where you can upload your image or video file. An HTTP Request node authenticates with the BlurIt API using your Client ID and Secret. The file is then uploaded to BlurIt via an HTTP Request to create a new anonymization task. A polling loop checks the task status until it succeeds. Once complete, the anonymized media is retrieved and saved using a Write Binary File node. How to use Replace the placeholder credentials in the Set Auth Config node with your BlurIt Client ID and Secret (found in your BlurIt Developer Dashboard). Execute the workflow, open the provided form link, and upload an image or video. The anonymized file will be written to your chosen output directory (or you can adapt the workflow to upload to cloud storage). Requirements A BlurIt account and valid API credentials (Client ID & Secret). A running instance of n8n (cloud or self-hosted). (Optional) Access to a shared folder or cloud storage service if you want to automate file delivery. Need Help? Contact us at support@blurit.io, or visit the BlurIt Documentation. Happy Coding!. Who’s it for This workflow is designed for developers, data engineers, and AI teams who need to migrate a Pinecone Cloud index into a Weaviate Cloud class index without recalculating the vectors (embeddings). It’s especially useful if you are consolidating vector databases, moving from Pinecone to Weaviate for hybrid search, or preparing to deprecate Pinecone. ⚠️ Note: The dimensions of the two indexes must match. How it works The workflow automates migration by batching, formatting, and transferring vectors along with their metadata: Initialization – Uses Airtable to store the pagination token. The token starts with a record initialized as INIT (Name=INIT, Number=0). Pagination handling – Reads batches of vector IDs from the Pinecone index using /vectors/list, resuming from the last stored token. Vector fetching – For each batch, retrieves embeddings and metadata fields from Pinecone via /vectors/fetch. Data transformation – Two Code nodes (Prepare Fetch Body and Format2Weaviate) are included to correctly structure the body of each HTTP request and map metadata into Weaviate-compatible objects. Data loading – Inserts embeddings and metadata into the target Weaviate class through its REST API. State persistence – Updates the pagination token in Airtable, ensuring the next run resumes from the correct point. Scheduling – The workflow runs on a defined schedule (e.g., every 15 seconds) until all data has been migrated. How to set up Airtable setup Create a Base (e.g., Cycle) and a Table (e.g., NextPage). The table should have two columns: Name (text) → stores the pagination token. Number (number) → stores the row ID to update. Initialize the first and only row with (INIT, 0). Source and target configuration Make sure you have a Pinecone index and namespace with embeddings. Manually create a target Weaviate Cluster and a target Weaviate Class with the same vector dimensions. In the Parameters node of the workflow, configure the following values: | Parameter | Description | Example Value | |---------------------|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|---------------| | pineconeIndex | The name of your Pinecone index to read vectors from. | my-index | | pineconeNamespace | The namespace inside the Pinecone index (leave empty if unused). | default | | batchlimit | Number of records fetched per iteration. Higher = faster migration but heavier API calls. | 100 | | weaviateCluster | REST endpoint of your Weaviate Cloud instance. | https://dbbqrc9itXXXXXXXXX.c0.europe-west3.gcp.weaviate.cloud | | weaviateClass | Target class name in Weaviate where objects will be inserted. | MyClass | Credentials Configure Pinecone API credentials. Configure Weaviate Bearer token. Configure Airtable API key. Activate Import the workflow into n8n, update the parameters, and start the schedule trigger. Requirements Pinecone Cloud account with a configured index and namespace. Weaviate Cloud cluster with a class defined and matching vector dimensions. Airtable account and base to store pagination state. n8n instance with credentials for Pinecone, Weaviate, and Airtable. How to customize the workflow Adjust the batchlimit parameter to control performance (higher values = fewer API calls, but heavier requests). Adapt the Format2Weaviate Code node if you want to change or expand the metadata stored. Replace Airtable with another persistence store (e.g., Google Sheets, PostgreSQL) if preferred. Extend the workflow to send migration progress updates via Slack, email, or another channel. An n8n automation workflow template by Br1.

Automated Job Hunt with Tavily — Setup & Run Guide What this template does? Automatically searches for recent job postings (example: “Software Engineering Intern”), extracts structured details from each posting using an AI agent + Tavily, bundles results, and emails a single weekly digest. Estimated setup time: ~30 minutes 1. Required credentials Before you import or run the workflow, create/configure these credentials in your n8n instance: OpenAI (Chat model) — used by the OpenAI Chat Model and Message a model nodes. Add an OpenAI credential (name it e.g. OpenAi account) and paste your OpenAi API key. Tavily API — used by the Search in Tavily node. Add a Tavily credential (name it e.g. Tavily account) and add your Tavily API key. Gmail (OAuth2) — used by the Send a message node to deliver the digest email. Configure Gmail OAuth2 credential and select it for the Gmail node (e.g. Gmail account. 2. Node-by-node configuration (what to check/change) Schedule Trigger Node name: Schedule Trigger Configure interval: daily or weekly (example: weekly, trigger at 08:00). Note: This is the workflow start. Adjust to your preferred cadence. AI Agent Node name: AI Agent Important: First step — set the agent’s prompt / system message. Search in Tavily (Tavily Tool node) Node name: Tavily Query: user-editable field (example default: Roles posted this week for Software Engineering) Advice: keep query under 400 chars; change to target role/location keywords. Options recommended: Search Depth: advanced (optional, better extraction) Max Results: 15 Time Range: week (limit to past week) Include Raw Content: true (fetch full page content for better extraction) Include Domains: indeed.com, glassdoor.com,linkedin.com — prioritize trusted sources Edit Fields / Set (bundle) Node name: Edit Fields (Set) Purpose: Collect the agent output into one field (e.g., $json.output or Response) for downstream processing. Message a Model (OpenAI formatting step) Node name: Message a model Uses OpenAI (the openAiApi credential). This node can be used to reformat or normalize the agent output into consistent blocks if needed. Use the same system rules you used for the agent (the prompt/system message earlier). You can also leave this minimal if the agent already outputs structured blocks. Code Node (Parsing & structuring) Node name: Code Purpose: Split the agent/LLM text into separate job postings and extract fields with regex. Aggregate Node Node name: Aggregate Mode: aggregateAllItemData (this combines all parsed postings into a single data array so the Gmail node can loop over them) Gmail node (Send a message) Node name: Send a message sendTo: set to recipient(s) (e.g., your inbox) subject: e.g. New Jobs for this week! emailType: text (or html if you build HTML content) message (body): use the expression that loops through data and formats every posting. 3. How to test (quick steps) Set credentials in n8n (OpenAI, Tavily, Gmail). Run the Schedule Trigger manually (use the “Execute Workflow” or manually trigger nodes). Inspect the Search in Tavily node output — confirm it returns results. Inspect the AI Agent and Message a model outputs — ensure formatted postings are produced and separated by --- END JOB POSTING ---. Run the Code node — confirm it returns structured items with posting_number, job_title, requirements[], etc. Check Aggregate output: you should see a single item with data array. In Gmail node, run a test send — confirm the email receives one combined message with all postings. 4. Troubleshooting tips Gmail body shows [Array: …]: Avoid dragging the array raw — use the expression that maps data to formatted strings. Code node split error: Occurs when raw is undefined. Ensure previous node returns message.content or adjust to use $input.all() and join contents safely. Missing fields after parsing: Check LLM/agent output labels match the Code node’s regex (e.g., Job Title:). If labels differ, update regex or LLM formatting. 5. Customization ideas Filter by location or remote-only roles, or add keyword filters (seniority, stack). Send results to Google Sheets or Slack instead of/in addition to Gmail. Add an LLM summarization step to create a 1-line highlight per posting. An n8n automation workflow template by May Ramati Kroitero.

n8n Asynchronous Workflow with Wait Node POC This template contains a two-part workflow designed to demonstrate a proof-of-concept for asynchronous and parallel execution of tasks in n8n. Purpose The purpose of this template is to showcase how you can run multiple long-running tasks simultaneously without blocking your main workflow. It utilizes the "Wait For Sub-workflow Completion" option and the "Wait" node to effectively manage concurrent execution and collect results from sub-workflows via webhooks. This pattern is ideal for use cases involving batch processing or any scenario where a workflow needs to trigger multiple independent tasks and wait for all of them to report back. Setup Instructions Import: Import both the "Main Orchestrator" and "Asynchronous Worker" workflows into your n8n instance. Link Workflows: In the "Main Orchestrator" workflow, ensure the "Execute Workflow" node is correctly configured to call the "Asynchronous Worker" workflow. You can select it by its name from the dropdown menu. Configure: The template is pre-configured to run two parallel tasks with different wait durations to simulate a real-world scenario. You can adjust the parameters on the "Execute Workflow" node to test different wait times. Execution: Execute the "Main Orchestrator" workflow. You will see the workflow pause at the "Wait" nodes while the "Asynchronous Worker" workflows run in the background. Once they complete, they will call back via the webhook, allowing the main workflow to resume and summarize the results. For a detailed walkthrough of how this template works and an explanation of the underlying concepts, please read the full blog post here. An n8n automation workflow template by Viktor Klepikovskyi.

How it works This workflow runs daily to collect the latest funding round data from Crunchbase. It retrieves up to 100 recent funding events, including company, investors, funding amount, and industry details. The data is cleaned and filtered to only include rounds announced in the last 30 days. Finally, the results are saved into both Google Sheets for reporting and Airtable for structured database management. Step-by-step Trigger & Data Fetching Schedule Trigger node – Runs the workflow once a day. HTTP Request node – Calls the Crunchbase API to fetch the latest 100 funding rounds with relevant details. Data Processing Code node – Parses the raw API response into clean fields such as company name, funding type, funding amount, investors, industry, and Crunchbase URL. Filter node – Keeps only funding rounds from the last 30 days to ensure the dataset remains fresh and relevant. Storage & Outputs Google Sheets node – Appends or updates the filtered funding records in a Google Sheet for easy sharing and reporting. Airtable node – Stores the same records in Airtable for more structured, database-style organization and management. Why use this? Automates daily collection of startup funding data from Crunchbase. Keeps only the most recent and relevant records for faster insights. Ensures data is consistently stored in both Google Sheets and Airtable. Supports reporting, collaboration, and database management in one flow. An n8n automation workflow template by Avkash Kakdiya.

How It Works This workflow automates social media content creation and posting. It starts by receiving raw text input through a Webhook (for example, from LINE Bot) and saves the content into a Notion database for centralized storage. Next, GPT-4 generates platform-specific captions for Instagram, Threads, X/Twitter, and Blog. Instagram captions are prepared for automatic publishing, while Threads, X, and Blog drafts are stored in Notion for later review and manual posting. The workflow then fetches book cover images or other visuals from external APIs such as Google Books, OpenBD, or OpenLibrary. The chosen image is uploaded to Cloudinary to generate a secure, optimized URL. Finally, the Instagram Graph API is used to create a media container and publish the post automatically with the caption and image. This way, the workflow provides both automation for Instagram and reusable drafts for other platforms. Requirements Notion account with a database configured for text and captions Cloudinary account for image hosting Instagram Business account connected to the Meta Developer Platform GPT-4 (via OpenAI or LangChain node in n8n) Setup Instructions Configure the Webhook node to capture text input. Update the Notion database ID and property keys to match your schema. Add Cloudinary credentials (【cloud_name】, 【upload_preset】) in the HTTP Request node. Set 【IG_ACCESS_TOKEN】 as an environment variable. Activate the workflow and test with a sample input. Customization Adjust caption prompts for style, hashtags, or character limits. Add additional GPT nodes for more platforms. Replace or extend image sources as needed. Integrate a scheduler (Cron node) to post at specific times. Description This workflow is a practical, “dirty” solution for real-world scenarios where frontline workers keep using Excel in their daily processes. Instead of forcing change, we take their spreadsheets as-is, clean and normalize the data, generate embeddings, and store everything in Supabase. The benefit: frontline staff continue with their familiar tools, while data analysts gain clean, structured, and vectorized data ready for analysis or RAG-style AI applications. How it works Frontline workers continue with Excel** – no disruption to their daily routines. Upload & trigger** – The workflow runs when a new Excel sheet is ready. Read Excel rows** – Data is pulled from the specified workbook and worksheet. Clean & normalize** – HTML is stripped, Excel dates are fixed, and text fields are standardized. Batch & switch** – Rows are split and routed into Question/Answer processing paths. Generate embeddings** – Cleaned Questions and Answers are converted into vectors via OpenAI. Merge enriched records** – Original business data is combined with embeddings. Write into Supabase** – Data lands in a structured table (excel_records) with vector and FTS indexes. Why it’s “dirty but useful” No disruption** – frontline workers don’t need to change how they work. Analyst-ready data** – Supabase holds clean, queryable data for dashboards, reporting, or AI pipelines. Bridge between old and new** – Excel remains the input, but the backend becomes modern and scalable. Incremental modernization** – paves the way for future workflow upgrades without blocking current work. Outcome Frontline workers keep their Excel-based workflows, while data can immediately be structured, searchable, and vectorized in Supabase — enabling AI-powered search, reporting, and retrieval-augmented generation. Required setup Supabase account Create a project and enable the pgvector extension. OpenAI API Key Required for generating embeddings (text-embedding-3-small). Nested Loops with Sub-workflows Template Description This template provides a practical solution for a common n8n challenge: creating nested loops. While a powerful feature, n8n's standard Loop nodes don't work as expected in a nested structure. This template demonstrates the reliable workaround using a main workflow that calls a separate sub-workflow for each iteration. Purpose The template is designed to help you handle scenarios where you need to iterate through one list of data for every item in another list. This is a crucial pattern for combining or processing related data, ensuring your workflows are both clean and modular. Instructions for Setup This template contains both the main workflow and the sub-workflow on a single canvas. Copy the sub-workflow part of this template (starting with the Execute Sub-workflow Trigger node) and paste it into a new, empty canvas. In the Execute Sub-workflow node in the main workflow on this canvas, update the Sub-workflow field to link to the new workflow you just created. Run the main workflow to see the solution in action. For a detailed walkthrough of this solution, check out the full blog post. An n8n automation workflow template by Viktor Klepikovskyi.

Tired of manually checking your YouTube Studio every day just to see how your channel is performing? This workflow is your solution. It automates the entire process of gathering your channel's key statistics and delivers a beautiful, easy-to-read performance report directly to your Telegram chat on a schedule you set. Stay updated on your channel's growth without lifting a finger. How it Works This workflow runs on a custom schedule to give you consistent updates. Scheduled Trigger**: The workflow kicks off automatically at your chosen interval (e.g., every Monday at 6 AM). Fetch Channel Data: It makes a series of requests to the **YouTube Data & Analytics APIs to gather the latest statistics on: Channel Summary (views, watch time, subscribers, etc.) Top Performing Videos Audience Traffic Sources Audience Demographics Process & Format**: The raw data from the APIs is merged and transformed into a clean, human-readable format using Markdown and emojis. Send Telegram Report**: The final formatted summary is sent as a message to your specified Telegram chat, giving you an instant overview of your channel's performance. Setup Steps You'll need to configure credentials for Google and Telegram to get started. Configure Google API Credentials: Create an OAuth 2.0 Client ID from the Google Cloud Console. Make sure to enable the YouTube Analytics API and YouTube Data API v3. In n8n, create new Google API credentials using your Client ID and Client Secret, ensuring you add the required YouTube scopes. Configure Telegram Credentials: Create a new Telegram bot using BotFather to get your API token. Add the token to the Telegram node's credentials. Customize the Workflow: Adjust the Schedule node to set how often you want to receive the report. In the Telegram node, enter the Chat ID for the person or group you want to send the report to. EC2 Lifecycle Manager with AI Chat Agent (Describe, Start, Stop, Reboot, Terminate) Watch the demo video below: Who’s it for This workflow is designed for DevOps engineers and cloud administrators who want to manage AWS EC2 instances directly from chat platforms (Slack, Teams, Telegram, etc.) using natural language. It helps engineers quickly check EC2 instance status, start/stop servers, reboot instances, or terminate unused machines — without logging into the AWS console. How it works / What it does A chat message (command) from the engineer triggers the workflow. The EC2 Manager AI Agent interprets the request using the AI chat model and memory. The agent decides which AWS EC2 action to perform: DescribeInstances → List or check status of EC2 instances. StartInstances → Boot up stopped instances. StopInstances → Gracefully shut down running instances. RebootInstances → Restart instances without stopping them. TerminateInstances → Permanently delete instances. The selected tool (API call) is executed via an HTTP Request to the AWS EC2 endpoint. The agent replies back in chat with the result (confirmation, instance status, errors, etc.). How to set up Add Chat Trigger Connect your chatbot platform (Slack/Telegram/Teams) to n8n. Configure the “When chat message received” node. Configure OpenAI Chat Model Select a supported LLM (GPT-4, GPT-4.1, GPT-5, etc.). Add system and user prompts to define behavior (EC2 assistant role). Add Memory Use Simple Memory to keep track of context (e.g., instance IDs, region, last action). Connect EC2 API Tools Create HTTP Request nodes for: Describe Instances Start Instance Stop Instance Reboot Instance Terminate Instance Use AWS credentials with Signature V4 authentication. API endpoint: https://ec2.{region}.amazonaws.com/ Link Tools to Agent Attach all EC2 tools to the EC2 Manager AI Agent node. Ensure the agent can choose which tool to call based on user input. Requirements n8n instance** (self-hosted or cloud). Chat platform integration** (Slack, Teams, or Telegram). OpenAI (or other LLM) credentials**. AWS IAM user with EC2 permissions**: ec2:DescribeInstances ec2:StartInstances ec2:StopInstances ec2:RebootInstances ec2:TerminateInstances AWS region configured** for API calls. How to customize the workflow Add safety checks**: Require explicit confirmation before running Stop or Terminate. Region flexibility**: Add support for multi-region management by letting the user specify the region in chat. Tag-based filters**: Extend DescribeInstances to return only instances matching specific tags (e.g., env=dev). Cost-saving automation**: Add scheduled rules to automatically stop instances outside working hours. Enhanced chatbot UX**: Format responses into tables or rich messages in Slack/Teams. Audit logging**: Store each action (who/what/when) into a database or Google Sheets for compliance. An n8n automation workflow template by Trung Tran.

How it works This workflow runs a spider job in the background via Scrapyd, using a YAML config that defines selectors and parsing rules. When triggered, it schedules the spider with parameters (query, project ID, page limits, etc.). The workflow polls Scrapyd until the job finishes. Once complete, it fetches the output items, enriches them (parse JSONL, deduplicate, extract ID/part number/make/model/part name, normalize price), sorts results, and returns structured JSON. Optional debug outputs such as logs, HTML dumps, and screenshots are also collected. How to use Use the manual trigger for testing, or replace it with webhook, schedule, or other triggers. Adjust the runtime parameters (q, project_id, pages, etc.) directly in the workflow when running. The background spider config (YAML and spider code) must be updated separately — this workflow only orchestrates and enriches results, it does not define scraping logic. Requirements Scrapyd service for job scheduling & status tracking A deployed spider with a valid YAML config (adjust selectors there) JSON Lines output (items.jl) from the spider Endpoints for optional artifacts (logs, HTML, screenshots) n8n with HTTP, Wait, Code, and Aggregate nodes enabled Customising this workflow Update the YAML config if the target website structure changes Modify the enrichment code to extract different fields (e.g., categories, ratings) Adjust deduplication (cheapest, newest, or other logic) Toggle debug retrieval depending on performance/storage needs Extend webhook response to integrate with databases, APIs, or downstream workflows. Who's it for Content creators, social media managers, and marketing teams who want to automate image editing and Instagram posting workflows using AI-powered image analysis and generation. What it does This workflow automatically processes images stored in Airtable, analyzes them using AI vision models, generates optimized editing prompts, creates new variations using Google's Gemini AI, and posts the results directly to Instagram. The entire process is triggered via webhook and includes comprehensive error handling and status tracking. How it works The workflow begins when triggered via webhook with an Airtable record ID. It fetches the original image, analyzes its visual elements using GPT-4 Vision, then uses that analysis along with user-specified editing parameters (composition, lighting, style, atmosphere, color palette, text overlay) to generate an optimized prompt. Google Gemini AI then creates a new image based on these specifications, which gets uploaded back to Airtable and posted to Instagram via the Graph API. Requirements Airtable account with configured base and tables OpenAI API key for image analysis Google Gemini API key for image generation Meta Developer account with Instagram Graph API access Instagram Business account connected to Facebook Page How to set up Configure your Airtable base with the required fields: Status, Picture, Core Subject, Setting, Composition, Lighting, Style, Atmosphere, Color Palette, Text Overlay, Post Description Set up OpenAI credentials in n8n for the image analysis node Configure Google Gemini API credentials for image generation Set up Meta Graph API credentials for Instagram posting Update the Airtable base IDs and table IDs in all Airtable nodes Configure your Instagram Business Account ID in the Instagram posting nodes Test the webhook URL and ensure proper connectivity How to customize Modify the image analysis prompt in the "Analyze image" node to focus on different visual elements Adjust the Gemini generation parameters (temperature, max tokens) for different creative outputs Add additional social media platforms by duplicating the Instagram posting logic Customize error handling and status updates based on your workflow needs Add image format conversion or resizing nodes if needed for Instagram requirements. AI-Powered Invoice Extraction & Automation System Workflow Aim The aim of the Invoice Data Automation workflow is to streamline invoice processing by extracting, validating, and storing invoice details automatically. It uses AI to read invoices (from images/PDFs), structures the data in JSON, checks for missing or duplicate entries, and records the information in a Google Sheet while also uploading the original invoice to Google Drive. Additionally, it sends email notifications for successful entries, duplicates, or missing fields. Goal The goal is to: Allow users to upload invoice images/files via chat. Extract invoice data using AI and format it into a structured JSON. Validate mandatory fields like invoice_id, shop_name, date, Total, and items. Check if the invoice already exists in the Google Sheet. Append new invoices to Google Sheets and upload the original file to Google Drive. Notify the user via email about success, duplicates, or errors. This ensures that invoices are processed accurately, efficiently, and securely with minimal manual effort. Requirements The workflow relies on specific components and configurations: n8n Platform The automation is built and hosted on n8n, which orchestrates the entire workflow. Node Requirements When chat message received – Triggers the workflow when a user submits an invoice. Analyze image1 – Uses Google Gemini Vision AI to extract invoice data from the uploaded file. AI Agent1 + Google Gemini Chat Model1 – Restructures the extracted data into strict JSON format. Make data in JSON structure format – Prepares and organizes the structured output. Get data – Looks up the Google Sheet to check if the invoice already exists. check if Data exist or not in table – Decides whether to process as new data or duplicate. New data add using payload / Check Mandatory fields – Ensures invoice JSON is valid and complete. If – check missing field – Branches based on whether mandatory fields are present. no missing field – new data add using payload 2 – Passes only verified invoices forward. Append data to sheet – Saves invoice data in Google Sheets. Upload invoice to drive – Uploads the original invoice file to Google Drive. Send successful email – Notifies the user of successful entry. Duplicate entry send mail – Alerts the user if the invoice already exists. Send missing field error on mail – Sends an error email if mandatory fields are missing. Credentials Google Gemini (PaLM) API** – For AI-based invoice data extraction and formatting. Google Sheets API** – For storing structured invoice records. Google Drive API** – For uploading original invoices. Gmail API** – For sending success, duplicate, and error notifications. Input Requirements Invoice file (Image or PDF). Output Structured invoice data in Google Sheets. Original invoice stored in Google Drive. Notifications sent via Gmail (success, duplicate, or error). API Usage Google Gemini (PaLM API):** Used in Analyze image1 and AI Agent1 to extract and structure invoice data. It ensures fields like invoice_id, shop_name, date, and items are clearly formatted. Google Sheets API:** Used in Get data and Append data to sheet nodes to validate duplicates and store new invoices. Google Drive API:** Used in Upload invoice to drive to securely store the original uploaded invoice file. Gmail API:** Used in Send successful email, Duplicate entry send mail, Send missing field error on mail to notify users about the status of invoice processing. Workflow Summary The Invoice Data Automation workflow automates the entire process of invoice handling by: Receiving invoice uploads via chat. Extracting invoice details with AI (Google Gemini). Structuring and validating the data in JSON format. Checking Google Sheets for duplicates. Appending new invoices to the sheet and uploading originals to Google Drive. Sending email notifications to keep the user updated on the process outcome. What it does The job search process is filled with manual, frustrating tasks—reading endless job descriptions only to find the seniority is wrong, the role requires a language you don't speak, or a "hybrid" job has an impossible commute. This workflow acts as a personal AI assistant that automates the entire top of your job search funnel. It doesn't just find jobs; it reads the full description, checks the commute time from your home, filters by your specific criteria, and even compares the job requirements against your CV to calculate a match score. It's a personalized, decision-making engine that only alerts you to the opportunities that are a perfect fit. How it works The workflow is designed to be fully customized from a single Config node and runs in a multi-layered sequence to find and qualify job opportunities. Scrape Jobs: The workflow triggers and uses Apify to find new job postings on LinkedIn based on a list of keywords you define (e.g., "AI Workflow Engineer," "Automation Specialist"). AI Triage & Smart Filtering: For each job found, a Google Gemini AI performs an initial triage, extracting key data like the job's language, work model (Remote, Hybrid, On-site), and seniority level. The workflow then applies a series of smart filters based on your personal preferences: Language & Seniority: It discards any jobs that don't match your target language and experience level. Commute Check: For hybrid or on-site roles, it uses the Google Maps API to calculate the commute time from your home address and filters out any that exceed your maximum desired travel time. AI Deep Analysis vs. CV: For the handful of jobs that pass the initial filters, a second, more advanced Google Gemini agent performs a deep analysis. It compares the job description against your personal CV (which you paste into the config) to generate a summary, a list of key required skills, and a final match score (e.g., 8/10). Log & Alert: The final step is action. The full analysis of every qualified job is logged in a Supabase database for your records. However, only jobs with a match score above your set threshold will trigger an immediate, detailed alert in Telegram, ensuring you only focus on the best opportunities. Setup Instructions This workflow is designed for easy setup, with most personal preferences controlled from a single node. Required Credentials Apify: You will need an Apify API Token. Google Cloud: You will need credentials for a Google Cloud project with the Google AI (Gemini) and Google Maps APIs enabled. Supabase: You will need your Supabase Project URL and Service Role Key. Telegram: You will need a Telegram Bot Token and the Chat ID for the channel where you want to receive alerts. Step-by-Step Configuration Almost all customization is done in the Config node. Open it and set the following parameters to match your personal job search criteria: MyCV: Paste the full text of your CV/resume here. This is used by the AI to compare your skills against the job requirements. JobKeywords: Search keywords for jobs (e.g., "engineer", "product manager"). JobsToScrape: The maximum number of relevant job postings to scrape in each run. HomeLocation: Your home city and country (e.g., "Breda, Netherlands"). This is used as the starting point for calculating commute times for hybrid or onsite jobs. MaxCommuteMinutes: Your personal maximum one-way commute time in minutes. The workflow will filter out any jobs that require a longer travel time. TargetLanguage: Your preferred language for job postings. The workflow will filter out any jobs not written in this language. You can list multiple languages, separated by a comma. ExperienceLevel: The seniority level you are looking for. The AI will validate this against the job description. The value can be: "" → (Any) "internship" → (Internship) "entry" → (Entry Level) "associate" → (Associate) "mid_senior" → (Mid-Senior Level) "director" → (Director) "executive" → (Executive) Under10Applicants: Set to true if you only want to see jobs with fewer than 10 applicants. Set to false to see all jobs. After setting up the Config node, configure the Supabase and Telegram nodes with your specific credentials and table/chat details. How to Adapt the Template This workflow is a powerful framework for any search and qualification process. Change Job Source:* Swap the *Apify** node to scrape different job boards, or use an RSS Feed Reader node to get jobs from sites that provide feeds. Refine AI Logic:* The prompts in the two *Google Gemini** nodes are the core of the engine. You can edit them to extract different data points, change the scoring criteria, or even ask the AI to evaluate a company's culture based on the tone of the job description. Change the Database:* Replace the *Supabase* node with *Airtable, **Google Sheets, or a traditional database node like Postgres to log your results. Modify Alerts:* Change the *Telegram* node to send alerts via *Slack, **Discord, or Email. You could also add a step to automatically create a draft application or add the job to a personal CRM. Forex News Trading Result Data This n8n template simulates the results if we take every trade based on the previous workflow: https://n8n.io/workflows/8340-automated-forex-news-alert-system-with-forex-factory-and-telegram/ Use Cases Analyze which news events have a higher probability of generating profit. Decide on Take Profit and Stop Loss levels for specific currency pairs or news events. Currency Pairs EURUSD, GBPUSD, AUDUSD, NZDUSD, USDJPY, USDCHF, USDCAD, XAUUSD Limitations We use High, Low, and Live Prices from MyFxBook. These values may differ depending on the broker. Spread widening and slippage will vary across brokers. Price gaps may occur over weekends. Profit/Loss also depends on when the trade is closed. How It Works Each day, the workflow checks if the Sheets have empty High and Low Price values. It queries MyFxBook for updated High and Low Prices for Date+1 (the next trading day after opening a buy/sell position) using the HTTP Request node. The response from the HTTP Request is parsed. If new High and Low data are available, the workflow retrieves the date. It scrapes the new High and Low Price data and calculates the multiplier for the respective currency pair. Example: USDJPY prices have 3 decimals, so the multiplier is 1000. Sheets are updated with High, Low, Points Up, and Points Down. The workflow checks if the buy/sell position results in profit or loss. Example: if we have a EURUSD Buy position and Points Up > 0, then there is a possibility of profit. Points Up can be negative if the new High Price remains below the Buy position entry price. If we have a Buy position and Points Up ≤ 0, then there is a possibility of a loss. How to Use Enter all required credentials. Create or download a Google Sheets file (example): https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1OhrbUQEc_lGegk5pRWWKz5nrnMbTZGT0lxK9aJqqId4/edit?usp=drive_link Run the workflow. Requirements Enable the Google Drive API in Google Cloud Console. Provide Google Sheets credentials. Need Help? Join the Discord or ask in the Forum! Thank you!.
