Inventory Low Stock Alerts E-commerce Automation This n8n template automatically monitors your Shopify inventory levels and sends alerts when products fall below your defined threshold. Prevent stockouts and maintain sales revenue with proactive inventory management. Good to know Default threshold is 10 units but easily customizable in the Code node Monitors all product variants individually Runs daily at 9 AM but schedule is fully adjustable Only sends alerts when action is needed (no empty notifications) How it works The schedule runs daily at 9 AM and connects to Shopify to download all products and variants. The workflow loops through every product and variant, checking inventory quantity for each item. It compares current stock against your threshold (default: 10 units) and identifies items below threshold. If any low stock items are found, it creates a comprehensive list and formats an alert message. The formatted report is sent to your Slack team so they can take immediate restocking action. Set up instructions Set up Shopify credentials in n8n: API Key, Password, Shop Subdomain, and Shared Secret The schedule trigger runs daily at 9 AM but feel free to adjust timing based on your business needs Modify "lowStockThreshold" variable in the Code node (default is set to 10 units) Set up Slack credentials and create a dedicated #inventory channel for alerts Ensure your Shopify products have inventory tracking enabled in product settings Test the workflow manually to verify it correctly identifies low-stock items What team sees: "🚨 Low Stock Alert! T-Shirt Blue (Medium): 3 left Coffee Mug (White): 7 left Phone Case (Black): 2 left" Business logic: Stock above threshold equals no alert. Stock at or below threshold equals alert sent. Stock at zero equals out of stock which is critical. Customising this workflow Add email alerts for critical out-of-stock items Set different thresholds for different product categories Include supplier contact information in alerts. Tired of being let down by the Google Drive Trigger? Rather not exhaust system resources by polling every minute? Then this workflow is for you! Google drive is a great storage option for automation due to its relative simplicity, cheap costs and readily-available integrations. Using Google Drive as a trigger is the next logically step but many n8n users quickly realise the built-in Google Drive trigger just isn't that reliable. Disaster! Typically, the workaround is to poll the Google Drive search API in short intervals but the trade off is wasted server resources during inactivity. The ideal solution is of course, push notifications but they seem quite complicated to implement... or are they? This template demonstrates that setting up Google Push Notifications for Google Drive File Changes actually isn't that hard! Using this approach, Google sends a POST request every time something in a drive changes which solves reliability of events and efficiency of resources. How it works We begin with registering a Notification channel (webhook) with the Google Drive API. 2 key pieces of information is (a) the webhook URL which notifications will be pushed to and (b) because we want to scope to a single location, the driveId. Good to know that you can register as many as you like using http calls but you have to manage them yourself, there's no google dashboard for notification channels! The registration data along with the startPageToken are saved in workflowStaticData - This is a convenient persistence which we can use to hold small bits of data between executions. Now, whenever files or folders are created or updated in our target Google Drive, Google will send push notifications to our webhook trigger in this template. Once triggered, we need still need to call Google Drive's Changes.list to get the actual change events which were detected. we can do this with the HTTP request node. The Changes API will also return the nextPageToken - a marker to establish where next to get the new batch of changes. It's important that we use this token the next time we request from the changes API and so, we'll update the workflowStaticData with this updated value. Unfortunately, the changes.list API isn't able to filter change events by folder or action and so be sure to do your own set of filtering steps to get the files you want. Finally with the valid change events, optionally fetch the file metadata which gives you more attributes to play with. For example, you may want to know if the change event was triggered by n8n, in which case you'll want to check "ModifiedByMe" value. How to use Start with Step 1 and fill in the "Set Variables" node and Click on the Manual Execute Trigger. This will create a single Google Drive Notification Channel for a specific drive. Activate the workflow to start recieving events from Google Drive. To test, perform an action eg. create a file, on the target drive. Watch the webhook calls come pouring in! Once you have the desired events, finish off this template to do something with the changed files. Requirements Google Drive Credentials. Note this workflow also works on Shared Drives. Optimising This Workflow With bulk actions, you'll notice that Google gradually starts to send increasingly large amounts of push notifications - sometimes numbering in the hundreds! For cloud plan users, this could easily exhaust execution limits if lots of changes are made in the same drive daily. One approach is to implement a throttling mechanism externally to batch events before sending them to n8n. This throttling mechanism is outside the scope of this template but quite easy to achieve with something like Supabase Edge Functions. An n8n automation workflow template by Jimleuk.

This workflow is a comprehensive solution for digital marketers, performance agencies, and e-commerce brands looking to scale their creative testing process on Meta Ads efficiently. It eliminates the tedious manual work of uploading assets, creating campaigns, and setting up ads one by one. Use Case Manually launching weekly creative tests is time-consuming and prone to errors. This workflow solves that problem by creating a fully automated pipeline: from a creative asset in a folder to a complete, ready-to-launch (but paused) ad structure in your Meta Ads account. It's perfect for teams that want to: Save hours of manual work every week. Systematically test a high volume of creatives. Maintain a structured and consistent campaign naming convention. Keep a detailed log of all created assets for data-driven performance analysis. How it Works The workflow is structured into four logical blocks: 1. Configuration & Scheduling: The workflow runs on a weekly schedule. A central "Configuration" Set node at the beginning holds all key variables (Ad Account ID, Page ID, Pixel ID, making it incredibly easy to adapt the template for different projects. 2. Creative Ingestion & Processing: It scans a specific Google Drive folder for new image and video files. Using an IF node, it branches the logic based on the file type. Each file is uploaded to the Meta Ads library, and a corresponding Ad Creative is built with a pre-defined destination URL. 3. Campaign & Ad Set Assembly: The workflow creates a single new Campaign with an OUTCOME_SALES objective. It then creates a single Ad Set optimized for OFFSITE_CONVERSIONS (e.g., "Add to Cart"), using the Pixel ID from the configuration. A Merge node intelligently combines the single Ad Set ID with every creative processed in the previous block, preparing the data for the final step. 4. Ad Creation & Data Logging: The workflow iterates through the prepared data, creating a unique Ad for each creative. Upon the successful creation of each ad, a new row is appended to a Google Sheet, logging all relevant IDs (CampaignID, AdSetID, AdID, CreativeID) and metadata for a complete audit trail. Setup Instructions To use this template, you need to configure a few key nodes. 1. Credentials: Connect your Meta Ads account. Connect your Google account (for both Drive and Sheets). 2. The ⚙️ Configuration Node (Set node): This is the most important step. Open the first Set node and fill in your specific values: adAccountId: Your Meta Ad Account ID. pageId: The ID of the Facebook Page you're advertising for. pixelId: Your Meta Pixel ID for conversion tracking. 3. Google Sheets Node (Save Full Report to Sheet): Select your spreadsheet and the specific sheet where you want to save the reports. Make sure your sheet has columns with the following headers: CampaignID, AdSetID, AdID, CreativeID, FileName, MimeType, Timestamp. 4. Check URLs and IDs in HTTP Request Nodes: The template is configured to use the variables from the ⚙️ Configuration node. Double-check that the URLs in the Create Campaign, Create Ad Set, and Create ... Creative nodes correctly reference these variables (e.g., .../act_{{ $('⚙️ Configuration Meta Ads').item.json.adAccountId }}/campaigns). Verify the link in the Create Video Creative and Create Image Creative nodes points to your desired landing page. 5. Activate the Workflow: Set your desired schedule in the Schedule Trigger node. Save and activate the workflow. Further Ideas & Customization This workflow is a powerful foundation. You can easily extend it to: Create a second workflow** that runs a week later, reads the Google Sheet, and pulls performance data for all the ads created. A/B test ad copy** by adding different text variations from a spreadsheet. Add a Slack or Email notification** at the end to confirm that the weekly campaign launch was successful. Overview This workflow finds potential customers, gathers detailed info about them and their companies, and then uses AI to research them in detail and write personalized messages for LinkedIn and a series of four cold emails. All this data is organized in Google Sheets for easy tracking and use. Use Case This tool is perfect for salespeople, marketers, and business owners. It saves you a lot of time by automating lead finding, research, and email writing. This helps you send many personalized messages quickly, leading to more replies and better sales. How It Works You start by telling the workflow who you want to reach (e.g., "Marketing Agencies," "New York," "COOs"). The workflow then uses scrapers (from Apify) to find these people on Apollo.io and LinkedIn, collecting their contact details and company information. Next, an AI analyzes all this data. It creates a detailed report on each company, including what they do, their strengths, recent news, and possible challenges they face. This report helps the AI then write a friendly LinkedIn message opener and a 4-part hyper-personalised cold email series specifically for each person. These emails cover problems you can solve, success stories, and a clear next step. Finally, all the prospect details and generated messages are saved neatly in your Google Sheets. How to Set It Up Scrapers: Go to Apify, get your API Token from "API & Integrations," and put it into the scraper nodes in the workflow. Google Sheets: Copy the provided Google Sheet template. Then, add your email addresses to the "Assign Sender Email" node so the workflow can choose who sends the emails. AI (OpenAI): Add your OpenAI API Key. In the "About You" node, fill in information about your company and your skills so the AI can write super relevant messages. Test: Run the workflow using the "Enter Target Audience" form. You can set how often it runs. If you need help, check the detailed guide or email info.gainflow@gmail.com. An n8n automation workflow template by Gain FLow AI.

If the table hasn't been updated in 3 days (configurable), an email alert is sent containing the tables that are stale. Requirements You must have a Postgres database containing one or more tables that you'd like to monitor. Each table to monitor must have a date or timestamp column that tracks when data was pushed. For example, this might be: A timestamp column if your table holds event/timeseries data A last_updated column if your rows are expected to be modified Usage Use this template Add your Postgres and email credentials Adjust the Produce tables + date columns node to produce pairs of [table, date_column] that should be monitored for freshness 💁♂️ Note that a timestamp column also works (Optional) Adjust the Remove fresh tables node for your desired staleness window (default is 3 days, but you can adjust as you please) (Optional) Customize the Send alerts node to call whichever alerting workflow you please (I recommend my alerting workflow for easiest plug-and-play) How it works This template works by: Pulling the most recent row for each table Calculating how out-of-date each table is, in days Dropping fresh tables that have been updated within the past 3 days Sending an email alert with the stale tables that haven't been updated within the past 3 days. Sleeper NFL Players Sync This template uses the Sleeper API to fetch the complete list of NFL players and stores them in an Airtable base. It’s built to run daily and ensures you have the most up-to-date player list for fantasy football workflows What it Does Maintain a current player list for fantasy league automations for Sleeper app users / NFL fantasy football managers Pull Sleeper player IDs once daily instead of every request Build smarter workflows using Airtable as your structured dataset Create a subworkflow in n8n for even more Sleeper app workflows Setup Instructions Install n8n (Cloud or self-hosted) Import the template JSON Create Airtable Credentials: Generate an API key at airtable.com/account Connect your base and table (you’ll be prompted to do this in n8n) If you would like to customize how you store data please feel free to use what works best for you Match your fields with the data you're storing: player_id (text/number) full_name position team etc. Activate your workflow Remember, you can customize how you trigger this workflow and where you store the data if you choose to do so. Notes Sleeper's player API returns 6,000+ entries, including inactive players, retired players, etc. You can filter this down as needed via position, status, or metadata. Airtable record limit on the free tier is 1,000 rows per base — consider upgrading or filtering further. Be careful of rate limits: both Sleeper and Airtable have them (but this workflow stays well within safe boundaries). The Airtable node can be replaced with other data storage nodes (Google Sheets, Excel, etc) if you prefer Difficulty Rating & Comment (from the author) 2 out of 10 if this ain't you're first rodeo, respectfully. Overview This workflow automates LinkedIn posts using OpenAI. The prompts are stored in the workflow and can be customized as needed to fit your needs. The workflow uses a combination of a Schedule Trigger, some code that determines what day of the week it is (no posting Friday - Sunday), a prompts node to set your OpenAI prompts, a random selection of a prompt so that you are not generating content that looks repetitive. We send that all to OpenAI API, select a random time, have the final LinkedIn post sent to your Telegram for approval, once approved wait for the correct time slot, and then Post to your LinkedIn account using the LinkedIn node. How it works: Run or schedule the workflow in n8n The automation can be triggered manually or on a custom schedule (excluding weekends if needed). You should customize the prompts in the Prompt Node to suit your needs. A random LinkedIn post prompt is selected Pre-written prompts are rotated to keep content fresh and non-repetitive. OpenAI generates the LinkedIn post The prompt is sent to OpenAI via API, and the result is returned in clean, ready-to-use form. You receive the draft via Telegram. The post is sent to Telegram for quick approval or review. Post is scheduled or published via the LinkedIn Connector Once approved, the workflow delays until the target time, then sends the content to LinkedIn. What's needed: An OpenAPI API key, LinkedIn Account, and a Telegram Account. For Telegram you will need to configure the Bot service. Step-by-Step: Telegram Approval for Your Workflow A. Set Up a Telegram Bot Open Telegram and search for “@BotFather”. Start a chat and type /newbot to create a bot. Give your bot a name and a unique username (e.g., YourApprovalBot). Copy the API token that BotFather gives you. B. Add Your Bot to a Private Chat (with You) Find your bot in Telegram, click “Start” to activate it. Send a test message (like “hello”) so the chat is created. C. Get Your User ID Search for “userinfobot” or use sites like userinfobot in Telegram. Type /start and it will reply with your Telegram user ID. OpenAI powers the LinkedIn post creation Add Your OpenAI API Key: Log in to your OpenAI Platform account: https://platform.openai.com/. Go to API keys and create a new secret key. In n8n, create a new "OpenAI API" credential and paste your API key. Give it a name. Apply Credential to Nodes: OpenAI Message Node Connect your LinkedIn account to the Linked in Node Select your account from the LinkedIn Dropdown box. What problem does this solve? Earlier this year, as I got more involved with n8n, I committed to helping users on our community forums and the n8n subreddit. The volume of questions was growing, and I found it was a real challenge to keep up and make sure no one was left without an answer. I needed a way to quickly see what people were struggling with, without spending hours just searching for new posts. So, I built this workflow. It acts as my personal AI research assistant. Twice a day, it automatically scans Reddit and the n8n forums for me. It finds relevant questions, summarizes the key points using AI, and sends me a digest with direct links to each post. This allows me to jump straight into the conversations that matter and provide support effectively. While I built this for n8n support, you can adapt it to monitor any community, track product feedback, or stay on top of any topic you care about. It transforms noisy forums into an actionable intelligence report delivered right to your inbox. How it works Here’s the technical breakdown of my two-part system: AI Reddit Digest (Daily at 9AM / 5 PM): Fetches the latest 50 posts from a specified subreddit. Uses an AI Text Classifier to categorize each post (e.g., QUESTION, JOB_POST). Isolates the posts classified as questions and uses an AI model to generate a concise summary for each. Formats the original post link and its new summary into an email-friendly format and sends the digest. AI n8n Forum Digest (Daily at 9AM / 5 PM): Scrapes the n8n community forum to get a list of the latest post links. Processes each link individually, fetching the full post content. Filters these posts to keep only those containing a specific keyword (e.g., "2025"). Summarizes the filtered posts using an AI model. Combines the original post link with its AI summary and sends it in a separate email report. Set up steps This workflow is quite powerful and requires a few configurations. Setup should take about 15 minutes. Add Credentials: First, add your credentials for your AI provider (like OpenRouter) and your email service (like Gmail or SMTP) in the Credentials section of your n8n instance. Configure Reddit Digest: In the Get latest 50 reddit posts node, enter the name of the Subreddit you want to follow. Fine-tune the AI's behavior by editing the prompt in the Summarize Reddit Questions node. (Optional) Add more examples to the Text Classifier node to improve its accuracy. Configure n8n Forum Digest: In the Filter 2025 posts node, change the keyword to track topics you're interested in. Edit the prompt in the Summarize n8n Forum Posts node to guide the AI's summary style. Activate Workflow: Once configured, just set the workflow to Active. It will run automatically on schedule. You can also trigger it manually with the When clicking 'Test workflow' node. An n8n automation workflow template by Julian Kaiser.

🤝🖊️🤖 This workflow automates the process of retrieving meeting transcripts from Fireflies.ai, extracting and summarizing relevant content using Google Gemini, and sending or drafting well-formatted summaries and emails via Gmail. Fireflies is an AI-powered meeting assistant that automatically records, transcribes, and summarizes meetings. It integrates with popular video conferencing tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, helping teams capture key insights and action items without manual note-taking. This workflow automates meeting recap generation, from email detection to AI-powered summarization and delivery. Key Benefits 💡 Automated Insight Extraction**: Uses AI (OpenAI & Gemini) to extract and summarize key insights from meetings automatically. 📩 Instant Client Communication**: Generates ready-to-send meeting summaries and drafts without human intervention. 📥 Email Monitoring**: Listens to Gmail for specific meeting recap messages and reacts accordingly. 🔗 Seamless Fireflies Integration**: Dynamically pulls transcript data 🧠 Dual AI Models**: Combines the strengths of OpenAI and Gemini for rich, contextual summaries in multiple formats. 🛠 Modular Design**: Easily customizable and extensible for adding more destinations (e.g., Slack, Notion, CRM). 🧑💼 Ideal for Teams & Consultants**: Great for sales teams, project managers, or consultants who handle multiple client meetings daily. How It Works Trigger: The workflow starts with a Gmail Trigger node that monitors incoming emails with the subject "Your meeting recap". It checks for new emails every hour. Alternatively, it can be manually triggered using the "When clicking ‘Execute workflow’" node for testing. Alternatively, via Webhook. Email Processing: The "Get a message" node fetches the full email content. The "Set Meeting link" node extracts the meeting link from the email. The "Information Extractor" (powered by OpenAI) processes the email text to identify the meeting URL. Transcript Retrieval: A Code node parses the meeting ID from the URL. The "Get a transcript" node (Fireflies.ai integration) fetches the full meeting transcript using the extracted meeting ID. Transcript Processing: The "Set sentences" and "Set summary" nodes extract structured data (sentences, short summary, overview) from the transcript. The "Full transcript" node combines all transcript segments into a readable format. AI Summarization & Email Generation: Google Gemini models analyze and summarize the transcript in Italian ("Expert Meeting transcripts") and generate a client-friendly recap ("Meeting summary expert"). The "Email writer" node combines summaries into a cohesive email draft. The Markdown to HTML nodes format the content for email readability. Output: A "Draft email to client" node prepares the final recap. Two Gmail nodes ("Send Full meeting summary" and "Send a message1") dispatch the summaries to the specified recipient. Set Up Steps Configure Credentials: Ensure the following credentials are set up in n8n: Fireflies.ai API (for transcript retrieval). Gmail OAuth2 (for email triggering/sending). OpenAI API (for initial text extraction). Google Gemini (PaLM) (for summarization). Adjust Nodes: Update the "Gmail Trigger" node with the correct email filter (subject:Your meeting recap). Replace YOUR_EMAIL in the Gmail Send nodes with the recipient’s address. Verify the Code nodes (e.g., meeting ID extraction) match your URL structure. Deploy: Activate the workflow. Test using the Manual Trigger or wait for the Gmail trigger to execute automatically. Optional Customization: Modify the Google Gemini prompts for different summary styles. Adjust the email templates in the final Gmail nodes. Need help customizing? Contact me for consulting and support or add me on Linkedin. An n8n automation workflow template by Davide Boizza.

How It Works ⚙️ Imagine a relentless, intelligent sales assistant working for you 24/7. That's exactly what this system is. It takes the grueling, manual work of outreach and transforms it into a precision-guided, automated process that wins clients. Your Target Identified & Profiled: You simply tell the system who you're looking for. Our first AI brain dives deep, scouring LinkedIn and the web to find your ideal prospects, pulling in every crucial detail about them – from their recent posts to their company's latest moves. No more endless searching. Hyper-Personalized Messages, Crafted Just For Them: This is where the magic happens. A series of smart AI agents take all that rich data and write your emails. They craft opening lines that instantly grab attention by referencing something specific to your prospect. They tailor your value proposition to hit their exact pain points. They even generate subject lines that get opened and calls-to-action that get clicked. It feels like you wrote every email by hand, but it's all automatic. Strategic Multi-Touch Outreach: Your perfectly crafted email goes out. Then, the system intelligently tracks engagement. If there's no reply, it doesn't give up. It automatically sends follow-ups, each one uniquely generated by AI to re-engage, adding new value or a gentle nudge, until you get that crucial response. Your Pipeline, Optimized: Every action is logged in your database. You see exactly who's been contacted, their status, and when the next touchpoint is. This isn't just sending emails; it's building a predictable, efficient revenue machine that fuels your growth without you lifting a finger. This system isn't just automating tasks; it's automating revenue. Setup Steps 🛠️ Getting this powerhouse running is straightforward. Follow these steps, and you'll be on your way to revolutionizing your outreach. Prep Your Prospect List & Database: Start with a simple list of your target prospects (Company Name, Website, Prospect Name, LinkedIn URL). Create a clean Google Sheet (or Airtable base) to serve as your central database. Set up columns for everything: Name, Email, Company, LinkedIn URL, Status, Follow-Up Count, etc. This is where all the magic gets tracked. Get Your Digital Tools Ready: Apify API Key: You'll need an Apify account and an API key for the powerful LinkedIn scraping. Hunter.io API Key: Secure your Hunter.io API key to accurately find professional email addresses. OpenAI API Key: This is the brain behind the operation. Get your OpenAI API key for GPT-4 access. Gmail / SendGrid / Your Email Service Credentials: Connect your email sending platform so the system can fire off those personalized messages. Slack Credentials (Optional): If you want your team to get instant notifications about replies, have your Slack bot token ready. Build Your Report Template (Google Docs): Create a Google Docs template for any reports or internal summaries you might want to generate. You'll add special placeholders ({{ }} ) where the AI will inject data. Import & Connect: Import the n8n workflow JSON (you'll get this from us!). Connect all your prepared credentials inside n8n. It’s like plugging in the power cords for your new sales machine. Customize Your Strategy: Refine the AI Prompts: This is key! Tweak the OpenAI nodes' instructions to perfectly match your brand voice, your unique value proposition, and the specific nuances of your outreach strategy. This is where you infuse your expertise into the AI. Adjust Follow-Up Timing: Decide how many days to wait between follow-ups and how many follow-ups you want to send. It's fully flexible. Launch & Watch It Work: Hit 'Save' and then 'Activate' your workflow. Run your first test with a few prospects. Watch as the system researches, crafts, sends, and tracks, all on autopilot. Stop leaving money on the table. This is your chance to automate your growth. Start building now!. An n8n automation workflow template by Marth - Business Automation.

Gold Price Alert This workflow template, "Gold Price Alert," is designed to monitor gold prices at regular intervals and send real-time notifications via LINE when the price exceeds a specified threshold. By leveraging the power of web scraping and automated alerts, this template ensures you stay informed about significant changes in gold prices without manual intervention. Whether you're an investor, trader, or simply someone interested in tracking gold prices, this workflow provides a reliable and customizable solution for staying updated. Who Is This Template For? Investors & Traders: Who want to monitor gold prices and receive alerts when the price reaches a specific threshold. Financial Analysts: Looking for automated tools to track commodity prices. Businesses: Operating in industries where gold prices impact operations or profitability. Automation Enthusiasts: Seeking to build workflows that combine web scraping, data processing, and messaging platforms. What Problem Does This Workflow Solve? Tracking gold prices manually can be time-consuming and prone to oversight, especially if you’re monitoring multiple sources or need alerts for specific thresholds. This workflow solves that problem by: Automatically checking gold prices every 6 hours using a schedule trigger. Extracting the latest price from a trusted source (e.g., Gold Traders Association ). Sending instant notifications via LINE when the price exceeds a predefined threshold (e.g., 52,300 THB). Reducing the need for constant manual checks while ensuring timely updates. What This Workflow Does 1) Scheduled Trigger: The workflow is triggered every 6 hours to check the current gold price. 2) Fetch Webpage Content: It retrieves the HTML content of the webpage displaying the latest gold prices. 3) Extract Price Data: Using CSS selectors, the workflow extracts the relevant price data (e.g., buying price) from the HTML content. 4) Filter Prices: The extracted price is converted into a numeric format and compared against a predefined threshold (e.g., 52,300 THB). Alerts are only sent if the price exceeds this value. 5) Send Notification via LINE: If the condition is met, the workflow sends a notification to your LINE account with the current gold price. Setup Guide Pre-Requisites Access to the LINE Developers Console to configure your API Access Token Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS selectors for extracting data from webpages. Familiarity with n8n workflows and JSON formatting. Step-by-Step Setup 1) Configure the Schedule Trigger: Set the interval to 6 hours or adjust it based on your preference. 2) Set Up Webpage Fetching: Update the URL in the HTTP Request node to point to the webpage containing the gold price data. 3) Extract Price Data: Use the HTML Extractor node to specify the CSS selector for the price element (e.g., #DetailPlace_uc_goldprices1_lblBLBuy). 4) Set Price Threshold: Modify the threshold value in the If node to match your desired alert level (e.g., 52,300 THB). 5) Configure LINE Push API: Replace the placeholder to field in the Send Line Message node with your LINE user ID to ensure notifications are sent to the correct account. Test the Workflow: Run the workflow manually to verify that it fetches the price, evaluates the condition, and sends notifications correctly. How to Customize This Workflow to Your Needs Change the Interval: Adjust the schedule trigger to check prices more or less frequently (e.g., hourly or daily). Monitor Multiple Prices: Extend the workflow to extract and compare additional price points (e.g., selling price, international rates). Integrate Other Platforms: Replace the LINE notification with integrations for Telegram, email, or SMS. Expand Use Cases: Adapt the workflow to track other commodities or financial indicators by modifying the webpage URL and CSS selectors. Why Use This Template? Real-Time Alerts: Stay informed about significant changes in gold prices without manual intervention. Customizable Thresholds: Set your own price thresholds to receive alerts tailored to your needs. Easy Integration: Seamlessly integrates with LINE for quick setup and minimal maintenance. Scalable: Easily extend the workflow to monitor multiple data points or integrate with other platforms. ✅ What problem does this workflow solve? Many websites lack a smart, searchable interface. Visitors often leave due to unanswered questions. This workflow transforms any website into a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) chatbot—automatically extracting content, creating embeddings, and enabling real-time, context-aware chat on your own site. ⚙️ What does this workflow do? Accepts a website URL through a form trigger. Fetches and cleans website content. Parses content into smaller sections. Generates vector embeddings using OpenAI (or your embedding model). Stores embeddings and metadata in Supabase’s vector database. When a user asks a question: Searches Supabase for relevant chunks via similarity search. Retrieves matching content as context. Sends context + question to OpenAI to generate an accurate answer. Returns the AI-generated response to the user in the chat interface. 🔧 Setup Instructions 🖥️ Website Form Trigger Use a Form / HTTP Trigger to submit website URLs for indexing. 📥 Content Extraction & Chunking Use HTTP nodes to fetch HTML. Clean and parse it (e.g., remove scripts, ads). Use a Function node to split into manageable text chunks. 🧠 Embedding Generation Call OpenAI (or Cohere) to generate embeddings for each chunk. Insert vectors and metadata into Supabase via its API or n8n Supabase node. 💬 User Query Handling Use a Chat Trigger (webhook/UI) to receive user questions. Convert the question into an embedding. Query Supabase with similarity search (e.g., match_documents RPC). Retrieve top-matching chunks and feed them into OpenAI with the user question. Return the reply to the user. 🛠 AI & Database Setup OpenAI API key** for embedding and chat. A Supabase project with: vector extension enabled Tables for document chunks and embeddings A similarity search function like match_documents 💬 How to Embed the Chat Widget on Your Website You can add the chatbot interface to your website with a simple JavaScript snippet. Steps: Open the "When chat message received" node Copy Chat URL Make sure, "Make Chat Publicly Available "Toggle is enabled Make sure the mode is "Embedded Chat" Follow the instructions given on this package here. 🧠 How it Works Submit URL → Form Trigger Fetch Website Content → HTTP Request Clean & Chunk Content → Function Node Make Embeddings (OpenAI/Cohere) Store in Supabase → embeddings + metadata User Chat → Chat Trigger Search for Similar Content → Supabase similarity match Generate Answer → OpenAI completion w/ context Send Reply → Chat interface returns answer 🗂 Why Supabase? Supabase offers a scalable Postgres-based vector database with extensions like pgvector, making it easy to: Store vector data alongside metadata Run ANN (Approximate Nearest Neighbor) similarity searches Integrate seamlessly with n8n and your chatbot UI :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1} 👤 Who can use this? 📝 Documentation websites 👩💼 Support portals 🏢 Product/Landing pages 🛠 Internal knowledge bases Perfect for anyone who wants a smart, website-specific chatbot without building an entire AI stack from scratch. 🚀 Ready to Deploy? Plug in your: ✅ OpenAI API Key ✅ Supabase project credentials ✅ Chat UI or webhook endpoint … and launch your AI-powered, website-specific RAG chatbot in minutes!. Quickly transform any LinkedIn profile URL into a concise, AI‑generated professional summary — perfect for recruiters, sales teams, and hiring managers who need instant insights into prospects or candidates without manual research. How it works The workflow polls a Google Sheet for new or updated rows containing LinkedIn profile URLs. For each URL, the Real‑Time LinkedIn Scraper API (via RapidAPI) pulls experience and education sections. Extracted profile data is sent to OpenAI’s GPT model, which generates a clean, structured summary highlighting key strengths, career trajectory, and differentiators. The generated summary is written back into a new column in the same row of your Google Sheet for easy review and sharing. Set up steps Connect your Google account and select the spreadsheet + worksheet containing your list of LinkedIn URLs. Sign up for the Real‑Time LinkedIn Scraper API on RapidAPI, copy your API key, and add it to the workflow’s HTTP Request node. Insert your OpenAI API key credentials. Ensure your Google Sheet has one column for “linkedin_url” and create two empty columns named “full_name” and "summary" (or customize them based on your needs). Run a single row through the workflow to verify scraping accuracy and summary formatting, then turn on the workflow for continuous automation. With this template, eliminate hours of manual profile review — instantly gain actionable insights and focus on what really matters: building relationships and closing deals. This workflow contains community nodes that are only compatible with the self-hosted version of n8n. Using the serial number for assets, this workflow will create a ticket with the subject "Found duplicate Serial Numbers" with a list of all of the duplicate assets for a technician to review and merge. Duplicate assets causes incorrect billing (if customers are billed based on asset counts), and additional overhead when reviewing the history of assets when that history is spread across multiple instances. Note: Due to limitations of the Syncro API, automatically merging duplicate assets is not possible. How it works: Get a list of all assets in Syncro and summarize the list based on the Customer ID, Asset Type, and Asset Serial Create a new ticket listing all of the duplicate assets Set up steps: Install the Syncro RMM community node Connect a Syncro RMM account* Open the "Create a ticket" node and update the customer ID *See Syncro RMM Community Node documentation for details about how to get a Syncro API key and what permissions the Syncro API key needs. How it Works: Trigger: The workflow is triggered by a webhook, initiated by an Airtable automation. This automation sends the Book or Chapter record ID and the desired action (e.g., "Generate Book Details," "Generate Chapters," "Generate Chapter Research," "Generate Chapter Content"). Action Routing: A "Switch" node directs the workflow based on the action query parameter received from the webhook. This determines which part of the book creation process will be executed. Data Retrieval: The workflow fetches the relevant book or chapter data from Airtable using the provided recordId. AI Processing: Book Details Generation: If the action is "Generate Book Details," an AI Agent (powered by a Large Language Model (LLM) like Google Gemini and the Perplexity search tool) researches the book idea. It focuses on crafting a compelling book description, identifying the target audience, and conducting general book research to maximize bestseller potential. The research brief is then saved back to Airtable. Chapter Generation: If the action is "Generate Chapters," an LLM generates 7-10 chapter titles and descriptions based on the book idea and previous research. A structured output parser ensures the chapter data is in the correct format. The chapters are then split into individual items and saved as separate records in the "Chapter" table in Airtable, linked to the main book record. Chapter Research Generation: If the action is "Generate Chapter Research," another AI Agent conducts in-depth research on a specific chapter, using the Perplexity search tool multiple times. It focuses on finding stories, case studies, historical events, and expert perspectives to make the chapter engaging and credible. The research is saved back to the "Chapter" record in Airtable. Chapter Content Generation: If the action is "Generate Chapter Content," an LLM writes the full content of the chapter, using the research gathered in the previous step, the overall book research, and the chapter description. The generated content is saved back to the "Chapter" record in Airtable. Airtable Updates: In each of the AI processing steps, the workflow updates the corresponding Airtable record (either "Book" or "Chapter") with the generated results (research, chapter details, or content) and sets the "Action" field back to "Idle." Set Up Steps: Airtable Setup (Estimated time: 10-15 minutes): Copy the Airtable base blueprint: https://airtable.com/appfkz4KUlKvOjtbp/shra78TlDfqLRdSfT. This will create the "Book" and "Chapter" tables with the necessary fields. In the "Book" table, create three Airtable Automations: Trigger: When a record matches conditions -> Action is Generate Book Details Action: Run a script. Use the following script: let autoRoute = input.config(); await fetch(autoRoute.webhookUrl + "?recordId=" + autoRoute.recordId + "&action=" + autoRoute.action); In the script action's configuration, add three "Input variables": webhookUrl (map it to your n8n webhook URL, obtained in the next step) recordId (map it to the Airtable record ID) action (map it to Action) Repeat this process to create two more automations in the "Book" table, identical except triggered when Action is Generate Chapters, respectively. In the "Chapter" table, create two Airtable Automations: Trigger: When a record matches conditions -> Action is Generate Chapter Research Action: Run a script (use the same script as above, with the same input variables). Create a second automation, identical except triggered when Action is Generate Chapter Content. n8n Setup (Estimated time: 15-20 minutes): Import the provided JSON workflow into n8n. Webhook Node: Copy the "Test URL" from the Webhook node. This is the webhookUrl you'll use in the Airtable automations. Important: Once you've tested and are ready to go live, switch to the "Production URL." Airtable Nodes: Configure all Airtable nodes (there are eight). You'll need to connect your Airtable account using OAuth 2. Select the correct Base ("Book Agency \[v1] Cobuild" or whatever you named it) and Table ("Book" or "Chapter") for each node. The field mappings are already defined in the template, but double-check them. LLM Nodes (Google Gemini & OpenAI): Connect your Google Gemini and OpenAI accounts to the respective LLM nodes. You'll need API keys for both. You may also configure different LLM Models. Perplexity Nodes Connect your Perplexity AI API to the Perplexity nodes. You'll need API keys for that. Activate the workflow. Testing (Estimated Time: 5-10 minutes): Go to your Airtable "Book" table. Create a New Record. Fill in the "Idea" field with a book concept. Change the "Action" field to "Generate Book Details". The Airtable automation should trigger, sending a request to your n8n webhook. Monitor the n8n execution log to see the workflow in action. Check the Airtable record to see if the "Research" field is populated. Repeat the testing for Generate Chapters, Generate Chapter Research and Generate Chapter Content.
