Automate Telegram Chat Responses Using Google Gemini By WeblineIndia* ⚡ TL;DR (Quick Steps) Create a Telegram bot using @BotFather and copy the API Token. Obtain Google Gemini API Key via Google Cloud. Set up the n8n workflow: Trigger: Telegram message received. AI Model: Google Gemini generates response. Output: AI reply sent back to user via Telegram. Customize the system prompt, model, or message handling to suit your use case. 🧠 Description This n8n workflow enables seamless automation of real-time chat replies in Telegram by integrating with Google Gemini's Chat Model. Every time a user sends a message to your Telegram bot, the workflow routes it through the Gemini AI, which analyzes and crafts a professional response. This reply is then automatically delivered back to the user. The setup acts as a lightweight but powerful chatbot system — ideal for businesses, customer service, or even personal productivity bots. You can easily modify its tone, intelligence level, or logging mechanisms to cater to specific domains such as sales, tech support, or general Q&A. 🎯 Purpose of the Workflow The primary goal of this workflow is to automate intelligent, context-aware chat responses in Telegram using a robust AI model. AI Chatbot with Conditional Execution for Cost Efficiency Description This n8n workflow implements an AI-powered chatbot that only runs when a chat is initiated on a website. By introducing a conditional step, the workflow ensures that AI tokens are not consumed unnecessarily, making it a cost-efficient and resource-optimized solution. The chatbot, named Sophia, serves as an interactive assistant for SyncBricks. It helps users with guest posting services, YouTube review videos, IT consultancy, and online courses while collecting user details step by step. The chatbot ensures that inquiries are properly logged and confirmed before proceeding to AI-driven responses. This template is ideal for businesses, service providers, and content creators who want to optimize AI token usage while delivering personalized, interactive engagement with their users. Features Conditional Execution – The AI chatbot only activates when a chat is initiated, avoiding unnecessary API calls. AI-Powered Conversations – Uses Google Gemini AI to generate human-like responses. Step-by-Step Data Collection – Ensures structured user input, requesting name, email, and request type sequentially. This template processes webhooks received from amoCRM in a URL-encoded format and transforms the data into a structured array that n8n can easily interpret. By default, n8n does not automatically parse URL-encoded webhook payloads into usable JSON. This template bridges that gap, enabling seamless data manipulation and integration with subsequent processing nodes. Key Features: Input Handling: Processes URL-encoded data received from amoCRM webhooks. Data Transformation: Converts complex, nested keys into a structured JSON array. Ease of Use: Simplifies access to specific fields for further workflow automation. Setup Guide: Webhook Trigger Node: Configure the Webhook Trigger node to receive data from amoCRM. URL-Encoding Parsing: Use the provided nodes to transform the input URL-encoded data into a structured array. Access Transformed Data: Use the resulting JSON structure for subsequent nodes in your workflow, such as filtering, updating records, or triggering external systems. Example Data Transformation: Sample Input (URL-Encoded): The following input format is typically received from amoCRM: $json.body'leads[updatecustom_fields[id]'] Output (Structured JSON): After processing, the data is transformed into an easily accessible JSON array format: {{ $json.leads.update[‘0’].id }} This output allows you to work with clean, structured JSON, simplifying field extraction and workflow continuation. Code Explanation: This workflow parses URL-encoded key-value pairs using n8n nodes to restructure the data into a nested JSON object. By doing so, the template improves transparency, ensures data integrity, and makes further automation tasks straightforward. An n8n automation workflow template by Aleksandr.

Syncs assignments and completion states to and fro between Canvas LMS and a Notion database. Automatically triggers every 2 hours during the schoolday by default (meaning 7 times a day), but also supports manual refreshing via webhooks. Setup You'll need a few things to get started: A Canvas API key. You can generate one by going to your Canvas account settings and clicking on the "New Access Token" button. The URL looks like https://canvas.wisc.edu/profile/settings You'll also need to replace URLs in Canvas nodes with your institution's domain, unless you're a student at UW-Madison. Canvas nodes are all the HTTP Request nodes except the one labelled "OpenAI Categorization", which is an OpenAI node and will require a key in a later step. A Notion integration token. You can find this by going to your Notion integrations page and clicking "Create new integration". You can make it a "Internal Integration". A Notion database to sync to. I made a template for use with the workflow, but you can use any database that has the following fields: Status (status): Status with at least the options "Not Started" and "Completed" - assignments start out "Not Started", and are marked "Completed" when they are submitted on Canvas. Estimate (select): Select with at least the options "XS", "S", "M", "L", "XL" - this is where the estimated time to complete the assignment will be stored. Even if you don't use AI, they'll start out as "M" Priority (select): Select with at least the options "Could Do", "Should Do", "Must Do" - assignments start out "Should Do" ID (text): this is where the ID of the assignment will be stored. We use this to sync without having a database on the server Due Date (date): this is where the due date of the assignment will be stored Class (text): this is where the name of the class will be stored Link (URL): this is where the link to the assignment will be stored The ID of the Notion database you want to sync to. You can find this by clicking "Share" in the top right of your database and copying the link. The ID is the part of the link that comes after https://www.notion.so/ and before ?v=. So for https://www.notion.so/tsuniiverse/1976e99d91128076b034e7379464560f?v=1976e99d911281e7bd4b000c2cbec692&pvs=4, the ID would be 1976e99d91128076b034e7379464560f. An OpenAI key for assignment length estimation or disable the node. Manual Refreshing Embed the production URL from the Webhook Trigger inside a "toggle list" or "toggle heading" inside Notion, then expand the heading to refresh, like so:. How it Works ⚙️ This workflow is your agency’s secret weapon. It’s a multi-AI-agent system that automates the entire process of competitor and market research, providing you with a complete strategic analysis in minutes. Digital Reconnaissance (Agent 1): The workflow is triggered with a client's business name and industry. The first AI agent, powered by Apify, immediately begins a deep dive into the market to identify and scrape data on the client’s top competitors. Strategic Analysis (Agent 2): All the raw data from Agent 1 is sent to the second AI agent, powered by OpenAI (GPT-4). This agent performs a sophisticated analysis to summarize competitor messaging, identify their audience, and generate a full SWOT analysis for your client. Report & Strategy Generation (Agent 3): A third AI agent, also using OpenAI, takes the strategic analysis and writes a professional, persuasive report. This report is then automatically populated into a pre-designed Google Docs template, ready for review. Instant Delivery: The final report is automatically sent to your internal team via Slack, allowing you to start your strategy meeting almost instantly after the workflow is triggered. Setup Steps 🛠️ Get Your Apify Actor: Log in to Apify and find a suitable Actor for web scraping (e.g., Google Search Results Scraper). Copy the Actor ID to use in the n8n workflow. Overview This n8n workflow automates the process of sending a daily weather report for a specified city directly to your email inbox. It's a simple yet effective way to stay informed about the weather without manually checking. How It Works This workflow operates in four main steps: Daily Schedule Trigger: The workflow begins with a Cron node, which acts as a scheduler. It's configured to trigger the workflow automatically at a specific time each day (e.g., every morning at 8:00 AM). Fetch Weather Data: Next, an HTTP Request node is used to interact with the OpenWeatherMap API. This node constructs a URL to query the API for current weather conditions in a specified city (e.g., "London"). It includes parameters like units=metric (for Celsius temperatures) and your unique appid (API key) for authentication with OpenWeatherMap. Format Weather Report: A Code node receives the raw JSON weather data from the OpenWeatherMap API. Inside this node, JavaScript code extracts relevant information such as city name, weather description, temperature (current and "feels like"), humidity, and wind speed. It then formats this information into a human-readable text string, creating the actual weather report message. Send Email Report: Finally, a Gmail node takes the formatted weather report from the Code node. It uses your configured Gmail credentials to send an email to your specified recipient address. The email's subject line dynamically includes the city name, and the body contains the full formatted weather report. Setup Steps To get this workflow up and running, follow these instructions: Step 1: Get Your OpenWeatherMap API Key Go to the OpenWeatherMap website. Sign up for a free account if you don't already have one. Once logged in, navigate to the "API keys" section of your profile. Copy your unique API key. You will need this in Step 4. Step 2: Create Gmail Credentials in n8n In your n8n instance, click on Credentials in the left sidebar. Click New Credential. Search for and select "Gmail OAuth2 API" or "Gmail API" (OAuth2 is generally preferred). Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your Gmail account. This usually involves clicking an "Authenticate with Google" button and granting n8n the necessary permissions. Save the credential. Make note of the Credential Name (e.g., "My Gmail Account"). There's a clear need for an easier way to manage attendee photos from live events, as current processes for collecting, sharing, and categorizing them are inefficient. n8n can indeed help to solve this challenge by providing the data input interface via its forms and orchestrate AI-powered classification of images using AI nodes. However, in some cases - say you run regular events or with high attendee counts - the volume of photos may result in unsustainably high inference fees (token usage based billing) which could make the project unviable. To work around this, Featherless.ai is an AI/LLM inference service which is subscription-based and provides unlimited tokens instead. This means costs are essentially capped for AI usage offering greater control and confidence on AI project budgets. Check out the final result here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TpXQyhUq6tB8MLJ3maeWwswjut9wERZ8pSk_3kKhc58/edit?usp=sharing How it works A form trigger is used share a form interface to guests to upload their photos from their device. The photos are in one branch, are optimised in size before sending to a vision-capable LLM to classify and categorise against a set list of tags. The model inference service is provided by Featherless and takes advantage of their unlimited token usage subscription plan. The photos in another branch are copied into Google Drive for later reference. Once both branches are complete, the classification results and Google Drive link are appended to a Google Sheets table allowing for quick sorting and filtering of all photos. How to use Use this workflow to gain an incredible productivity boost for social media work. When all photos are organised and filter-ready, editors spend a fraction of the time to get community posts ready and delivered. Sharing the completed Google sheet with attendees helps them to better share memories within their own social circles. Requirements FeatherLess.ai) account for Open Source Multimodal LLMs and unlimited token usage. Google Drive for file storage Google Sheet for organising photos into categories Customising this workflow Feel free to refine the form with custom styles to match your branding. Swap out Google services with equivalents to match your own environment. eg. Sharepoint and Excel. An n8n automation workflow template by Jimleuk.

Generating contextual summaries is an token-intensive approach for RAG embeddings which can quickly rack up costs if your inference provider charges by token usage. Featherless.ai is an inference provider with a different pricing model - they charge a flat subscription fee (starting from $10) and allows for unlimited token usage instead. If you're typically spending over $10 - $25 a month, you may find Featherless to be a cheaper and more manageable option for your projects or team. For this template, Featherless's unlimited token usage is well suited for generating contextual summaries at high volumes for a majority of RAG workloads. LLM: moonshotai/Kimi-K2-Instruct Embeddings: models/gemini-embedding-001 How it works A large document is imported into the workflow using the HTTP node and its text extracted via the Extract from file node. For this demonstration, the UK highway code is used an an example. Each page is processed individually and a contextual summary is generated for it. The contextual summary generation involves taking the current page, preceding and following pages together and summarising the contents of the current page. This summary is then converted to embeddings using Gemini-embedding-001 model. Note, we're using a http request to use the Gemini embedding API as at time of writing, n8n does not support the new API's schema. These embeddings are then stored in a Qdrant collection which can then be retrieved via an agent/MCP server or another workflow. How to use Replace the large document import with your own source of documents such as google drive or an internal repo. Replace the manual trigger if you want the workflow to run as soon as documents become available. If you're using Google Drive, check out my Push notifications for Google Drive template. Expand and/or tune embedding strategies to suit your data. You may want to additionally embed the content itself and perform multi-stage queries using both. Requirements Featherless.ai Account and API Key Gemini Account and API Key for Embeddings Qdrant Vector store Customising this workflow Sparse Vectors were not included in this template due to scope but should be the next step to getting the most our of contextual retrieval. Be sure to explore other models on the Featherless.ai platform or host your own custom/finetuned models. An n8n automation workflow template by Jimleuk.

How It Works ⚙️ This workflow is a comprehensive, multi-AI-agent system that acts as a virtual property analysis team. It automates the entire process from initial data research to final report delivery. Data Research (AI Agent 1): The workflow is triggered by an input of a property address. The first AI agent, powered by Google Search, immediately scours the web to gather all relevant public data, including historical sales data, local rental prices, and nearby amenities. Market Analysis (AI Agent 2): All the raw data from the first agent is consolidated. A second AI agent, powered by OpenAI, then performs a deep, intelligent analysis. It identifies key insights, calculates potential rental yield, and assigns a definitive "Investment Score." Report Generation (AI Agent 3): A third AI agent, also using OpenAI, takes the structured analysis and writes a professional, persuasive report. The report is then automatically populated into a pre-designed Google Docs template, ensuring a polished and professional look. Database Logging & Delivery: The final report is automatically converted to a PDF and sent to the client via Gmail. Simultaneously, the key findings (address, score, key takeaways) are logged into an Airtable database for quick reference and tracking. How to Set Up 🛠️ Import the Workflow: Copy the provided workflow JSON and import it into your n8n instance. Configure Credentials: Google Search: Add your API Key. OpenAI: Add your API Key. Google Docs: Add your OAuth2 credential. Airtable: Add your API Key and token. Gmail: Add your OAuth2 credential. Customize Workflow Nodes: Node 6 (Google Docs): Create a new Google Doc to serve as your report template. Use placeholders like {{ report_content }} and {{ property_address }} to define where the AI-generated text will go. Then, copy the document ID from the URL and paste it into this node's parameters. Node 7 (Airtable): Replace [YOUR AIRTABLE BASE ID] and Property Reports with your specific Airtable base and table names. Ensure your table has columns that match the data you are sending (Property Address, Investment Score, etc.). Save & Activate: Once all settings and credentials are configured, save the workflow and click the "Inactive" toggle in the top-right corner to make it live. 🤖 Automated SEO Audit with a Team of AI Specialists This workflow performs a comprehensive, automated monthly SEO and performance audit for any website. It uses a "team" of specialized AI agents to analyze data from multiple sources, aggregates their findings, and generates a final strategic report. Every month, it automatically fetches data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google PageSpeed Insights, and also performs a live crawl of the target website's homepage. Key Features Fully Automated**: Runs on a schedule to deliver monthly reports without manual intervention. Multi-Source Analysis**: Gathers data from four key marketing sources for a 360° view. AI Agent Team**: Uses a sophisticated multi-agent system where each AI specializes in one area (Analytics, Performance, Technical SEO). Master Analyst**: A final AI agent synthesizes all specialist reports into a single, actionable strategic plan. Automated Storage**: All individual and final reports are automatically saved to a designated Google Sheet. ⚙️ Setup Instructions To use this template, you must configure your credentials and set your target website. 1. Set Your Target Domain (Crucial!): Find the Set Target Website node at the beginning of the workflow. In the "Value" field, replace https://www.your-website.com with the URL of the website you want to audit. This will update the URL across the entire workflow automatically. 2. Configure the Schedule Trigger: Click on the Schedule Trigger node to set when you want the monthly report to run. 3. Connect Your Google Credentials: Google Analytics**: Select your credential in the Get a report node. Google Search Console**: Select your credential in the Search Console (HTTP Request) node. Google Sheets*: Select your credential in *all Google Sheets nodes. Google PageSpeed API Key**: Go to the "Credentials" tab in n8n and create a new "Generic Credential" with the type "API Key - Query Param". Name it Google API Key. The "Parameter Name" must be key. Paste your PageSpeed API key into the "API Key" field. Go back to the PageSpeed Insight node, select "API Key - Query Param" for Authentication, and choose your new credential. 4. Connect OpenAI Credentials: This template uses multiple OpenAI Chat Model nodes. Configure each one with your OpenAI API key. 5. Set Your Google Sheet: In each of the Google Sheets nodes, replace the hardcoded "Document ID" with the ID of your own Google Sheet where you want to store the reports. 🔬 Workflow Explained Phase 1: Data Collection: The Schedule Trigger starts the workflow. Four parallel branches collect data from Google Analytics, PageSpeed Insights, Search Console, and a direct website crawl. Phase 2: Data Processing & Specialist Analysis: Each data source is processed by a dedicated Code node to format the data. The formatted data is then sent to a specialized AI agent (ANALYTICS SPECIALIST, PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST, etc.) for in-depth analysis. Phase 3: Report Aggregation: A Merge node waits for all four specialist reports to be completed. A DATA AGGREGATOR node then combines them into a single, comprehensive package. Phase 4: Master Synthesis & Storage: The final MASTER ANALYST agent receives the aggregated data and produces a high-level strategic summary with actionable recommendations. This final report is then saved to Google Sheets. An n8n automation workflow template by Jimmy Gay.

This n8n workflow automatically fetches all interview events scheduled for today from a specified Google Calendar and sends a personalized email to each interviewer. The email contains a formatted HTML table listing their interview details, including meeting times, Google Meet links, and attendees with their response status. This ensures all interviewers are informed daily at 8:00 AM IST without any manual coordination. Who’s it for Interviewers** who want a quick morning packet instead of opening multiple calendar tabs. Recruiters/coordinators** who need a reliable, zero‑friction daily brief for interviewers. Teams** that paste CV/notes links directly into calendar events (no file search required). How it works Cron triggers daily at 08:00 IST. Google Calendar reads today’s events from the Interviews calendar. A Code step parses each event to identify interviewers and extract candidate details, meeting link, and any CV: / Notes: links from the description and create a table to share via Gmail. A grouping step compiles a per‑interviewer list for the day. Email (Gmail) sends one digest to interviewer. How to set up Ensure all interviews are scheduled on the Google Calendar named Interviews and that interviewers are added as attendees. Add CV: <url> and Notes: <url> in the event description when available. AI-Powered Invoice Processing: from Email to Database & Chat Notifications Automatically process PDF invoices directly from your email inbox. This workflow uses AI to extract key data, saves it to a PostgreSQL database, and instantly notifies you about the new document in your preferred chat application. The workflow listens for new emails, fetches PDF attachments, and then passes their content to a Large Language Model (LLM) for intelligent recognition and data extraction. Finally, the information is securely archived in the database, and a summary of the invoice is sent as a notification. > 📝 This workflow is highly customizable. > It uses PostgreSQL, OpenAI (GPT), and Discord by default, but you can easily swap these components. > Feel free to use a different database like MySQL or Airtable, another AI model provider, or send notifications to Slack, MS Teams, or any other chat platform. > ⚠️ Note: If the workflow fails to extract data correctly from invoices issued by certain companies, you may need to adjust the prompt used in the Basic LLM Chain node to improve parsing accuracy. Use Case Automating accounts payable for small businesses and freelancers Centralizing financial documents without manual data entry Creating a searchable database of all incoming invoices Receiving real-time notifications for new financial commitments Features 📧 Email Trigger (IMAP):** Monitors a dedicated email inbox for new messages with attachments 📄 PDF Filtering:** Automatically identifies and processes only PDF attachments 🤖 AI-Powered Data Extraction:** Uses an LLM (e.g., GPT-4o-mini) to extract invoice number, buyer/seller details, amounts, currency, and due dates ⚙️ Structured Data Output:** Converts AI output to standardized JSON 🔍 Database Write Logic:** Prevents duplicates by checking invoice/company combo 🗄️ PostgreSQL Integration:** Stores extracted data into company and invoice tables 💬 Chat Notifications:** Sends invoice summary as message to a designated channel Setup Instructions ⚠️ API Access & Costs To use the AI extraction feature, you need an API key from a provider like OpenAI. Most providers charge for access to language models. You'll likely need a billing account. 1. PostgreSQL Database Configuration Ensure your database has the following tables: -- Table for companies (invoice issuers) CREATE TABLE company ( id SERIAL PRIMARY KEY, tax_number VARCHAR(255) UNIQUE NOT NULL, name VARCHAR(255), address TEXT, created_at TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP ); -- Table for invoices CREATE TABLE invoice ( id SERIAL PRIMARY KEY, company_id INTEGER REFERENCES company(id), invoice_number VARCHAR(255) NOT NULL, -- Add other fields: total_to_pay, currency, due_date created_at TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP, UNIQUE(company_id, invoice_number) ); Then, in n8n, create a credential for your PostgreSQL DB. 2. Email (IMAP) Configuration In n8n, add credentials for the email account that receives invoices: IMAP host IMAP port Username Password 3. AI Provider Configuration Log in to OpenAI (or similar provider) Generate API key In n8n, create credentials and paste the key 4. Chat Notification (Discord) Go to Discord > Server Settings > Integrations > Webhooks > New Webhook Select channel Copy Webhook URL In n8n, paste URL into the Discord node Placeholders and Fields to Fill | Placeholder | Description | Example | |---------------------------|-------------------------------------------|------------------------------------------| | YOUR_EMAIL_CREDENTIALS | Your IMAP email account in n8n | My Invoice Mailbox | | YOUR_OPENAI_CREDENTIALS | API credentials for AI model | My OpenAI Key | | YOUR_POSTGRES_CREDENTIALS| Your PostgreSQL DB credentials in n8n | My Production DB | | YOUR_DISCORD_WEBHOOK | Webhook URL for your chat system | https://discord.com/api/webhooks/... | Testing the Workflow Send a test invoice to the inbox as a PDF attachment Run the workflow manually in n8n and check if the IMAP node fetches the message Verify AI Extraction – inspect the LLM output (e.g., GPT node) and confirm structured JSON Check the DB – ensure new rows appear in company and invoice Check the chat – verify the invoice summary appears in the chosen channel Customization Tips Change the DB:** Use MySQL, Airtable, or Google Sheets instead of PostgreSQL Other notifications:** Swap Discord for Slack, MS Teams, Telegram, etc. Expand AI logic:** Extract line items, prices, etc. by customizing the prompt Add payment logic:** Allow marking invoices as paid via emoji or a separate webhook. Quick overview This workflow uses the NEW native Google Gemini node in n8n to analyze videos and generate detailed text summaries. Just upload a video, and Gemini will describe the scenes, objects, and actions frame by frame. How it works The workflow is triggered via a form where the user uploads a video file directly as the input source. The uploaded video is sent to Gemini 2.5 Pro, which performs a detailed visual analysis of the full video content. Gemini returns a structured text summary describing everything it identifies and observes within the uploaded video. Setup Connect your Google AI (Gemini) credentials in the n8n Credential Manager before activating the workflow. Save and activate the workflow to make the Form Trigger URL accessible and ready to receive video uploads. Open the Form Trigger URL, upload a video file, submit the form, and verify that Gemini returns a detailed description. Requirements An n8n instance (Cloud or Self-Hosted) A Google AI (Gemini) account Customization Translate the Summary : Add another LLM node to translate the analysis. Create Social Media Posts : Use the output to generate Twitter or LinkedIn content. Store the Output : Save the summary to Google Sheets or Airtable. Automate with Cloud Storage : Replace the Form Trigger with a Google Drive or Dropbox trigger to process videos automatically. Quick overview Keep a historical, structured copy of your QuickBooks Chart of Accounts in BigQuery. This n8n workflow runs weekly, syncing new or updated accounts for better reporting and long-term tracking. How it works Every Monday, the workflow automatically fetches all accounts created or updated in the past 7 days from QuickBooks Online. The raw API response is cleaned, currencies are managed, stable IDs are created, and all fields are formatted consistently for downstream use. The cleaned data is converted into an SQL insert-ready structure compatible with the target BigQuery table schema. Account records are inserted or updated in BigQuery, keeping your data warehouse in sync with QuickBooks on a weekly basis. Setup Create a BigQuery table (e.g., quickbooks.accounts) with columns that match the fields produced in the final SQL insert step of the workflow. Connect your QuickBooks Online and BigQuery credentials in the n8n Credential Manager before making any further configuration changes. Open the Get Updated Accounts from QuickBooks node and replace {COMPANY_ID} with your real Company ID — press Ctrl + Alt + ? inside QuickBooks to find it. Open the Load Accounts to BigQuery node, select the correct project, and verify that your dataset and table name are correctly referenced in the SQL query. Save and activate the workflow — it will now run automatically every Monday and sync the past 7 days of QuickBooks account data to BigQuery. Requirements QuickBooks Online account QuickBooks Company ID Google Cloud project with BigQuery and a matching table Customization Change Sync Frequency : Adjust the schedule node to run daily, weekly, etc. Initial Backfill : Temporarily update the API query to select * from Account for a full pull. Add Fields : Modify 2. Structure Account Data to include or transform fields as needed. How It Works ⚙️ This workflow is a comprehensive, AI-powered system that acts as a virtual support manager. It automates the entire process of handling incoming support tickets, ensuring speed, accuracy, and efficiency. Ticket Ingestion: The workflow starts when a new email arrives in your support inbox via the Gmail Trigger. AI Analysis & Triage: An OpenAI node acts as an intelligent agent, instantly analyzing the email to categorize the issue, assign a priority, and determine the customer's sentiment (e.g., "Angry," "Neutral"). Proactive Escalation: The workflow uses an If node to check for "Critical" priority or "Angry" sentiment. If these conditions are met, it takes a separate path to notify a manager immediately. Ticket Creation: Regardless of urgency, a Trello card is created for the ticket, including all the AI's analysis and the original email content. Automated Response: For low-priority tickets, a second If node and a Gmail node can send an automated, AI-generated response, completely freeing up your team. Performance Reporting: All ticket data, including the AI's analysis, is logged to a Google Sheets dashboard for real-time analytics and to track support trends. How to Set Up 🛠️ Import the Workflow: Copy the provided workflow JSON and import it into your n8n instance. Configure Credentials: Gmail: Add your OAuth2 credential for your support inbox. OpenAI: Add your API Key. Trello: Add your API Key and token. Slack: Add your Bot Token credential. Google Sheets: Add your OAuth2 credential. 📌 What It Does This workflow connects a Telegram bot with your ClickUp workspace, allowing you to create, read, update, and delete tasks just by sending a message. The AI agent interprets natural language commands and takes the appropriate action — all without needing to open ClickUp. It’s like having a personal assistant inside Telegram that manages your task list for you. ✅ Prerequisites To use this workflow, you'll need the following credentials set up in n8n: Telegram Bot API Credential** (used in all Telegram nodes) ClickUp OAuth2 Credential** (for task operations) OpenAI Credential** (to power the AI agent that parses your commands) ⚠️ Before First Use Make sure to add your bot's user ID to the Ignore Bot Messages node. This prevents infinite loops caused by the bot responding to its own messages. If you're unsure of your bot's ID: Temporarily disable the two Telegram tool nodes connected to the AI Agent. Send a test message from the bot and capture its ID. Add that ID to the ignore filter, then re-enable the nodes. ⚙️ How It Works Trigger: The workflow starts when your Telegram bot receives a message. Ignore Self: If the message was sent by the bot itself, the workflow stops. AI Analysis: The message is passed to an AI agent (OpenAI) that determines what action to take. Decision Tree: 📌 Create a new task in ClickUp ✏️ Update an existing task 🔍 Find a task and return its details 🗑️ Delete a task ❓ Ask for more details if input is unclear ✅ Send confirmation or feedback to the user 💡 Example Use Cases “Add a task called ‘Follow up with supplier’ for tomorrow.” “What tasks are due this week?” “Update the task ‘Website Launch’ to ‘in progress’.” “Delete the task ‘Old client notes’.” This workflow is ideal for solo operators, remote teams, or anyone who wants to manage ClickUp while on the go — without switching apps. 🛠️ Setup Instructions Telegram Bot: Create a Telegram bot using BotFather Add your Telegram credential to all Telegram nodes in this workflow Bot ID Filter: Add your bot’s Telegram user ID to the Ignore Bot Messages node OpenAI Setup: Add your OpenAI credential to the AI Agent node ClickUp Integration: Connect your ClickUp credential Set your workspace, list, and folder IDs in the task creation and search nodes 🚀 How to Use Save the Telegram bot to your contacts Open the Telegram chat with your bot and send a message like: "Add a task to follow up with invoices every Friday" The bot will reply with confirmation or ask for clarification The task will appear in your ClickUp workspace within seconds 🔧 Customization Options Add new intents to the AI agent to support more actions (e.g., time tracking or comments) Customize the bot’s responses for branding or tone Add notifications or reminders using additional Telegram nodes ✨ Why It's Useful This workflow eliminates the friction of switching between Telegram and your task manager. It reduces manual data entry, saves time, and gives you a simple way to manage your to-do list using natural language — even on mobile. Perfect for freelancers, managers, or team leads who want a faster, more intuitive way to stay organized. An n8n automation workflow template by Rosh Ragel.

This workflow transforms raw Meta Ads data into actionable, expert-level insights. It acts as a virtual performance marketer, analyzing each creative's performance, comparing it against your historical benchmarks, and delivering clear recommendations on whether to scale, optimize, or stop the ad. By running parallel analyses with both OpenAI and Gemini, it provides a unique, dual-perspective evaluation. This template is the perfect sequel to our "Automation of Creative Testing" workflow but also works powerfully on its own. Use Case Manually sifting through ads manager reports is tedious, and identifying true winners from early data is challenging. This workflow solves these problems by automating the entire analysis pipeline. It's designed for performance marketing teams who need to: Make faster, data-driven decisions on which creatives to scale. Get objective, AI-powered second opinions on ad performance. Systematically evaluate creatives against consistent, pre-defined benchmarks. Maintain a central log in Google Sheets with both raw metrics and qualitative AI analysis. Save hours spent on manual data crunching and report generation. How it Works The workflow is structured into three logical stages: Configuration & Data Ingestion: A central ⚙️ Set parameters node holds all key variables: the data source (Meta or Sheets), campaign_id, and, most importantly, your historical performance benchmarks as a simple text block. An IF node directs the workflow to fetch data either directly from a Meta Ads campaign or from a specified Google Sheet (ideal for analyzing a curated list of ads). Data Processing & AI Analysis (Parallel Execution): After fetching raw performance data (spend, impressions, clicks, actions), the workflow splits into three parallel branches for maximum resilience: Branch 1 (Data Logging): Immediately writes or updates a row in Google Sheets with the raw metrics for the creative. This ensures no data is lost, even if the AI analysis fails. Branch 2 (OpenAI Analysis): Prepares a CSV string of the creative's data, sends it along with the benchmarks to an OpenAI model (e.g., GPT-4), and instructs it to return a structured JSON analysis. Branch 3 (Gemini Analysis): Performs the exact same process but using Google's Gemini model via a LangChain agent, providing a second, independent evaluation. Results Aggregation: The results from both AI models are received as structured JSON. Two final Google Sheets nodes take these results and update the original row (matching by AdID), adding the evaluation, significance, summary, and recommendation into separate columns. The final sheet contains a complete picture: raw data side-by-side with analyses from two different AIs. Setup Instructions Credentials: 1.1 Connect your Meta Ads account. 1.2 Connect your Google account (for Sheets). 1.3 Connect your OpenAI account. 1.4 Connect your Google Gemini (Palm) account. The ⚙️ Set parameters Node: This is the central control panel. Open this first Set node and customize it: source: Set to "Meta" to pull from a campaign or "sheets" to read from a Google Sheet. campaign_id: If source is "Meta", enter your Meta Campaign ID here. benchmarks_data: This is critical. Paste your own historical performance data here as a CSV-formatted text block. The template includes an example. For best results, use an export from Ads Manager of your top-performing creatives, including key metrics. Google Sheets Nodes: There are three Google Sheets nodes that write data. You need to configure all of them to point to the same spreadsheet and sheet. Ad metrics (for raw metrics): Select your spreadsheet and sheet. Ensure "Operation" is set to Append or Update. Ad data from OpenAI (for OpenAI results): Select the same spreadsheet/sheet. Set "Operation" to Update. Ad data from Gemini (for Gemini results): Select the same spreadsheet/sheet. Set "Operation" to Update. Make sure your sheet has columns for all the data fields, e.g., AdID, FileName, spend, impressions, evaluation, summary, recommendation, evaluation G, summary G, etc. Activate the Workflow: Set your desired frequency in the Schedule Trigger node. Save and activate the workflow. Further Ideas & Customization This powerful analysis engine can be extended even further: Add a "Decision" Node: After the AI analyses are logged, add a final step that compares their recommendations. If both AIs say "scale", automatically increase the ad's budget via the Meta Ads API. Create Summary Reports: Add a branch that, after all ads are processed, calculates an overall summary (e.g., "3 creatives recommended for scaling, 5 for stopping") and sends it to a Slack channel. Dynamic Benchmarks: Instead of pasting benchmarks into the Set node, create a step that reads them from a dedicated "Benchmarks" tab in your Google Sheet, making them even easier to update. Experiment with Prompts and Benchmarks: The quality of the AI analysis is highly dependent on the quality of your input. Don't be afraid to: -- Refine the prompts in the AI Agent and Message a model nodes to better match your specific business context and KPIs. -- Curate your benchmarks_data. Test different sets of benchmark data (e.g., "last 30 days top performers" vs. "all-time best") to see how it influences the AI's recommendations. Finding the right combination of prompt and data is key to unlocking the most effective insights. An n8n automation workflow template by Kirill Khatkevich.

Quick overview This template uses a community node (@apify/n8n-nodes-apify). It will not work without the required node installed. How it works A monthly schedule trigger runs the workflow automatically without any manual intervention required. An Apify Actor scrapes TikTok's top 100 trending hashtags for a specified country, defaulting to the United States. Once scraping completes, the workflow fetches the full dataset containing hashtag metrics from Apify's result storage. The dataset is split into individual items, and each hashtag is saved as a new record in Airtable with all relevant details. Setup Go to Settings → Community Nodes on your n8n instance and install the @apify/n8n-nodes-apify community node before proceeding. Create an Airtable base with a table named Trending Hashtags containing these columns: ID, Name, Country, Industry, Date Added, Publish Count, Video Views, Rank, and Status. Add your Apify and Airtable credentials in the n8n Credential Manager before configuring any nodes. Open the Run TikTok Hashtag Scraper node and optionally adjust country_code (e.g., "US" to "GB") and top100_period (e.g., "30" to "7") in the Custom Body to match your target market and timeframe. Open the Save Hashtag to Airtable node, select your correct Airtable base, and confirm the Trending Hashtags table is selected as the target. Save and activate the workflow — it will now run automatically every month and sync the latest trending hashtag data to Airtable. Requirements Installed community node: @apify/n8n-nodes-apify Apify account Airtable account with a structured base Customization Change Schedule : Modify the Start: Monthly Schedule node to run weekly or on another interval. Add Notifications : Attach a Slack or Discord node after the 4. Save Hashtag to Airtable node to alert your team when new data is added. Filter Hashtags : Use a Filter node after 3. Split Hashtags into Items to only save hashtags that meet specific conditions (e.g., over 1M video views). Scan Any Workout Plan into the Hevy App with AI This workflow automates the creation of workout routines in the Hevy app by extracting exercise information from an uploaded PDF or Image using AI. What problem does this solve? Tired of manually typing workout plans into the Hevy app? Whether your coach sends them as Google Docs, PDFs, or you have a screenshot of a routine, entering every single exercise, set, and rep is a tedious chore. This workflow ends the madness. It uses AI to instantly scan your workout plan from any file, intelligently extract the exercises, and automatically create the routine in your Hevy account. What used to take 15 minutes of mind-numbing typing now happens in seconds. How it works Trigger: The workflow starts when a PDF file is submitted through an n8n form. Data Extraction: The PDF is converted to a Base64 string and sent to an AI model to extract the raw text of the workout plan. Context Gathering: The workflow fetches a complete list of available exercises directly from the Hevy API. This list is then consolidated. AI Processing: A Google Gemini model analyzes the extracted text, compares it against the official Hevy exercise list, and transforms the raw text into a structured JSON format that matches the Hevy API requirements. Routine Creation: The final structured data is sent to the Hevy API to create the new workout routine in your account. Set up steps Estimated set up time:** 15 minutes. Configure the On form submission trigger or replace it with your preferred trigger (e.g., Webhook). Ensure it's set up to receive a file upload. Add your API credentials for the AI service (in this case, OpenRouter.ai) and the Hevy app. You will need to create 'Hevy API' and OpenRouter API credentials in your n8n instance. In the Structured Data Extraction node, review the prompt and the json schema in the Structured Output Parser. You may need to adjust the prompt to better suit the types of files you are uploading. Activate the workflow. Test it by uploading a sample workout plan document. An n8n automation workflow template by Julian Kaiser.
